Great game for practicing Wordle. I've been playing the multi player game. I love the new, modern look of the updated game except for one thing: INCORRECT LETTERS ARE RED! Please make them gray again for 5 stars. Show how many people are playing and how long of a wait it will be until you are connected with another player. I think players should have 30 seconds for their first guess instead of 2 minutes because most players know what they're going to start with.

New update makes it impossible to play while colourblind mode. The red/orange or red/yellow combination makes it impossible to play, and the colourblind mode with high contrast is even worse as it still has a very similiar red/orange combination. Would delete if not for the stats. Pleaee fix this immediately its really not that hard.

Too many intrusive Ads, used to be ad-free and I know there's a premium paid for version but really, £3.89 a month with no one time payment option is taking the..... Update for June 2024. Not only are the ads even more intrusive (full screen) the developer thinks it's a great idea for you to have to enable annoying notifications for the app to function. Really......

Great game! Simple and straightforward. Nice way to relax and challenge yourself at the same time. 2 requests for the devs; 1 please include the definition of discovered words, and 2 is to expand the tutorial/help section a bit. It is not clear what the aids/clues are meant for and the second one gives me a random word that does not seem related to the final word at all? Also the helping hand clue cuts of at the top of my screen.

This app is good because you can play and post your score as the once-a-day Wordle game with the added advantage that you can also play the unlimited version. It keeps track of your percentage, number of games played, and consecutive wins. The reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the "winning" word is often a little known word (e.g. I guessed the common words: "votes", "notes" and "totes" but lost the game because the correct answer was "cotes"...a word I have never heard in my life.)

I got a new phone and this game transferred to an updated version which I hate. Part of the reason I loved this app was because it was simple and no ads at all. Now it's a nightmare. Ads all the times and animation etc. Yu had soemthing good going. Simple and classy. Why did you have to change it and make it horrible?

I installed this app primarily to play multiplayer mode, and there are far too many glitches in that mode to make it enjoyable, and honestly competitive. It will frequently say you lose or draw at times when you really should have won. I've been communicating with the developers for at least a month now, and there's been no improvement. I won't be spending any more money on the app for that reason.

This game now has a video ad between every level. I would happily pay the $10 (or even more) to remove it. Except, they want you to pay it every year. I think you get other features for the money, but you should at least be able to remove the ads with a one-time payment like you can with most other apps. This app is nice but it's not worth a paid monthly or yearly subscription.

Best word game really well done , very challenging. I have a hard time stop playing. Love the unlimited play. UPDATE: repost after a yr: i will keep the 5 stars but they have added ads at every word completion. I find this annoying even though i like the game. Option to buy and remove ads is not available so uninstalling.

I love the game of Wordle. Accept confuses me and that it isn't the same name. Otherwise, it's great. I complete it most days and share the result with friends. This and only one puzzle a day world wide makes this a fun and wonderful app. One recent issue: I have started to get spam like messages... sometimes many a day with challenges... like going head to head with other users. This is unnecessary promotion and I have found NO WAY to turn it off. It will be a shame if I have to uninstall it.

I had been wanting an app for wordle, and this is definitely the best alternative. No ads, plus it has an unlimited mode! The only issue I'm seeing is that the daily word isn't the same as the official wordle game, but I suspect that's because NY times is doing behind the scenes editing and changing up their wordlist. It's not the app's fault for being out of sync

Ads are a nightmare! I used to love playing this and would gladly upgrade to get rid of the incredibly intrusive ads. My only other complaint is the number of words that have the same last 4 letters and you just have to guess what the first letter is. At that point it's not skill - it's literally just a guessing game and it's irritating to lose a streak and mess up my percentage because I didn't guess the correct starting letter.

I thought it would be a complete rip-off of wordle, but it's actually pretty good. And in a way, even better! There is a daily wordle, which is the exact same as the original wordle. And there is an unlimited mode, so you don't have to wait every day for a new word! There is even 6 and 7 letter wordles! Additionally, there is a multi-player mode where you go against a person and try to take turns guessing the word.

Great game. I've been playing it for a couple of years now and love it. Reduced 2 stars since original review because of one issue that I started having in last few weeks: almost every first time I start the app, it freezes for more than a minute that I have to force close it and reopen. Please fix this!

Will not open anymore if notifications is turned off. I've had this app on my phone for years and loved it, until the newest update rendered unplayable. The app now refuses to open unless you turn on notification alerts for the game (which is something I refuse to do). It'll just bring you to the app settings menu until you toggle "notifications allowed", which of course means you get a stupid notification every day. Sad to lose this app, it was very enjoyable, but no choice now but to delete.

Since the update, it brings you to the permissions page every single time you go to open the app and then when you back out of it it's frozen and it won't even open until you clear cache and force stop. The ads are ridiculously long with deceptive luring techniques. Another One Bites the Dust

Only 1 complaint. Multiplayer isn't really worth it. Anyone can win but don't think it's guaranteed. Only because you come close to winning because you got more yellows than your opponent, only for your opponent to swipe the word from you and you lose. It is counted as a loss. I feel it should be a point system instead. That way the person who finds the most yellow and green has a chance of winning because you don't have to contribute to figuring out the word, you just have to swipe the word.

For every 30 seconds of playtime you will have to deal with 10 seconds of an ad. As soon as you're done with a puzzle you get an ad that you have to sit in for 10 seconds before the next one. I know they want to make money off an idea that's not there's but man is alot of ads. Other than that, I mean it's Wordle. There's not much to say. They take the puzzle from NYTimes and that's the daily. There is a player vs player but the one time I did it they got a round 2 off one yellow letter.

Though I got this app through Google Play Pass, I was greeted with a Tictoc ad when I first ran it. Lovely. Then after completing the daily word, I reentered the app and since I chose to deny notifications, the app goes straight to Android's app info screen, assumingly so I enable notifications. This is unacceptable. I choose which notifications display on my phone and I will not be badgered to allow a company to annoy me when I'm not using their app. Uninstalled.

It is very fun and accessible. Love being able to play indefinitely. I have an issue, though: I didn't allow notifications because I did not want to get notifications. Now, whenever I open the app, the app info page opens and places me on the notifications option. This info page opens with no prompt. It just brings me right to the page. I do not want notifications for this app, but the app is seemingly trying to tell me to turn them on very passive aggressively. Any ideas on how to stop this?
