Since at least January 26th I've only been able to play the game twice as it keeps crashing when I try to open it. Update - March 9, 2021 The game FINALLY opened on Sunday and I was able to play 1 day. Now it won't open again. It opens to the Mag Interactive page and doesn't go any further. I figure I've lost about 580 coins or so by not being able to play the daily challenge each day (15 coins a day).

I really love the game, but there is a BUG in daily challenge, when i already finished the half daily challenge then playing the main, when i go back to daily challenge the game suddenly changed the puzzle picture and there was no tiles to filled. Its not the time to change the challenge yet. Please fix it, i already wasted my coins for daily puzzle and it happened so many times.

Kind of a joke. Tried it again after a long break. Ads take 45-60 secs it more....i won't have time to let it finish, so it get cancelled. Then game freezes. The perfect way of ruining a good conceptual idea. The game is ridiculously slow for a tiny game that should have NO load time.

I really enjoy this game. Sometimes the daily challenge just shows black without puzzle, then the reward restart from 2 coins again. Its sad. Also, when I moved to new phone, the level back to the beginning eventhough I already in thousand levels :( why can't be saved so I can continue on my new device..?

I thought I loved it but after about 25 games it's impossible to finish a puzzle. unless I want to drop $20 for hints. I end up figuring it out but when I realize how much time is wasted, I decided it isn't worth my time. it would be greatly improved if you could move the letters around at the bottom to sort it out.

When I had to get new phone, I downloaded your app and lost all my progress, I was at almost 2000 level and now have to start at the the beginning even though on opening page it greets me and says my old level. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall this app. Due to not being able to download your app on old phone after factory reset, I was unable to restore my progress, so therefore I'm having to restart my game. The welcome page still shows me at my old level, but am starting over.

I like this crossword Picture game!!! Although I love word games, I feel many aren't so great. They're either money grabbing eaters or playing mind games, so as not to give balance of winning& playing. Playing with your mind, not having any wins, if but a few at all. A huge waste of someone time. If I can't use it, lose it is my moto. It needs to have some benefit to my mind, joy & time and soul. Don't want anything in my device that's not useful to my benefit. I like this one - its FUN 2 ME!!!

Good game but could be a lot better. For example being able to earn more coins per word. Or even being able to watch ads to earn coins. I got stuck and no help as I cant pay to play...very clever developer.... also some clues where so small or barely obvious. I used a lot of guess work to get most words. Great feel to the game though nice graphics pleasant photos and I like the daily puzzle too but again same issues as above

Re-revising it to 4 stars from 1 star as the crashing part has been solved for quite a while now, but the game still faces startup problems once in a while, so can't give it 5 stars like before. Also, some ads have 12 seconds of black screen after the 30 seconds ad ends, which I find quite annoying.

Love the game however when you get to level 500 it says that new levels need to be downloaded and will not download. This bug has been around for over 3 months and no updates to the fix have been given apart from "weve passed it on to developers". After having to reach level 500 twice and pay to remove adds twice im disappointed that what appears to be a simple fix is taking long to sort out.

Got a new phone and can't get my progress back I signed into Google to restore but it has no way to go back to put the code in

Legendary game. I'm playing it for years now on and off. English is not my first language, but i have never encountered a proffesional word that I'd have nowhere to learn but yet the game is very difficult in later levels, such a challenge! Oh, and also ads don't interrupt your gameplay which is a rare comodity these days. All the stars for this one!

EDIT: You are the best. You heard your patrons, listened to their problems. Kept working for solution and provided it too finally! This game is the nicest, best one I get to play on my mobile. Thank you for keeping it going. ------------ It was good while it lasted. Also recommended it to friends. BUT, this game is Not Working Anymore. Keeps asking to download further levels and have done so several several times by now. Each time it fails. Very frustrating. Looks like will have to uninstall it.

Love love love this game. Its challenging and fun can't put it down been playing for many years now! Wish I could recover my old account but couldn't back it up. Bummer!

I'm at level 715 and have not received any coins for the daily challenges. I have contacted the developer more than once with no response. I get stuck sometimes and those extra coins would come in handy. Otherwise I enjoy the game. UPDATE I really emjoy the game but it still does not reward the correct number of coins for daily challenges. No matter what it's supposed to be it's always only 4. That's my only real complaint about this game.

I watched the ads entirely to receive the double points. But you stop allowing me to receive the double points. I've sent so emails to the organizers I don't know how many! Their response is that they've solved the problem but they never did. The only way for me to receive the double pts again is to delete the game and reinstall. There's a option to continue where you left off but you have to start your points for the daily challenge from the beginning when I was at 15 pts. Anyone else?

Trying to figure out what in the picture is in the puzzle, is fun and different. My only issue is the items chosen are so small or well hidden, it's almost impossible to know if it's in the puzzle at all. Ended up deleting the app, even though I really enjoyed the game. The app kept freezing up or crashing. Really enjoyed the game and it helped build my vocabulary 👍. Unfortunately, I just couldn't deal with the crashes and freezing.
