I love this. Now that the Scrabble app has been taken away this is excellent and I wish I knew about it before as in fact it is better than the old Scrabble which had very annoying and intrusive ads every turn during the game. It would be even better if there was a dictionary but that is a small point. It is also good that you can change the board if you want and move the double word/triple letter scores if you want, or change the letter scores. I strongly recommend this if you like Scrabble.

This game has pretty much everything a scrabble game should have, and no more. It really gets the basics right. Easy to very hard levels, what looks like an accurate dictionary, a decent user interface, some player help that can be turned off. It could do with keeping a few more stats like average score, but that is a very minor complaint. Well done!

I really enjoy using this app/game. Keeps my brain cell running. I just play against the app, not a friend but really value the benefits of using this. It helps with my mental health, with a long term condition. Highly recommend.

Worth paying the few $ to buy this paid version. Much better than the free version of Scrabble that I do no not recommend due to very bad scam ads on this. I'd prefer Word Master any day.

Great Scrabble clone, but it double counts premium letter scores, and counting them only once is how it has always been in Scrabble and any clone of Scrabble that I have played over the years. That makes players' scores higher than normal and poorly reflects their average scores and real ability. If that was fixed, I would give it the fifth star.

Decent Scrabble copy. I'm enjoying the single player or the play and pass games. I haven't tried the master functionality but looks like it could extend the life of the game for me.

A great way to play if you have a hectic schedule and don't want to leave other players waiting for you to make a move. Perhaps it's just me, but I don't like leaving other players in limbo if I'm can't find time to play for several days in a row. With Word Master, you don't have to open a Scrabble - type app and be greeted with the message: "Nine players resigned" at the end of a long day.

This is exactly what I was looking for - a nice Scrabble game with the features I wanted, like levels of difficulty, and none of the flashing icons and awards and so on that are so distracting in other apps. The layout - the classic one I usually use - is clear and uncluttered, and even easy to use on the small screen of my phone.

The updated version is good, but occasionally the game skips a turn in the final few plays of the game when it could have placed a letter easily and won the game. I've just won a game, which I thought that I was going to lose. The computer skipped 3 turns, and I won. However the computer's only letter was an 'I' which it could have easily placed. And now it matters not that it gives away the triple to me, as long as it gets a good word in. It makes the game too easy.

To be honest..i always loved Scrabble. That could be stressful--😕 with multi players HARD but fun. Playing against a computer is less challenging because i know-it knows 🤔 what tiles i get, how i play, what i can make with those tiles..and if i played any level other than easy-it would kick my butt. And computers are all programmed to cheat! And they do-SHAMELESSLY. even knowing this i like playing Word Master. Keeps me busy when i need to be doing something important..😁

I love word games but all the free versions were almost unusable so I took the chance to pay the tiny fee for this version and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! None of the game nonsense that keeps you from actually playing! can play non stop for hours with no adds or pop ups as far as I can tell. I've told others they need to get this app for sure. Well worth the couple bucks for sure.

I get that this game has to use algorithms that might be a bit shady, to keep up with "expert" players who might also be cheating, but the app went a step too far and broke trust completely when it played a word using the letter Z, which I had just returned to the bag. This tells me the computer can basically pick and choose, unblinded, from all remaining letters. Kind of ruins things for me.

I love that I can play this game without having to play a bunch of other stupid games to get points or whatever. Just straight up 'scrabble' against the computer or with a friend. I do wish there was a way to play other people without going public, outside of this app. I also like the Master, where it tells you the highest scoring word possible for that round.

This is a great app for serious Scrabble players like me who hate all the childish prizes and ads and BS in Scrabble Go and Words With Friends. The default game board isn't exactly identical to Scrabble, but you can customize it to make it identical, and there are several other arrangements to choose from as well. The letter values are not exactly identical to Scrabble either, but they're close enough. Good computer opponents too. One-time fee for no ads is great.

Great game. Two issues though. First, the computer always plays the word with the most points without taking into account the strategy for further moves. This is not something an experienced player would do, but you have to expect this form a simple algorithm. Second, the Pro version advertises that you can see the remaining letters in the bag. I have not be able to use this feature. If you can help... This is important when you play.

This is a good game for people who like scrabble. I only play the computer & it plays back immediately so no waiting. I also upgraded for a few dollars and I can choose from several boards to play on. You also choose the level of difficulty. It's a great way to practice words & challenge yourself. The only thing I don't like is that the tiles are white and the background is white & it makes it a bit hard to see the board & where to put the tiles, so I wish they would change that.

Doesn't start configured to play classic Scrabble, but there is a board editor, and you can change the value and distribution of letters to match the original. It's easy information to obtain images of the classic Scrabble board and the letter distribution and point scores, it took just a couple of searches to get it set up the way I'm used to playing.
