Good to order goids, good delivery. Bad annoying unwanted messages in the phone notification panel. Uninstalled it. P.S. Promised a discount in the first purchase. Nothing like this was found in fact, or it was hidden so it's difficult to apply.

I tried this service for the first time. A not inexpensive item I purchased (and pre-paid) from within my own city disappeared with a third-party delivery service, who after three days of questions and four days overdue told Beru that I would only receive my item at earliest 10 days after its guaranteed delivery. I'm now to wait two days for confirmation that a refund will be issued.

It works fine for the most of the time. But since they often reconsider their terms you perhaps should check options carefully when making an order. I had only one mistake during delivery for 6 months. I think it is a good result.

Scam. Order was delivered to wrong address, not given to me, had mark as delivered. No moneyback. Support told me, that's my fault (!!!). If you want to lose your money, time and mood - order here. Otherwise it's a good place to find a store, contact store and buy from them afterwards. But avoid to buy anything from this marketplace directly! p.s. Update. Money was scheduled to return in 10 days. Anyway, not happy with service. :-(

I have ordered a bike there, got it delivered, assembled it, but as soon as I sat down on it, not even with my full weight, the back tyre blew up. Customer service provided me q wrong number for warranty repair, and return would have taken me at least 5 days with another 30 days on top for refund. It was easier for me to order the tyre myself and replace it. Not happy. Moral of the story, just like on Amazon, do not buy complicated professional equipment online, it doesn't worth it.

There is some kind of problem in the app with the "click" delivery. Option is unavailable in the app but available on the website. Please see into the problem. I have to use my browser every time I order delivery which is very inconvenient.

Many unnecessary permissions. Russian spyware maybe? Please explain this permissions: 1. find accounts on the device, 2. add or remove accounts, 3. view Wi-Fi connections, 4. read sync settings, 5. connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi, 6. view network connections, 7. full network access, 8. toggle sync on and off, 9. prevent device from sleeping. Why do you need them all? You can answer in any language of your choice. Thank you.

Lovely app, lovely service! The service offers free returns if there are problems with the product and the response to complaints is lightning fast. In most cases prices are cheaper than of alternative services. The app itself is very convenient in use. Thumbs-up to programmers! 👍👍🥰

App itself is OK (compared to RU emarkets) - courier tracking feature and some other nice touches - it's their service, which spoils everything - constant delivery re-scheduling (like 40% of all the orders), non-responsive support. In case if you have to return the large goods (even dead on arrival) - you have to deal with the courier company by yourself, pay your own money for returning the faulty goods, then wait weeks for seller to refund. That said - order only small&non-urgent stuff here

C'mon guys, why when I press back three is a second delay before anything happens. Surely I think that the the touch didn't work and press one more time ending up with two back events and lost my scroll progress in search. Unbelievably bad experience for such a big app

Guys, give me pls a chance to use your filters (mean, all of them). Any chance. Don't put it on a page - maybe give an opportunity to set this as an option in user profile, whatever. And pls, give me the chance to look for an outdated products. This is the way people comparing their old staff with new arrivals. You had already developed a good system - let people access it through the app, why we have to go to the browser -> incognito (for not being redirected to app) and do search there? :(

Split function is a real game changer! If the price is equal to the other stores, then i prefer to split the total into 4 payments. As good as it gets. Nice feature, YM. Keep it up. The limit $2000 is reasonable and convenient for the most of my time-to-time purchases.

This app is great, very useful and contains pretty much anything you can think about, for the avatage consumer. It's cheaper than in other stores usually, and can be delivered very fast too. I very much recommend this app but it could get you addicted to shopping and spending money and random gizmos, beware :) Although the app works kind of slow on my Android OnePlus 6T (perhaps due to my phone's age but it is in excellent condition), still great.

Easy to use. Tonnes of products to choose from. And what I like the most is the split feature, which lets me purchase the goods and pay later. And customer support is great as well. Only thing that's missing is yandex doesn't give warranties or support for products that has been purchased from different retailers/sellers.

For the last couple of months you blocked my account 3 times! Always without any notification. 3 times you have apologized and restore the access. And never I have received and feedback or supprt regarding this issue. I sincerely regret to see what is hapenning with this service.

The app (both web and mobile) has become buggy over the last year or so. But that's just a minor nuisance. Giving it 1 star for a bug in the damn payment system: there's a feature of "split pay" - splitting a total amount over time. Well guess what, it doesn't work: it just charges the total amount. I can tolerate minor issues like images not showing correctly sometimes, or the search not working at all with any VPN. But that's to much.
