Horrible experience. Received about half of the advertised weight in one of the orders, and support didn't do nothing about that. What was I paying service fee for? Looked up offending"restaurant" on the maps later, and it became obvious I'm not the only one having that issue with it. Yet support of this app doesn't care, it seems they'd rather lose a client than charge the dishonest "restaurant".

Terrible service and support! I have made an order from Mcdonalds for 1200 RUB, and set a city where i live. Then after I payed the order the city have changed to another. And after complains to support they said that I have two options: go to another city and get my order or cancel the order without refund. That's how I lost my money. I recommend to not download this app and even buy from this Yandex.eda store! Terrible!

Got too many goods delivered 1-1.5 hour later than app defined originally. And all the time the issue is with waiting a delivery guy at the restaurant. When all terms are shitted off, tech support propose you two options - either wait for delivery unknown amount of time, or cancel the order without refund. Even if the restaurant hasn't started cooking your order.

Terrible customers service, never recommend!!! first time ordering half of the order never arrived even after them saying its on the way, kept texting and calling them and they kept saying you'll receive the final decision on email and nobody contacted me. The second time ordering, the order came missing certain stuff. Horrible service!!!

Awful application. Cannot find my address automatically saying as if I have not set the permissions for location when it's totally set to allowed. So I had to set the location manually. It couldn't add my card as a payment method as well. Really bad app. Not coming back to it again.

I registered for the first time and I couldn't use first time promo code discount. There appears "You ordered your first order". But I have never ordered. I think it is a problem of the app of the Yandex eda. Summary, I am not satisfied.

Dont saves the cart if you close the app. Plus canceling a lot of orders from grocery stores - magnit to be exact

I need to call support almost every time I order something because they are late (like 40mins late) almost every other time, and support doesn't really do anything to help other than giving a discount coupon, which doesn't solve anything. Seems no one really care about timeframes or customers in general in this company. You might as well as not have timeframes if you are planning on being late on almost all of them. Just tell customers they have to wait 1h30 and shut up already.

Their taxi app works quite well, but this one is quite miserable. Delivery often takes up to 3 times longer as initially shown during the order process. Support usually does not know or does not care. All this of course affects the quality of food and rating of the restaurants because food arrives cold and not fresh anymore

I've been using this app for more than 2 years. But now I logged in with the same number from another phone and ordered food, the courier never came but I was charged the money and they refused to refund the money saying they tried to reach me but no calls were gotten from their end to me. Be very careful if you are a new user, you might get scammed.

Functional. Lack of English localization as menu.by once had is annoying, inability to copy and paste out of the app magnifies the problem significantly. Menu items at individual establishments not being translated? Understandable. App-wide UI elements? It's not difficult to translate these in an app that is for paying customers. Updated review based on prompt response. I think that a simple change to allow the copying and pasting of text out of the app would be good enough.

The most incompetent couriers. They don't hire people who speak local language or at least decent English, hence you are unable to give them directions. The map always shows incorrect location. When you report bug, no one seems to care. And on top of that support speaks only Russian. The worst user experience I ever had.

Difficult to reach customer service with only one option - calling them. Delivery cost on a restaurant's page doesn't always match with what you are being eventually charged (I had a case where the amount charged at checkout was around 4x higher than what was written on a restaurant's page). GPay doesn't always work at checkout. If you decide to not rate the delivery for whatever reason, the app will keep insisting you do so even though you have explicitly declined to do it.

Absolutely disgusting. Tried to order goods from supermarket. Deceiving promo code usage. Then, they automatically removed items from my order, replaced them with similar, but wrong ones, and MUCH less of them. No confirmation, no notification, found out at delivery, 1.5 hours later. Refunded me wrong (less) amount for items I did not order. Scam. Edit: Did contact the developer, prior to their response here. Their "solution" was laughable. About 10% off code for the next purchase. Insulting.

I've been a loyal user in the app for the last two years, but recently I am encountering more and more problems. If you plan to use the app, then be aware that 1 in every 4 or 5 orders will have something wrong with it. Technical support would either give you a small discount or nothing at all. Usually the discount would not cover the inconvenience of a partially delivered order or extremely long delivery time.

Horrible customer support! Couriers don't know how to do the delivery correctly and in timely manner so the food stays tasty, and the support of the app is doing the least to help in this regard, every oder I did during the weekend was worse and worse till I decided to delete it at all and bring food myself way better!

Two orders in a row got delivered to the wrong house. That's a total of three in two months. This is the most unreliable delivery service in history. If I could give it zero stars I would in a heartbeat. If you are reading this, let me save you the trouble. Install Wolt.

I ordered groceries and they didn't refund me for the reduction of the weight of fruits and vegetables and the items they removed. Also told me to send pictures of the weight of the items on a scale and I said I didn't have a scale they said OH CAN'T REFUND WITHOUT A PICTURE ON THE SCALE. Do I look like a joke to you Yandex? I sent pictures of the online invoice and the printed invoice and the pictures of the stickers with the weight mentioned on them for each item and you still can't refund me!

Twice I ordered food from this app and it never arrived. Once the order was cancelled literally the moment it was supposed to arrive, the other time I ordered food that was supposed to arrive, and customer support failed to acknowledge that it wasn't coming for more than an hour late at night, preventing us from ordering something else in time. I strongly recommend avoiding this app. It's ruined two nights for me already.
