I have an 8 channel cctv system that works well with this app clear picture and video, even on playback . It seems to do more than I need and it works well. Happy to recommend

I'm not able to get any email or way to contact anyone for troubleshooting. It will not accept the IP address. Not sure why. I've tried a hundred times and still no avail.

Absolute garbage update. Now you have to click through a full screen AD to view cameras. Oh and there's a bonus banner AD after the full screen one.

This app is used for Envio system with 3-4 cameras and 2TB HDD. It rarely or none at all gives notification of person or faces... i don't recommend... notifications of moving objects gives too many and nothing happens in the video... only the wind is blowing and moving the trees... but for people entering in the camera action, zero notifications. And notifications have no sound ! On top of this stupid system, i have to take another camera with better system of notifications and 2 way audio.

Great when it works. But the app continually fails. Mine was working at 10am today, and by 2pm it had failed again. Continually asking for password AFTER being logged in. Absolutely useless and unreliable. It would be great if we were able to get help from some customer service, or a solution on how to get it working again! Im exasperated uninstalling, and reinstalling.

This isn't the best app but it works well 95% of the time. When it doesn't work it's normally due to user error and not the app although the error codes could be a bit more clearer and have explanations on how to fix them. The app is quite fast when it works, it only takes 10 seconds from opening the app to watching the cameras which is good for when you hear a noise and want to check it. A feature would be to choose the HD and have it stay as it goes to SD when not on local network.

The system worked well for a few weeks, but then adverts started to appear, which were slightly annoying as it is a paid service. Now the system has stopped sending me alarm notifications and video clips to any of my devices. Okay, so all systems can glitch, but there is nothing I can do - no helpline or support. So I am stuck with a system I paid for that is not working and with no support. I tried an email address provided by XMEye in another comment, but that came back as 'does not exist'.

Mostly it's great and does what it should. There's some weird things though. For instance, there's ads in the app, that you can just deactivate in the advanced options. But they come back every now and then. Also, looking at recorded videos always takes you to 00:00, so you need to scroll a lot to get to recent footage by the end of the day. Having a "skip to present" button would be nice.

My wired in cameras added to the new box automatically.I had difficulty with login and password.The instructions are not straight forward.Formatting the HDD seemed to fix errors.Play back on app is frustrating. Stutters and no synching all cams on playback only on main box.. Adverts keep popping up. The app isn't great...Edit. A few months on and the app is sticking and stalling. Play back keeps bouncing backwards. The mobile app has very limited functions. The main system stutters and sticks.

I cannot use this app to view my security video recorder system outside of my own Wi-Fi LAN. When I'm outside I need to use IP Cam viewer, which works with the virtual servers I've set up for the ports required, in my router. In XMEye Pro settings it shows cloud connected, but it's unable to connect with my video security system when outside of my WiFi LAN. Asked for support if there is any way to make it work? Waste of time, as they did not respond at all.

Dear Team, App is working fine.but when tried the option of Playback the video plays in slow motion.for 1 minute video we do need to wait 3 minutrs for preview. Can you please look into this and let me know?

My Hiseeu system looks good, in particular the cameras. However, the app is badly letting the system down. After a week of trying, incl. getting my ISP involved as well as two IT specialists, I still cannot access my NVR remotely, i.e. away from my home WiFi network. Remote access was a key feature for me. Don’t expect help from the app developers either. After some initial feedback such as “Check if the NAT status is connected” (it was), they ran out of ideas and simply stopped responding.

App completely stopped working.. just started saying the unit is off line.. after every update they force you to have adverts (have to desable them evey time) which make loading times alot slower.. when i was able to view the cameras if i come off the app and back on it the camera feed dont work so i have to force close every time.. also the play back is very buggy.. it jumps all over the place when seeking.. so its practically completely useless.. for a paid app this is extremely poor quality.

No issues setting it up AFTER having to uninstall it twice. Now it only displays 3 of the 4 cameras. All cameras displayed find on the monitor. By the way, they don't tell you it's a paid service. My Google account has plenty of cloud storage, I don't need to pay $70 for there cloud storage. App has lots of great features but they just don't work. Account is being deleted.

I have an account to access to my cameras and it was working ok for sometime, but then one day to another it didnt work, and got me out from the app, once i tried to sign in in, the app shows me that the user doesnt exist. I tried to many times and it shows me the same issue. I got another app, using the same system and it works well. Maybe one day technical support can fix it!.

The app works great when it works. One minute it works the next minute it fails and it asks for your username and password and then the screen goes black and goes back to the icon. I truly wish that you all would do an update and get this fixed because it is happening way too much and I cannot view my cameras when I'm gone. I'm also tired of uninstalling and installing the app. Please get this fixed

Fails to activate alarms sporadically, pest screens to get you to buy cloud service, now cannot even save any settings. Not reliable. Difficult to program. Latest issue: cannot save camera settings. Save button inoperative. Is there a zero star rating? As of 4/23, for 3 months now, the unit has lost my username and is totally defunct, a waste of time, effort, and money. Contacting company yields no response.

It clearly says that you can access the cloud stored media even when device is offline, not true. When signing up for cloud, you pay per channel, so if you have 6 cameras, you will have to sign up for 6 subscriptions. Alerts are another big issue I have with this system, from default thumbnail, that tells you absolutely nothing about the current situation, to how you only get a general warning and that's all. Also, if click on thumbnail, you will be kicked out and have to open the app again.

I gave one star only because I can't put zero stars. I've had problems with this after about 2-3 months. First, the app. Stopped working for over 2 weeks, so there was no internet access during that time. It goes from 4 screens to one screen and then goes thru the 4 screens individually several times a day. It is almost impossible to get technical support. Since it's made in China tech. Support will only contact you from 8pm. To 6am if they call you back at all. Not worth it at all...
