The community is on a beautiful site. The food is great. The hosts are energetic and pleasant. The amenities need improvement. Overall, the hosts words and actions are aligned with spirituality.

This app is generally very well made and I highly recommend. Some annoying things: - I would like the option to filter out hosts I've already looked at in my searches. - once I found a host, I was unable to cancel other hosts I had applied for, it would be courteous to them to be able to withdraw - everytime I apply for a host, I'm constantly getting prompts to complete tasks to receive certificates. No means no! - for the love of god, remove hosts that require work visa's to volunteer!

A great idea, but the app sucks. You guys should improve the app, it's horrible. Seriously. The notifications doesn't work, i cannot see my profile, I can't see or write my reviews, the filter to search for a new job doesn't work properly and maybe put more options on the filters, for example, jobs that accept couples.

I've been using this app for a long time, since its release, long time ago. I am very glad to see its improvements and swing the community is engaged. I believe the app could allow us to delete messages that are not adding on anything. Also allow us to flag certain opportunities that aren't meeting the criteria, so it would give worldpackers the chance to actually look after it. Also I'd reinforce the need for places to write reviews about their volunteers.

This is just a waste of time and money. I wanted to get a refund as I couldn't find any volunteering opportunities. They told me to just cancle my plan, as I did. Now they are saying that because 1 host instead of straight up ghosting me, said that it wasn't a match, it means I used their services and cannot get a refund. I feel scammed. I paid for a full year, and now after I cancled my plan (as they told me to), I cant even access the platform anymore, nor did I got a refund

Love. It. One very small bug though- sometimes when asked if we're flexible with the dates, it takes 10-15 tries for it to accept my response. It just shuts down and doesnt let me reply, says, "oops, something went wrong" or "couldn't complete your request", which is very annoying because it causes delay in responding to offers and might end up in losing that opportunity. Do look into it. Otherwise, its a 10/10!

Very great experience with world packers. I already found a place to stay!!!! The difference between the website and the app are that I couldn't find the inbox on the website(for some reason) but I could in the app. If you find some difficulties, I would try it in the app, then in the website, and if both don't work, then I would ask support for help. I hope that helps you!

Trying to sign up. Payment button not working. Except for that it looks good. But not sure what is causing this. Tried a number of times with card and google pay. Could not find a support chat, form or email to contact them for help.

Worldpackers doesn't work at all. Hostels receive way so many requests from volunteers that they end up only working with known friends, people that they already know. It is scam this app. In any case, save money and contact hostels directly by phone or email that appear in their websites or Google.

Paying to be ignored by 'MOST' hosts or if you're unlucky enough to get denied (There's no refund, they'll see it as using their 'SERVICES' which 'DENIES' a full refund before the 7 day period of cancellation and gives you WP creidts instead) 'SOME' free certificates whilst the majority are to be paid for which increase your chances. Don't waste your money on this scam. Doesn't help your travel budget in exchange for "work" instead it tries to con you with certificates which still don't help you

Didnt know what to expect when i had the opportunity to ditch the WorldPackers option to pay a fee, except after being pre-aproved for teaching english, communication is key, is key and the certificates and experience that leads to pay is a life decesion game changer!🔮🏞

Pleased so far! Been on for less than a week and already have gotten several offers. Been on workaway for over a month with zero offers. That should tell you something! My only suggestion would be to include the "read" green check for messages like there is on the desktop version. Other than that, A+ app and company, the fact they have insurance in case it doesn't goes well makes it a winner hands down. Don't hesitate to give it a shot! Happy travels!
