REVIEW AFTER A WEEK "The app is unplayable, I can't get through a game without the app crashing. Do not install until they fix it. It's funny because the ads work perfectly but not the actual app, what a scam" INITIAL REVIEW "Fun when in offense but I would love control of the WHOLE match and slow things down on defense please, defense is so ignored. The app crashes and flashes randomly in the middle of a match on my Pixel 4 running Android 10 which is incredibly frustrating"

It feels more like a simulation, you don't get to control the team for whole match. If the controls were more like dream league, it would a be 5 star game. It awsome that they included small countries like El Salvador, most soccer games don't.

It's a good game overall, but it's impossible to beat a really good team with a smaller team and its more about luck than skill and your defenders don't slide tackle when you want them to and your goalkeepers get away from the goal when you want them to stay in goal. Download the game if your fine with unfair matches. 👎

This could be a good game, if it wasn't for the fact that the game sometimes just decides that tge opposition is in on goal or scores from a free kick that you can literally do nothing about. The game just randomly decides that it doesn't want you to win. Also, what's with games not having the offside rule in it? It's just lazy coding.

A really good game for people who just want a bit of fun and a competition. I think the graphics are what they should be (pixels.) But it can get quite disappointing when after u win the cup, there's no other different cup challenges after. I think there should be a CL version of this game aswell. But overall good game.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of gameplay when you are defending One problem is that you can't tell which person you are Second is that you can't switch characters unlike other football games Third is you can only do one thing while defending which is slide which is very lacking for gameplay Fourth is that I want to control the goalie when defending

The game has room of improvement. Controls are good but the speed of the ball when swiping is slow and poor. Can't shot flat on goal. Again, I don't have control of the game, I just see AI on target or having to mark opponent. I need control of the whole match. Again your graphics are terrible, do something about. It's very bad. You improve that you'll be almost to the standard of Match Score.

The game isn't that good. First off, the game is 50% waiting for the game to let you play, where you can only change aggression with no palpable change. Next, the defense part of the game is absolute trash. It is jarringly fast, and you often can't do anything to prevent a goal. Only the shooting portion is decent, but the gameplay is way too simplified, and you'll have 1 try when the enemy has 6. The variety of teams is nice, but lack of strategy means most teams get decimated by the few.

It is simple but that is one of my favorite parts of the game. Plus it is a huge motivation to play and unlock different world cups. So if you chose the same team it is still feels different because the players change year to year. Honestly I played fifa less because of this game so thanks to the the people who made this game.

Good. But When I go for an advanced manager to manage my players after a few games I have to watch an ad just so I could continue. Like why? Can't I just pay? And I wish I could like substitute players and put them in different positions. Look at Mbappé I want him in srike. Other than that it's a good game. 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the idea and style of the game but the controls suck. There are not enough defensive options/controls, they are hard to use plus the game puts you in situations were you either can't do anything because the apposing team is on a breakaway, or you are on the breakaway but the thing is your so far away you can't see the net. You are put in situations were you don't know what's happening because the game is always fast forwarding without choice and you play when one team is close to a net.

It has fun concept and i love that it has every national team in the world but the control is really a letdown when you defend. So hard to determine who you're controlling, no way to switch to another defender, you can only slide tackle, cannot run into the attacker. The practice mode only let you practice shooting with messi, whats the point? Also you should be able to control your gk when facing penalty kicks.

The game simulates the whole match and you only get to control your team when there is a chance to score a goal. The simulation heavily favours stronger teams to the point that, when you epseically play as an underdog, the game pretty much simulates your team to lose without you ever getting the chance to control your team. It really makes you feel like the game is more scripted than FIFA :P

Good game, but controls when defending are a bit of a let down, it's difficult to defend at all properly, luckily the AI is usually quite poor at shooting! The team squads seem to be genuine player names until France 98, then tournaments prior to that it's all made up player names, which is a shame. One or two of the pitch side 'advertising' boards are quite funny as well! 😉😂

Game reminds me of sensible soccer. But the game play is very simple and limited. It feels "scripted" meaning you have to play and shoot in certain ways to score. It feels repetitive very quickly. But still a fun game. Can play as ARG 86 with Maradona. For me the biggest problem was playing in horizontal mode. You can barely see the goal before approaching the penalty box. Thus you can not shoot from far.

A very enjoyable game overall. The beauty is in its simplicity: retro graphics (think SWOS, which in itself is a compliment), straight-forward and responsive controls, and addictive challenges. For 5 stars I'd like to have a midfield scenario included in each game, whereby you have to make or intercept key passes, which might change the course of a game. Also, I would like a career mode or, at least, some way of tracking performance. Club version? With editor? PLEEEAASEEE

Entertaining game with a great premise. Qualifying & playing in past & present world cups is a nice touch. Only quibbles are that the real players are only on the countries that actually qualified for the respective world cups listed (or so it seems). Also, prior to 1994, in international football teams got 2 points for a win, not 3. That didn't change to 3 points until USA '94. Coloured medals to reflect difficulty are cool though, & there are plenty of teams to choose from in each tournament.

This game is amazing. I love the retro graphics and idea of the game. However, I think that there should be multiple modes. One of them could be that you control a club and you play a season. Also, there should be more forms of attack plays. I play this game a lot, and I got every attack play, so there should be more positions of attack, etc. Finally, there should be an actual control for a through pass. You could sort of do it now by swiping into space but there should be an actual way to do it.

Defense is "wut." Like often you don't even get your finger to the screen in time before they score. No strategy, just madhouse speed. At least on offense it is almost like turn based strategy which I think is cool for soccer. Forget about trying a weak football country to win the world cup. It is impossible to beat the high power countries even on easy. Everyone is faster than your defense, they get to the keeper and run circles around him. It is insane. Game has potential though.

Fun game and the fact it has real players and unlocks actual world cup locations is cool. Graphics are pretty basic but not glitchy like some games. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the game generates play itself until there is a scoring chance or defensive situation and that's when the player gets to control the game. Being able to choose either manual or auto play would be a great addition. All in all a fun game to pass the time.
