Not "free"...been charging my credit card $4.99 a month since I downloaded 3 months ago. All in-app purchases were on a different card so it wasn't from purchases made. Also, since the update, I constantly lose coins. I had 5,000,000 and I didn't play for 4 minutes and when I started to again I was down to 100,000. Also, with the update there are constant errors where it should pay, but doesn't. I should've taken a screenshot but didn't think of it till later. I emailed but have heard nothing.

App does function properly, however I have put in hundreds of hours over the last 6 months and spent $40 and I'm nowhere close to getting any real-world rewards. As of a week or 2 ago it became far more difficult to progress as well. If you are just looking to play slot games, this app would do that. However unless you are willing to put in a couple hundred dollars and a good amount of time, the 'real world' prizes are pretty unreachable.

8 month user.. has turned into thievery, plan and simple. Requires purchases to earn any rewards, and charges the rules for prize redemption regularly and without warning. App developer clearly taking advantage of the resort to bleed money from customers before eliminating any change they'll earn a reward for their hundreds spent. Tried emailing several times, never any reply. UPDATED: as I said in my original review, I've tried emailing (now 6 times) and never gotten a single response.

Wynn has changed the experience where it is now impossible to get to a point where you can actually use the points, without spending several hundreds of dollars... I've been a long time player when you could actually earn enough points to progress, and have gotten pretty far, no there is now way I can keep my tier level without spending money. And spending hours each day to gather points.. Honestly it's not worth the time to play it anymore and to just pay for it, rather than waste the time.

If you like completely wasting your time with no chance to actually win anyting play this app. The new update completely put the rewards structure, out of Reach for most, if not all players. I was up for a rude awakening when I updated the app and found out. You're better off just going to the dollar store and buying a word search puzzle.

2nd UPDATE: Avoid this app!!! UPDATE: Gave the app another chance and tried to reach level 2 to be eligible to book rooms. Ended up paying money to reach level 2, then they changed it so you need to reach level 3 before you can book a room! Which means spending more money!! I played for months to earn enough for a two night stay, but once the app was updated, my points were essentially useless. They added a VIP point system that requires you to level up within 90 days in order to book the hotel!

The game is fun, but not worth playing for reward aspect anymore . You used to be able to benefit from it as a free app without having to use much of your own money. Now, unless you play consistently every few hours to do all the scratchers, and collect every single bonus, you have to spend a lot of your own money just to qualify for the rewards. I don't expect it to be completely free. But I also don't expect to spend $100+ in order to qualify to redeem a "free" hotel room..

Used to be fun to play, but the last 5 updates have made it impossible to even dream of getting a free night anymore. After they introduced tiers I thought, no biggie, I'll keep playing. Even though it takes forever to get to the next tier and disappears after 90 days I still enjoyed playing. This week's update lowered the VIP points of each spin dramatically making it LITERALLY impossible to reach the next level in 30 days without spending money. Great way to shoot yourself in the foot Wynn.

This used to be an awesome game. Had been playing A LOT for months and months, earned almost enough to get a free stay, and bam!, they change the entire system to make it essentially impossible to earn a free stay without spending copious amounts of real money to have enough credits to bet the maximum bets of 4+ million points per spin. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be deleting this app promptly. What a waist of time.

Been over 12 hours trying to upgrade app, nothing, absolutely nothing. I'm pretty sure I'll lose my 3x multiplier, and drop in points. I cant play, collect daily or free bonuses. This upsets me, especially reading the other responses about the new upgrade. I've restarted, connected to wifi, everything I could think of, and yet, still, nothing!

Update#2: it looks like most bugs are resolved. The only way to avoid data loss is log in as a facebook user. I'm not a facebook user so I had no way to get my info back on a new phone. Most games on Android let users log in with a Google profile. Lost almost 2000 points cause I'm not a FB rat. Update: reduced rating from 5 to 3 stars. App is very buggy lately. Connectivity issues and hanging especially after winning. Very odd. Lots of fun! A great way to pass time and it's also rewarding!

When I started a month ago, "free" rooms were possible without spending any money. Then they changed the game and diminished the value of the points you earned, requiring you to spend $100 to book 4 nights. Not ideal, but doable. Then they changed it again, requiring $200 to spend 4 nights. Not happy about it, but I still continued to spin. Today's recent update has completely ruined the game. If I want to stay 4 nights, I have to spend $750. God only knows what's next. No longer worth the time.

The new update with the point system is atrocious. Just leave it like before how certain number of gems can get you various options. Or you can keep the point system but make it easier to obtain the crowns/points by offering more points or more options to obtain those points. Right now the only way you can get them is collecting chests or doing challenges. And even then, the challenges are so hard yet only offers a max of 30 points if you complete ALL of them. You're losing players.

Recent updates have made this app worthless. Used to be able to be a way to grind into getting a significant discount on rooms at Wynn and encore. With the changes that have occurred in May 2024 that is now over. It will cost the same amount to earn the points necessary for a room as it would to buy it outright from the hotel.

I booked 3 nights when it was free... Then COVID hit and it was cancelled. They gave me a year to book another without the VIP status needed...but the restrictions were still in place, so I ended up losing it. I kept the app in case I could ever use it again. But after all the updates, it costs way too much for someone across the country that only goes to Vegas once a year. Very disappointed.

Pulled a major bait and switch. Drastically changed the rules/costs in the middle of one of the time intervals that they had previously created. Hard to explain, but stay away. Haha.... update. Once again drastic changes. Now it costs more than 400 bucks in game spending just to be able to book two nights. And that's it. You can't book more than two.

What happened to this game? I hadn't played it in quite some time, but I got back into it so I could use my gems to book a free room. Now I have to be a level 3 to book a single night and level 4 for 2 nights? Also, why does it take only 2,500 vip points to get to level 1, but 10,000 to get to level 2? How many is it to get to levels 3 and 4? I had spent $150 in the past and would've been able to book 2 nights easy. Now that's just a drop in the bucket. I have no interest in playing this anymore
