Very versatile and intuitive. I can easily add locations and get the information I need. I like that the information is easy to get and I don't have screens that I can't opt out of (The Wea**er Chan**l). January 2022. My wife's phone had a tornado watch and then a warning on her phone and weather app. This one had thunderstorms. I just got a warning from the warning things for phones. Good grief!!!

Installed this app during severe weather, and the information it provided was about 45 minutes out of date (or maybe the radar was placed on the map incorrectly, not sure which is worse). UI is also poorly designed; you have to scroll *way* down to see the radar, it's zoomed absurdly far out by default, and it shows a geographic map instead of a street map so it's hard to tell what you're actually looking at unless you're in an area with very distinct geographical features.

There's no link for a radar map. There's a "map" link, but no it only shows a static map. Nothing in the drop down menu either. Also, I turned animations off. There's still 3 animations playing, and a totally useless autoplaying news cast from the other side of the country from me, that I can't make go away, and is using my data for absolutely no reason. Uninstalling.

As weather apps go, this one is pretty nice looking. It does have ads, but they are unobtrusive (as unobtrusive as an ad can be...). One thing that bugs the heck out of me is that the "ongoing notification" (temperature) in the status bar is so tiny that it's hard to read. I've tried several weather apps and they all have the tiniest temperature readout. Not sure why it can't be the same "font size" as the clock. That alone would make this a five star weather app.

Good, accurate forecasts. Ability to add multiple locations is nice. I enjoy knowing when to expect rainfall, and for how long. I also like the wind speed, sunrise and sunset information, as well as moon phases. Beautiful background photos...some of which are animated. I do wish the radar map had a "play" feature, and also wish there were detailed forecasts for multiple days, not just the current day. But, overall, I really like it! :)

This app has more than weather but great pictures of the locations. I like how they overlay a lot of different local weather info on the top of the nice flicker pictures. The interface is pretty. Updated on 2019/04/03. I downgrade the app to 3 stars becaue too much ads lately. Can we pay the app and has a free ad version? 2019/12/16: No major issue and I always checked the weather channel as well. Adding one point.

I've not found anything to complain about based on my use. Temps, humidity, moon phases, hourly and 10 day views. Satellite for temps and precipitation. All while looking pretty. Great app. Keep up the great work! Edit: After being pestered about rating this app that i already had rated I'm removing a star. Also, the widget is starting to lose connection and not show anything.

Yahoo!, I do like this app. I keep large widget on home screen, and the forecast accuracy is good in my area. The LARGE °F temperature font in full-screen mode was changed some time ago, and now looks RATHER REDICULOUS on otherwise nicely refined photo presentation (on GS6)! I notice same isn't updated in Google Play's app store description screen shot examples, and nothing has been done to enhance readability of tiny fonts such as in horizontally scroll-able hourly temperature predictions.

Pretty good weather app. Updates smoothly and the presentation is very pleasant. My only issue is that the text size for the temperature on the status bar is tiny on my Moto X3 Play. It's way smaller and lighter (non-bold) than other icons/text on the bar, so both looks out of place and cannot be read easily. I'd give the app 5 stars if I could read the temperature on the status bar. I came from another app that stopped updating the status bar temp, but it isn't much better if the temp is updated but unreadable. I'd also like to see the forecast discussion added.

Nice look and layout. Very data hungry - consumes over 200MB of mobile data a month. Explain why App now needs "Photos / Media / Files" permission. Still get weather alert notifications even though I have notifications turned-off in settings. App annoyingly automatically adds a city to my list even though I keep deleting it (I suspect this is the city of my yahoo profile - but I still don't want it). Settings menu should provide some description of each setting (some are not intuitive).

Great looking app; very smooth. Love the wind, sunrise/sunset graphics. Also like the incorporated radar. Location-based background images a nice touch. Nice work. 4/14-Weather for 'current location' no longer works; only shows a blurry image without the ability to scroll.-FIXED 2/17-radar only displays map, overlays no longer display (wind, rainfall, etc.) 3/20- I just use the widget now. Too many ads in the app. Looking for an alternative..

Not as reliable in terms of accuracy as it used to be. The local weather alerts were helpful to us, now, they appear to have gone away. As of 9/3/2022, the app no longer provides 'current location ' weather. Now it defaults to my home location, which I never set as any location. 12/17/22: Since the 9/22 review, the location feature is functioning again, however, it's not automatic anymore. I have to do a manual refresh each time I open my phone.

update: Widget hasn't worked in a few months. uninstalled\reinstalled several times, does the same thing. Time to let it go. The radar map doesn't allow you to zoom in to see what's currently going on right above you. If you zoom too far in, the radar disappears. The weather is only good for the current day. If this were a Saturday you couldn't goto Monday and get detailed weather. I do however like the design and layout.

Pretty good overall. What I especially like about it is that it seems to be much simpler and less cluttered then most similar apps. I like the interface and that it is so easy to just swipe by and away the opening ad. About the only item of significance that I don't like is that it does not provide, at least that I can find or configure, accurate local air quality index. It seems to just relay overall country average, which is useless local needs, where we are at any moment.

Looks great. Unfortunately it doesn't provide remotely accurate weather data. I have no idea why, but it gives different forecasts than other apps, and they tend to be less accurate, sometimes stunningly so. It will be pouring out and the forecast says clear, and the radar data shows nothing overhead. So ultimately, it proved worthless to me.

update 1-11-23. great weather app. animations, accuracy, pictures, radar, variables. my default weather app. as of 9/14 keep getting "sorry--weather information not available" message with little animated crying cloud. problem cleared up, very stable. beautiful graphics, accurate, like the sunrise/sunset, cute little windmills, radar is great. best weather app.

Nighttime temps are often wrong. Widget will not update at times. Full page ads are so annoying! They are large and disruptive, interfering with use of the app. Ads are fine, but not full-page ones! App is often buggy, like showing the wrong "current location" or not updating the widget without opening the app. Issues like this are common, & slow to be fixed. Like the information and UI.
