My phone number not verified. My email not verified. I can't recover back and I can't open new account on my phone, making my phone useless and I can't use the app again. Help me wipe out every data about my phone in your data base so I can use this app again. Thank you.

this is a good project, but people in other parts of the world cannot benefit because after all the efforts, you are required to produce "world id" which very few people have access to. some countries don't have this Orb you asking for. it will be better if you even ask for international passport.

A few days ago I changed my phone and i had to download this app again, and now it's proven hard to log back in because I forgot my password, and changing the password has proven even more difficult to change ....what's up with that ??? And I can not turn off VPN if am not using I keep getting that error each time I click on "forgot password"

Very nice to use, But have some issues.!!!The credit goes to Mr. Sam Altman and the entire team.,👍👍 There is a problem with exchanging coins/ tokens to other exchanges/wallets. Every time you try to make an exchange or sending tokens, it only says " Something is wrong" Please fix this issue.

"update - since 14 March there is no update from their support. I made the biggest mistake of my life last year by verifying myself using Orb. They don't have support, and I've been struggling with them for a year or so, but they are not able to solve the issue. They even respond after 2-3 months. I missed out on 90 grants because of them. Don't install and trust this World app; everyone, leave while you can. I pray you will face a huge loss, and the World app should go bankrupt.

For a very long time now I have been battling with claiming my biweekly grant but to no avail. Each time I try claiming my grants my World ID will be successfully verified but there will be a pop up that I should turn off my VPN in other to carry out the transaction. To be honest I have no VPN in my device and I have looked for ways to fix this but to no avail. I tried logging in through another device but the same issue. Every month my grants come and get expired. I feel bad and disappointed.

Very useless application. It seems like I made a mistake verifying myself. I now can't access my account after getting a new phone. All it says is 'contact support' yet the support is far way useless than anything I've seen. How do you manage to have someone's vital information like an iris and yet can't have their password. Very ironic. Infact the app should be taken down from platforms like app store and play store.

The application was crashed and the support couldn't solve the problem! They only send similar answers! I do not have access to my wallet and the support is suggesting to create a new account! So, I have to forget my money there!! Apparently they do not have active ORB in Portugal anymore while the application is asking me to refer to ORB to solve the problem! Extremely unhappy! They had access to all my private and personal information and now they are not responsible for anything! 👎👎👎👎

I can't recover my account after installing the app on my new phone , it just keeps loading and does not log me in. Well for support it seems very hard to reach them and all they give are generic replies of clearing data and reinstalling the application which is not helpful at all. Kindly fix this bug.

I've been claiming coins for about 6 months. Later got a new phone and upon trying to recover my backed up account via Google drive, the app is completely unresponsive! It's been two weeks of no response from the support centre and it's getting frustrating now.I do recommend you downloading the app but be careful with how you handle your account,else, it's going to be hard trying to recover it back.

It's a stupid idea that every phone should install the app once, I deleted the app once, it's a mistake, I can't install it and open an account, while I had an appointment with Orb, but the account cannot be restored, nor can a new account be created. . It is completely stupid

This update sucks 😔 I've been using the app previously without any lag or problems but when i updated the latest version it won't open again😬 it keeps spinning (loading) and not opening anymore after inputting my password to retrieve my account back ...what might be the cause? About 5 other friends have complained about the same issue

Many features don't work. Can't send coins to other trading platforms (ERROR MESSAGE "something went wrong on our side, we're looking into it"). I had 33 coins (WLD) on there. All gone, Can't be accessed. Can't log back into the app once you log out, reinstall the app or change phones. (ERROR MESSAGE "Not Available. This feature has been suspended due to unusualactivity") The in app support is VERY USELESS, the human support do not even reply THIS APP SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING PEOPLE'S MONEY!

Introduce a feature where no other email can log into the account except the one used to register. Also work on reset password feature. Now like today , I've lost all my coins just because someone , somewhere, somehow managed to access my account. I watched as my coins were getting siphoned , the person on the other end was super fast, I guess they're using bots .

The update is unable to send the token. Now, I've tried to uninstall hoping it will fix the issue, but it got worst. I am unable to recover the account, keeps on loading even I input the correct password of my email recovery. No support to assist on this issue. I am a verified acccount and hoping to be able to log-in.

It's a week now! I can't transfer my coins to an external address!! When I click send it keeps displaying "Error, there is a problem on our side" how long is this your problem going to last. Not only me but also a huge list of my friends are facing the same problem. What's really going on? Feed us in as you rectify that Error.

The support team isn't responding at all, have sent like 20 messages and they are unreplied, am experiencing an issue that requires immediate help. Someone just logged into my account, verified it and took my welcome bonus then unverified the world ID again. Ain't complaining but what I want is the logging out of the external devices In my account. My device is only vivo 2015,the other devices should be logged out. I'll be thankful if I get help, then I'll display it here that I got help atleast

It is very frustrating that when someone is trying to claim a grant it shows an error that "verification failed" yet fully verified. This issue has been pending for almost 6 months and yet not resolved. But why???

Wow, did you guys even test this out before publishing it to the play store? It flat out doesn't work. The text verification fails evertime. Don't attempt any normal app troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling because you'll just get more issues. No it says ice reached my device limit. The only obvious solution to this is a restore option that just says coming soon. Looks really bad on the company. Not off to a great start here, guys...

Absolutely nothing about this works. Couldn't connect my phone number. Enabling notifications doesn't actually check off "enable notifications" from the checklist. And unless you live in California, New York or Florida, you're not going to be able to actually verify your account Edit: and now they want to insult my intelligence by asking me if the app I had just downloaded was the most up to date version 🙄
