On my phone, it runs perfectly smooth with the exception of bad ping every once in a while. The gameplay very clearly focused on fighting rather than the story. It actually feels challenging which I like a lot. The story I do not enjoy as much as it does feel rushed at times, but the ending of the first story was quite nice and better paced. It's only the beginning, so any lag or negative exoerience has a chance to clear up. I see good potential in this game.

Was very excited to play this game. From what I've seen, combat, characters, story, etc. are all VERY well done. But, like others, it doesn't run well at all, but that is an issue with very new games. My phone runs other games (genshin, honkai, etc.) at high quality very well, but a second in this game with the lowest quality, everything crashes. I'll leave this review up just until it get's fixed, but until then I'll try my best to play it.

Nice graphics, could be sharper. Like the game mechanics, but it takes too long to load. I keep getting a "download game resources complete; restart game" (can't remember exact words) message after about a minute - minute and a half, and I end up losing patience, just to wait another minute or more for the game to reload. Uninstalling because of that.

so far i really like the character designs, the story, and the way the game is set-up as a whole. only thing being that even on the lowest graphic settings, my game still crashes over and over. i figure it could've been due to my storage, but i have 2.61 GB of storage left? i don't know, i'm really hoping this can be sorted out somehow as i've been anticipating this game since i saw the ads come out, and would like to experience as much of it as possible.

Mobile review Cons: No controller support for Android or iOS. Needs some optimization done. Seems to stutter a bit even when messing with the settings. Buttons don't seem as responsive as the should be during combat situations. Character stops just short of where you want to go when moving/running. Seems to take an extra step? Pros: you can edit button placement. World is drafted beautifully. Characters are interesting. Story is okay. Different combat combos for each character.

I do really like the game, but the issues I face with it makes it almost impossible to enjoy it. The characters look exactly blurry on Android, the lag is so bad that my characters just slide around, the audio sometimes repeats itself or just starts halfway through the sentence. I also find that it crashes very often and it's to the point where I can only play for a few seconds before it just dies on me. I hope theses issues get fixed soon but right now, the game is nearly unplayable.

I recently got a new phone, however, the first few days when I had my old phone, I was enjoying this game. The graphics were wonderful, the fighting combat was wonderful too, and I was actually interested into the story. However when I got my new phone and got wuthering waves again, it's not even playable. Yes I'm able to download it, but whenever I try to log on it takes around 2-5 minutes. And when I finally get on, everything is so slow and laggy, and crashes. I don't know how to fix it.

Really good and very promising. The controls for touch screen are kind of trash. A bit too close together. The character also tends to continue on with whatever action it's been on even if you try to stop it. For instance, climbing... it just keeps going despite not continuing to climb. It's like it assumes you're going to do something. The characters actions are too slippery if that makes sense. They keep "sliding".

Looks terrible on my phone, runs hot and laggy, touch screen controls suck to use especially since there are so many menus/buttons/etc crammed together. But I ran out of genshin to play so this has come at a good time, because despite how it looks, runs, and feels, I'm having fun playing it. Character movement in combat and exploration is far more robust than genshin, which I really like. It's going to be great on PS5!

Very great game that has a good combat system, art style, and player movement. The only thing that I think could be improved would be the voice lines for some of the characters as it sounds...empty, no emotion I guess would be a better way of saying it. Besides that, I'm having a hard time trying to understand the story so far. Maybe I've just missed some key information on some events. Also maybe reduce the level requirement to play with friends. Possibly to level 10-15 would be nice.

I love the game! My phone runs the mediam setting graphics relatively smoothly - although, no matter what settings of graphics I put it on, sometimes when performing actions like opening character screens or chests will just... freeze the game and make it to where I have to close out, wait for the music to stop, then reopen it again. This can become very annoying after multiple times in a row... :(

This is a game I have anticipated for around a year now. My initial impressions first starting out are very good! There are minor issues, though. Verifying file integrity takes a hot minute, as well as compiling shaders. The blur effect is a bit jarring, and, if turned off, it just makes it worse. However, the characters, story, and gameplay itself are extremely well made! Overall, I'm enjoying my experience so far.

I love the character designs, the quests and the whole open world concept. The game does lag a bit though but after going to the settings and dropping the in-game resolution, it runs smoothly. I can play the game for hours and it works great. I'm in level 29 with no major issues. My only complaint is that the in-game camera does not work, it won't save my pictures eventhough I granted permission on my phone settings. I also can't screen record, it crashes my recording app.

Apparently you need some sort of futuristic crazy expensive phone to run this just on medium graphics, because I have a pretty decent as well as new phone, and it says "overload" as soon as a switch up the graphics. I was able to combat it by turning shadows to low and cranking down a few other things, but it's certainly annoying. The game itself, however, has a great storyline! Been playing it for the last 2.5 hours or so straight, lol. Will update when the game is farther in development :)

This game's greatest aspect is the combat system. The combat is fluid and feels responsive. I can't say the same for the rest of the game. The story and side quests are a snooze fest, the English localization is poor, and much of the English voice acting is questionable. The open world is serviceable and I really enjoy all the different mobility options, but many of the puzzles feel uninspired. Overall, I think the game is alright but it lacks polish in several areas and it really shows.

This game is overall great.... but i can't play past a certain part because it keeps freezing and then kicking me out of the game. Im not sure if this is happening to others- but I can't play past a certain dialogue because it kicks me out mid-dialogue. I tried turning down my graphics, making way more storage space to reduce lag, and some other things, but it won't work.

I've been looking for a genshin replacement for a while, and I was so excited to download Wuthering Waves! The graphics are beautiful, the characters are fun, and the combat is really refreshing! I do have a few complaints, though I'm cutting a lot of slack since the game came out recently. For one, the walking is a little akaward, even on the lowest graphics, the game was still pretty laggy, and the game crashes a lot. I hope this game is tweeked to be smoother, but it's really fun overall!
