Have been playing for some time now. Won tournament a few times. Not once has there been an advancement in levels. Why? Update: now this game is acting exactly like Crossword Jam. Freezing while online and kicking me out and back to my home screen and losing any progress I made. It's not my phone nor internet. It's this game.

This app cheats why I don't know it'll let you put a word in it'll tell you it's not there and then 10 minutes later on her frustration you'll put that word again and it's the word you've been looking for that cheating it's also BS and when you give a bonus that's on a timer and you have a minute and 47 seconds on that timer you finish the game and it comes back after a 30-second commercial and you don't have that anymore that's not a bonus that's cheating I guess I have to delete this game too.

Same type of game as Wordlink. That is, very nice, but much nicer. Here you have a lot of different goals to reach. Lots of stuff besides crosswords. Stats, badges etc. But you can choose to just take your sweet time. This game requires you to play it for months if you want to finish it. So just enjoy! Highly recommend.

A good enough game, draws from the same source of words as other games by the same producer. An annoying feature is when adverts play (and not only with this game). Even if I turn the sound and music off, the adverts still play with sound. Not great when you're in hospital, or trying to play in bed when your partner is sleeping next to you. It's not always practical to mute your phone.

So so....I agree with ads and that's how I choose to support the app. However some of the ads are so tedious,going through several screen that is required that I stay on each screen until timer runs out. I am close to spending more time on ads than playing the game. If you fix this, I would be happy to change eating.

I really like this game & it is addictive & harder than you would think sometimes. My biggest complaint is it doesn't give enough coins for enough things & not even enough ads to watch for coins. I AM NOT PAYING $ 4 or installing other apps for COINS! It is frustrating to sometimes have to stop playing just bc I'm stumped & don't have coins to show letters. UPD- I like this game but I am uninstalling bc of this issue. Tired of having to stop playing the game for lack of coins. Good game. Shame😡

The lag time between swiping letters is getting old. Also the game randomly freezes which is annoying. Other than that I'm loving it! Update: the game keeps freezing upon loading and randomly freezes while I'm playing. As much as I enjoy it, I'm going to have to uninstall it. Too frustrating.

Very entertaining. It helps to build vocabulary as there are words I've not heard before. The dictionary within the game is extremely helpful, too. I specifically like that plural words are at an absolute minimum. Although legitimate words, simple adding an 'S' at the end of one simply to make another word is a bit of a waste of time to me. Thank you for a very pleasant word game worth all 5 of those stars 🌟

I'm giving this game three stars for how they handle ads. 1. They are playing them in Spanish and Chinese that I don't know as I am an English speaker. 2. You can't turn off the volume on some ads. 3. The little x to click off the ad sometimes takes you to the advertiser's page instead which is deceptive. Ads that are one page instead of 30 seconds would be oreferred, along with being able to pick our language of choice. This is anEnglish word game. Give us English ads!

I enjoyed the mechanical aspects of this game. Everything worked well, no glitches or stalls. At the Bronze level, 393, I'm going to uninstall. Reason is words within the game are uninspired. You get one large main word, a secondary root word, and a bunch of mostly three letter words that are used repeatedly ad nauseum. Becomes very boring. Too bad...

While I have fun passing the time with the game, the lack of coins is extremely frustrating. I've got no desire to put any money into this game when the coins will be gone almost as quickly as you get them. A player should get more than 10 coins and a single hint after more than 30 days playing. I'm going on 2 months without missing a daily reset and the rewards at midnight (eastern standard time, US) haven't changed. That's my main gripe, other than that, it's a solid game.

Very pleasant graphics and landscape backgrounds. Nice music, a little intrusive at times when it sounds like 2 tunes are playing at same time. Very good for a beginner at cross word puzzles. I am sharing with my daughter. Yellow sunflowers sre her favorite, and a yellow flower is your "new puzzle" transition animation. I hope she will like the game.

Great word game. A game that has challenges but doesn't create impossible levels just to force you to spend money. Lost a star. All of a sudden I'm getting advertising after every level. NO. I watch advertising for rewards only. There are millions of games. If I play each for only 1 day, I'll never run out in a lifetime. I don't need you. You need thousands or millions of me.

Easier than the others. But overall, the further you progress, becomes challenging. But in a good way! Should add a feature where player can include words that exist, into their dictionary. Confirmed by an online dictionary, of course. There are other ideas too. Like if a certain word is recognized as wrong by the program, this should be verified, and maybe the players can then add those words that actually do exist. Other than that, addictive game.

I've used different word games and this and the other Playsimple games are the best. It's small things like the dictionary function, the % tracker, and giving credit for words not in the puzzle. Everything about the game makes sense and it makes for a more enjoyable experience where the other games left me feeling frustrated because I didn't know why it worked the way it did.

Pretty good game. Stumps me every couple rounds. Heats my phone up like crazy!!!! Ads are a little annoying, especially when I'm listening to a podcast while playing. Some of the ads can't be muted so podcast can still play. I get there needs to be ads but give the option to mute them at least! Also, the fact that you run out of "milestones" and then it takes months for new ones? That's weird.

It is a fun game, but way too many ads; don't get me wrong I expect some ads but not an ad after every puzzle finished. I will not pay real money to avoid the ads because that doesn't always keep the ads from appearing every so often. I learn from my mistakes. Not with this game. But still play even with ads after every puzzle finished, just because.

Much improved. I like getting stumped. Makes me think harder. So far no slang or unheard of words. Good job. However its been 2 months since my rating & realize its time to delete. I watch the ads but no option to close when ad is over except to close the game. Well I stayed with this game a while longer & the ads are so excessive it makes me sick. Not worth playing anymore.

Some scenes have background that prevent seeing blanks for letters, this ruining play for those scenes. They are occasional, but when they are there, they are in a sequence. Otherwise, once you get to the level that challenges YOU, it really challenges YOU. Ads mostly give you "coins" for bonus (free letters). Overall it is a very good game!

If you like combination puzzles; spelling with a crossword, plus a touch of vocabulary thrown in: you will like this one. I'm just below the 20% puzzle level now, & I find it frustrating & fascinating to play. I think of word after word only to find out that they either go in the word jar, or it's already been used. There's one BIG bug to fix for me. I have to constantly hold onto the phone so the program won't turn off.
