The money is not withdrawn, the email is not replied to, the account manager and the company are cheating, they are giving money in the name of profit and you are at a loss. I was asked to cancel the withdrawal request and I was told that you will get profit today and I will lose due to the mistake of the account manager, all the companies are scoundrels… give me my money back.

Beware. I signed up and added 500bucks to my account. It only took seconds. I read some bad reviews online and wanted to make sure I can remove my money. When you try and remove your money they make it extremely difficult! Multiple documents, physically printed and signed. Still trying to remove it. May end up in having to do a charge back.

They take through loops to be able to withdraw your money. They ask you to create some skrill account which some other trading site and the want to send your cash there and have you withdraw it from there claiming is to prevent money laundering which is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine asking Walmart for a refund and them having you go to Target to get it. Don't use this app.

This company and their application should be banned from the app store. These guys are essentially the used car salesman of trading. When they called me during the signup process the number showed up as spam. Now I understand why. The salesman was incredibly pushy and wanted me to put money in straight away. I did so against my better judgement. I decided to withdraw my money. I had to send them a signed form requesting my money back. It took two weeks to see the money. Stay well clear.

The worst.i deleted sp didn't want it to start with but it popped up when I was googling for something I wanted to buy. I thought app was for item as I clicked on item and got this app. I asked to cancel my email address and they reckon on the pathetic chat section they couldn't see it. I went and wrote it again tried to send and it disappeared..each time. I've deleted ap

I do not recommend this app to anyone, please do not fall for this. I don't know whether this app is licensed or not, however even it is do not download. I tried depositing an amount of money and did some investments, I kept receiving some phone calls from people that can't write words in english pretending they are experienced traders or whatsoever, i declined their calls several times and a day after my account was blocked and I couldn't access it for couple of days, I send an email regarding it and somehow I manged to opened it few days later and I had 0 currency in it. This app is totally a spam and waste of time, not even worth of trying. They will try to convince you on successful profits or bonuses that has terms and conditions which they dont inform you about. If your interested in trading stock or commodities try eToro at least is a secured platform.

Terrible, went to change my password, kept saying my password and confirm password were different (copied and pasted it) closed the app tried to log in again, forgot the generic password you're given at the start, followed the forgot my password protocol, copied and pasted it from my email, got a message saying my password is incorrect. Do not not give this app any of your money/time/details. Incredibly dodgy

I have requested a withdrawal with all the supporting documents signed on all the pages, and still they rejected twice. The thing is there is no specific reason, they are only mentioning not providing all the documents. And on another hand i have tried WhatsApping the Manager of my account and asked him to call me, now it has been three days and still failing to call. The rate is very high and over rated It is not money for value or any better experience.

The pricing looks tampered. Each time u place a trad. It kirks to shoot close to your position and when u Chekc your stop limits values changed auto corrected. May be if it was on mt5/ other live platforms could feel legit. but website is very non confidant to openess/ not transparent transactions. When u placing a trade it shows u a different figure when u close it shows it has pas through that figure already and u make a loss of - immediately. The bonus 25$ is non real as u need to add

I have literally put in about $500+ all together into my account & when I didn't even started to trade my first $275 it literally fell so fast because they keep asking you to buy on big currencies. At first you gain some then after a while you will get annoyed when they called you many times when you did not make a trade & when you want to trade on some other small things they discourage you to do so & all I've seen so far is mostly loses & not many wins, the algorithm is so messed up & unstable

This is a scam! They asked you to top up money into the account and that there'll be an account manager contacting you. But it's been 5 days and there's no news to it. I have also sent email but there's no reply. If you already top up, you have to provide personal info such as NRIC or passport details and photos of these documents in order to withdraw money. Update: I have called up the customer hotline as suggested. Operator promised to get back but did not.

The new upgraded version requires new login. When you try to reset the password by FORGOTTEN PASSWORD option, it says link send to reset password, but that link never comes through the network! I did reset the password several times but the link never comes through the network

Scam app, it keep rejecting the withdrawal request without giving specific instructions. The reason for the rejection is simply illogical and nonsensical. The customer service gave different reason each time and requested different requests when the last request was fulfilled. Beware of it if u decide to top up the money as u might never get back the money as what I had experienced.

Total scam! My withdrawal is not yet reflecting my account and they are saying that they deposited my money,it's already 10days plus and support email is not replying. Don't go waste your money in this app not legit
