After clicking on a price alert notification the app opens showing the main screen. Thus I've no idea what alert was just triggered. And there's no list of alerts I could see and check. Also, it'd be useful if there was a separate notification category for alerts. ATM alerts are mixed with other notifications / news, making them easier to overlook and miss. :-/ ... Update: I have alerts for many tickers - it is essential to have a central list of all alerts and see triggered ones too. Thanks.

I'm not very happy with the app, compared to others. After the update I see the 'trailing stop' function is no longer there... Why? Also they don't have one of the most popular trading pairs - XAUUSD. It's also slow to respond esp when closing a trade. Not a lot to chose from on the app technically, so I'm not sure where 'award winning' comes from. I'm happy with the broker side, at least they pay out in time. Also, it's been a while since I posted this and XTB have not bothered to reply.

Recent versions have a lot of bugs. Above all history section where filters are not working properly. After latest update I am not able to see investment plans. Please fix this asap!!!

I would rate this trading app 5 stars and recommend to my fellow trader friends but unfortunately I shouldn't!Why? The app does not show real time charts and often get left behind for minutes thus giving false charts and lines etc...

A very good trading app but it has it's drawbacks. You cannot buy fractional stocks with limit orders (only market orders), you cannot add limit orders when market is closed.... and the charts are no tradingview, but still ok.

mostly better than dedicated trading platform from other brokers. Except unable to modify lot size on pending orders, need to delete and replace again even can modify price level. Prices and data didnt load sometimes need to kill app and relaunch again.

Good app and easy to use. I'm giving it 3 stars due to the lack of security. Would be good to add 2FA sign up options.

Since this is only app usable with XTB accounts, it is total tragedy. It can barely be used to trade forex, as visualisation is fail comparing to metatrader app. It is good for cfd/stock, where proper graph is not so necessary. But Forex trading is complete fail. Im thinking of cancelling my accounts and go somewhere else where metatrader is still used. Another nonsense update in app - now I need to click more to see opened positions, because it got combined in one. WHY? Why such downgrade?

Super problematic services. Not even close with closing instant their so-called investment plans. This is a slot machine like broker that can't even put inside their own desktop app their own feuters that are found only on app(launched in 2023). This should tell you everything you need to know about XTB. Be advised and walk away from xtb if you are a beginner.

I am loving this App, its a user friendly and excellent app. It's very quick and fast and gives all the information on your portfolio dashboard like open price, volume, & % , Only suggestion would like to add here is to show investment value on the main screen of portfolio dashboard which is currently not available. Kindly bring the simple feature of Take profit and stoploss on investment portfolio, I may move my money to another platform coz of this feature unavailability on your platform.

Application is not works with antivirus on my mobile. Support does not answer on any emails. Application does not doing logout when application closed - not secure at all

avoid them! worst platform from the very beginning. they try their best to stop you from withdrawing your own money out. iv have used many other platforms, no one else have that many barriers like xtb to trap your money in. their account managers are shocking, no replies in weeks and rude.

few gaps, but in general pretty good. Regarding your reply-eg recently after CET timezone market open I got message that 'market is closed' even though it was already running (maybe because summer time change). Edit: it's not about market changes, it was a bug in the way market was open and order handle not possible. Also keep getting disconnects or login issues recently :/

Quite comfortable trading. I believe it is possible to make even more improvements to make the app perfect in terms of UX. For example I'd like to see my free funds on the screen of Buying/Selling the stock. I'd like to see it most of the time for quick control.

Starting with version 2.82.0 (3917), application refuse intermittently to connect with servers. Reason "no connection"! The true is that app refuse due to a firewall named "Noroot firewall" that use VPN to manage connection. Before this upgrade, over one year I do not have problem. Now, half day was working, now do not working! Please fix this problem!!! Add: logs was provided ADD: XTB app has allowed FULL RIGHT, but is't work!

Huge choice of investments in a user friendly platform. The best alternative to eToro l have yet to see. Fractional shares, zero commission, customizable account currency, conservative risk level - it has everything l look for. Highly recommended.

App is looking ok and is being upgraded constantly, but it lacks a lot in essential things. Laggy, crashing during critical events like CPI, no TV Charts and tools, not syncing indicators and chart drawings with web platform, even no templates or option to populate indicators setting over all assets. Using 5 MAs means setting all 5 across all Markets you are trading, separately... Usually over time with economic data and no description or dot plot of economic data being published.

Extremely bad application. Highly unfriendly, simply buying smth is like rocket science. Funds overview is hard to obtain. Graphs are unconfortab. Time overview like 1m, 1y, 6m is missing. Very unclear. A lot of small text hard to see. Opening a ticket is impossible. All my saved items should be saved again on each account which are not related. What is so hard to check some other applications and inspire ?!

Some functions are really good(such as you easily calculate your risk, but I don't like tools for anylize and the way how they work, simple other app more fine fine for me, another complication is we'll soon finish up with desktop version which is more secure for me.
