Wysa is better than I expected. Flawed, but useful. However, as I continue to use it, I am getting increasingly frustrated with its limitations. It will suggest notifications, but trying them off seems impossible to do. Just talking doesn't always end with anything that addresses your issue. Frequently it says "hmm" and ends the conversation without helping. I have it a shot but it's not yet ready to help me where I need it

I love Wysa so much! While occassionally the responses from the AI are a bit generic, the fact that it responds at all is enough for me to love! It's a very soothing app to have, and the different activities it suggests are great for what I need, whether it's calming down and relaxing or getting out for some fresh air and extra movement. Wysa is very general and versatile, thus making it a good tool that everyone can benefit from, regarless of what their struggle is. Totally reccomend!

I like Wysa a lot. there are a few tools to help you set and motivate you to complete goals and you can speak with the automated system to get your feelings out, like an online journal that talks back and sends you happy gifs. I upgraded to the paid version to get a real live life coach who has been great. it's not exactly cheap (I think $90/3 months) but it's way cheaper than therapy and I've found it just as helpful.

I got so caught up in the app that I almost forgot I was talking to an AI and not a real person. Just a few minutes in and I already got attatched to Wysa! I don't know how they did it, but it really helped me feel better. 5/5 i would recommend. However, I did find a couple of bugs in the app. Such as the screen scrolling to the very bottom when Wysa is typing, and Wysa didn't finish one of It's texts. Other than that it's a great app.

I am happy using Wysa app and therapist. I would like to suggest that as I visual learner, it would make my experience more pleasant if I could copy/paste messages, if I could highlight text/speech bubbles so I can keep track of certain topics or msgs. To have a 'find' feature so I can search key words if I need to look back at something quickly. I learn best with colors to associate with. Please and thank you.

Pretty cool. Great AI interface. And it helps me to talk, especially since I'm not talking to a judgmental human. The AI seems unconditional and set on being helpful. I appreciate this type of interface, especially with the options to buy a premium account. But so far there are plenty of things in the free version. I've barely scratched the surface. And wysa helps, more than I thought.

Wysa is not perfect, but it is deserving of 5 stars. I think of it as a work in progress. If you have no one to talk to, you can talk to Wysa. Will the AI always respond correctly? No, but its being worked on. It's better than bottling up all your emotions until you explode. Part of the app you can pay for, but it is completely optional. I found that Wysa works best with short sentences that have key words in them, like hopeless or upset.

Wysa helps me think through things in a new way and gives me useful ideas for helping me calm down, de-stress, etc. I enjoy talking with someone who has no hidden judgment of my life or activities and who can just listen and relay what I say. It's like writing in a journal, but where the journal is giving you responses. Plus it saves info from what you tell it so you can revisit things that make you help or things that help you relax, etc. It's a very creative and amazing app! I highly recommend

I'd rather just delete my original review, but the option to edit or delete reviews is missing. So I'm updating my experience publicly. I just had an incredibly unhelpful and frustrating "conversation" with Wysa where it paid no attention to the content of my responses and parroted them back at me to demonstrate my "progress" with the situation. I ended up much worse off than when I began. This is an issue I've seen with the AI's limitations several times as I try to work with it. I'm giving up.

this app is a brilliant idea! there is a lot of free portions to the app, but the premium is only 5 a month. the ai is easy to interact with, and the personalization of the app is impeccable. I love all the little features to brighten the mood. I just wish that the one on one with a counselor was cheaper. 10 a week, of the 80 for 3 is a little high for people who struggle to work due to their dissability. maybe make a plan that comes with the premium and one on one for a cheaper rate?

I have to say, I feel a little cheated. I've been looking into getting Wysa Premium for a while, attracted by the idea of having a human coach. From the promos for Wysa Premium, you'd really think that coaching is included with that subscription. However, as soon as I upgraded, I started seeing an in-app promotion to start the coaching program. The program is actually separate to Wysa Premium. I just paid for a 1-yr subscription but don't see myself using it much, since I was after coaching.

In a few days gratitude is easier to reach and I finally feel like doing some work! It offers pretty much everything, Small manageable workouts, the ability to talk whenever and if the build your space right it feels like a friend who knows you well. Though sometimes the comments are off. That's just a small complaint cause it makes up in every other way. With games, a journal to track progress, a safe place to talk and so much more.

I've had the Wysa app downloaded for a few weeks now & I absolutely LOVE it! I was more than skeptical. I assumed that having a conversation with AI would be extremely repetitive & impersonal. I also assumed that the exercise packs would boring. Boy was I wrong! If you're willing to really do the work this app will help guide you along. $10 for 2 sessions & the excercise packs? Hell yeah. Im excited about my mental health again! Thank you Wysa!

Good distraction when im feeling down. Wysa provides great pointers, which at that moment I might think " yeah, right", but i find myself remembering them and doing the exercise. For example, Wysa mention to reframe your opinions which sometime are distorted and I do this now. I try to reconsider the opinion, remove my feelings, and eventually i come to a better conclusion... awesome app

Had my first conversation with the little bot and, you know, it really helped! My anxiety strikes with sudden and unhelpful thoughts at the most random times. I don't always have the option of texting a friend or family member. Plus I don't always like talking about things. This app's feedback on my thoughts actually helped me. I felt like I was being listened to instead of simply writing down my thoughts as ran in circles.

Obviously it's not an AI however I thought it would be a little fun to have an experiment with the system, the first question I asked was "if you could help me with an experiment" it didn't register the question and just said it didn't understood, after I asked a second time it straight up told me it was a system with specific answers, basically a script and if I wanted something better to pay for coach, nha I'm alright. I can see how it can help some people in stress tho.

I've used mental health apps in the past, but they only had a few features (though still helpful). This app has SO many features , I barely knew where to start. But I have found each one helpful and the little gifs it drops are insanely cute. I also love how Wysa has an option to explain every single step in-conversation and offers new conversations without prompting. There is a mountain of guided meditations and sleep stories as well. Plan to start one-on-one coaching soon. Super excited!

The chatbot keeps getting stuck because it picked up on some keyword and misunderstood me, and then I have to start ALL OVER just to get back to where we were. When I try the chatbot, I end up more distressed than I started due to frustration. The guided meditations are the only reason I still use the app, but I can't even recommend it to others because 99% of them are premium and the cost for premium is exorbitant. If premium costed less, or the free chatbot was better, I'd rate higher.

The little blue penguin is so cute and kind, and you don't just have to click the little bubble prompts, it can understand your texts too. I tried in person therapy, I tried BetterHelp, this isn't just the most affordable, it's actually resourceful. you get unlimited messages with your coach and you can talk to the Penguin (AI) if you don't want a real human. I like having both.

Previously, it gave me Assessment to figure what of my 4 energies (mental, emotional, physical, and social) weren't doing so well. I found that really helpful and wonderful and I want to use that tool again. But even when I request it, the AI just gets confused and tries to get me to exercise.
