Great browser with controls in the bottom, convenient for phones, even tabs aligned to bottom! But how it is different from Yandex.Start?

Installed because wanted to test Alisa voice assistant. Everything works except for the assistant. Also when I check permissions, my phone says the App has never used microphone permission. When I hit the microphone symbol nothing happens.

Yandex already has a good translator app, so it would be nice if Alice was available for English speakers. She should speak with Russian accent & have multiple voice options available, like the Screaming Russian Garden Gnome Assistant voice from funny videos. I know I could just use American assistant apps, but I don't trust them & I feel more comfortable with Russian tech companies. America lies. 🤷

I like yandex. I have the yandex with protect also. Why don't you let me use as guard like your other app? The adblocker you have needs work. Please let the people use adguard with this app. Other than that its a great app. But you can make it better with adguard. That's the only thing I don't like about this app. Other than that I live it.

So glad I came back to using Yandex. Had so much trouble with MS and Google when logging into any of my sites. This makes it easier. Emails are organised for you, junk and spam mail are unnoticed as they are instantly placed in the Spam folder and you only realise they're there when 'Empty' appears next to Spam folder. Highly recommend as the browser crashes less, updates frequently and extensions are available.

Using the Yandex keyboard is for me more intuitive than MS Swiftkey keyboard. .... I wanted a non-US keyboard which would NOT be using MS/Google technologies (Cloud voice profile). .... Yandex's Alice (voice recognition) works well. .... Rather than using arrow buttons for cursor movement, Yandex uses Spacebar integrated left/right cursor movement.

It is about the same as the regular Yandex browser for me, but my issue is when I do similar image search all language is in Russian, even though it is set to English in the settings. Also Alice doesn't do anything when I try to use it, just beeps closed after a few seconds does that not work with English either? Thanks, also I can't find the special artificial intelligence similar image finding thing, where it helps you find the best match for what you are looking for!

The browser is great to use and fast plus the layout is much modern than before so thank you. I'm still shocked that recovering a yandex account is impossible without the number you used. Even to be able to chat with an agent is a gift you can give and I can't sign up for another because it will happen again I'm sure.

Please: 1. add filter setting "block all calls with unknown numbers"! Let me call who only in my address book. 2. make work without internet; call to second sim disabled mobile internet from sim1, and during income call i can't see "spammers", only later, after call and dialing ends.

Installed the app. It's a good search engine when I do searches in Russian, but every time I try to change the app language and download any of the languages, it just says download error
