So i like the app so far, would love to see the following additions. (Maybe the features are there but im unable to find the options) - sound notification when rest timer is done - more options to replace an excercise - ability to deselect a completed set that was logged in error Also i can't find where to subscribe (optd out initially but reconsidering) and what benefits i get from the subscription

Used to be great to build workouts. But now they made it a subscription. I had purchased the lifetime one prior which was very reasonable priced. They then stated that it was for the meal plan. In which I can't even use that without needing another subscription. So I am just giving them up and going with an alternative app.

Decent app, and lots of useful reminders and information. When it makes a workout plan there's no way to adjust how much weight its asking you to lift until the end, then it adjusts every exercise at once. It would be nice to be able to tell it that this one exercise is too easy while this other one is too hard.

PSA.. This app, I'm sure, is great, but don't do what I did and get the subscription for 90 days and not pay attention to the receipt. This auto renews in 90 days at a higher price than my intro amount. I only used it a couple of times and forgot about it due to a hectic work/life schedule and only realized it auto renewed when I received a notice from my bank. They will not refund the amount unless you cancel at least one day before it's processed. This is a lesson learned on my part.

Very buggy. When locking my phone when the app is running the rest timer stops. Sometimes it even exits out of the app on its own with my progress all gone It won't let me record weights more than 99lbs Not a lot of workout recommendations when trying to swap for a different workout. Sometimes the workouts are not even related to the muscle groups

Using this App to get back on track to fulfill my fitness goals has been great! I have only just begun and along with the discipline to consume only the nutrients necessary, I will achieve my targetted goals and possibly exceed them. The App is a convenient and flexible tool and guide to pace myself and do more when I am able. Nothing motivates like results, and anything that gets measured gets done. Success awaits you, and will motivate others to do the work and receive the rewards.

Keeping track of cooldown time between repetitions and sets has always always been a challenge. A minute and 30 seconds is hard to track in your head when your adrenaline starts pumping. --this app fixes that. Not sure how much you should be lifting according to your height and weight? Get this app. Not certain your workout routine is the most optimal for you? Get this app.

Everything I'm looking for in a muscle building app. You can customize why you're using it (longevity, endurance, bulking) & intensity (easy, difficult). It gives you a daily and every other day routine and shakes up the exercises, so your body actually gets a workout. Obviously you can use it whenever you remember to, but it's better to stick with the plan..unlike other apps this one won't guilt trip or nag you. There's also a meal plan option. It's one of my favorite apps.

The workouts are put together well and the ability to swap out recommendations is great. Cable crossover was a great add. The customizable profiles for each type of workout plan is a nice feature.. Capability to create custom use profiles, ie. Different variations of home and gym, that can be toggled with the overall plan would be awesome. The main reason would be to support traveling.

I've successfully created my own workouts for years, but I wanted to find an app to give to friends that makes starting out easier. I think this app does well with that. The instructions are clear and having the app give you randomized workouts based on what goals you set makes it very easy to pick up. My biggest complaints are that only the morning routine speaks to you. Rests and cool down does not. Cool down also needs to have an announcer and a pauseplay button so you have time to set up.

Decent app. Has helped me build new muscle for sure. Some gripes and wishes though. Would be great to have a way to "like"or "star" particular exercises so that they become favorites. Screen resolution. When I have the text or icon size increased above the smallest setting possible on my Pixel Pro, the rep and weight fields on the app do not show the whole number, just the last number, which is really annoying because I have to wear glasses at the gym so I can see what I'm doing.

Great for overall workouts, reminders, decent meal ideas, etc. However, there could be some quality of life updates. When using dumbells or free weights, it doesn't state if it is weight per dumbell or total. Also, after selecting specific areas I want to work on i.e. abs, it will throw in back and shoulder workouts without being able to change with a different set without just skipping it entirely.

I am giving this a generous 4. I will keep using the app for now, but a few things bother me.. If you accidentally close the app, the current session vanishes. This is very frustrating! I don't like that it moves me on to the next set so quickly before I'm finished with a set in progress. I find myself annoyed, pausing constantly. The warm-ups and cool downs have been irrelevant to the created workout. Hopefully, this app will see improvement.

It's now crashed 3 times at the end of my workout, so it's not tracking nor logging the work out. I really liked it, but I can't recommend it if the functionality I've paid for isn't working. Please send an update to correct whatever is failing at the end of the workout. Also I tried emailing and never heard back. Happy to adjust the rating if this can be corrected. It is a really good app.

Been using the app for a few days now and loving what I've seen so far. Only have a couple of pieces of feedback: 1. There's an off-by-one error when I go to b save my weight on my profile (eg: I enter 150.0 and it saves it as 149.9) 2. It would be awesome if there was an option for a pull-up bar in the home gym equipment. I can always tack on some pull-ups during my workout but it would be nice to have it planned and tracked for muscle recovery. So far though, the concept is great!

BE VERY CARELFULL!!! After initial promo price period Your debit/credit card will be charged premium price for extending a subscription WITHOUT ANY reminder!!! They won't agree to send a refund even if you CANCEL subscription next day you have been charged. For me it is a SCAM, any other companies refunds money without any issues. Not this one. I would not recommend it at ALL!!!!

Implementing AI is cool idea. However, the interface on Android doesnt allow for 3 digit weight values. Almost useless for any barbell excercises. Also, there is no audible notifications at the end of a timed set or rest. I checked the settings and couldn't find any way to resolve either item.

The app has its limitations, but the alternative tailored workout some folks appear to want are $100+ per month. I use the app exclusively at home doing body weight excercises. I don't use the meal plan. At almost 50, I've dropped 18 pounds in 3 months with a shoulder injury and lower back issues, which have actually improved dramatically doing these workouts. Excercises can be swapped out mid-workout too. I share my screen to my Roku for easier viewing.

Really nice updates have taken effect since i posted initial review. Upgrading to 4 stars... I really want to like this app. Lots of little issues. Can not input 3-digit weight, can not go back and edit a set. Can not skip a body part. Can not skip to next exercise without resetting the rest clock. Customer support is not responding, the explanation is due to an increase in requests.

I really really liked this app even though it had its gliches. The main one being the app would crash and not open until i cleared the memory. But I learned to deal with it, but now, I'm fed up. Paywalling all of your features that use to be free has made this app unusable. Sadly, it looks like this is the end of the road. Good while it lasted.
