I'm on level 3236, have purchases, and the game will not let me go further. I can spin the wheel but that's it. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because of the purchase I just made. I don't want to lose it.

I'm currently not able to play. It will not go to next game or level. Will only keep playing currently game repeatedly and will not allow me to use points. No updates possible to correct issue.

Too many ads. Just started and getting ads after every level. Playing one level takes less than 10 seconds, getting ads that last more than 20 seconds.

Very brain game! Love it! A major MUST DOWNLOAD If spelling and thinking fast is something you absolutely enjoy and are ready to slide you're finger fast and steady, tap download NOW!!! I went through over 5 levels in less than 30 mins. See if you got what it takes to get through over 10 levels in an hour or less! If you wanna play against each other reply your level in 30 min (NO CHEATING)!

I downloaded this game because the ad from a different game looked like it would be fun. It appeared as though you would be making as many words as possible from a certain group of letters. Possibly timed. It did not show it in a crossword format like 5 other games I have downloaded and deleted promptly! For once I wish the developers would show the game that actually will be downloaded to my phone. This happens way too many times. Why would you do this? I'm just going to delete it!!

BEWARE!! THIS APP USES MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF DATA!! LESS THAN 10 MINUTES WILL COST YOU ABOUT 150Mb. The game is good but there are ads almost after every puzzle but they are short or can be closed right away, but non the less, greedy developers strike again. Response to developer: There is no option to "tick/untick" anything except for audio. the privacy policy and data policy button don't work or do anything. I'm not going to disable the main feature of a phone just to play the game. Put a switch in the game settings that allows me to stop the app from using data and I will put it to 4 stars, cut out the constant ads after every single puzzle and it'll go to 5. You already have a constant banner ad you don't need no stop videos ads.

Word maker:Word puzzle is another real obsessively good game at the beginning and this one is very easy to solve at every level. I like also the background music, it is really nice and calm. However, lately, this game has had unusual, out of order, constant connection problems with the startup of the game.

Several of the word choices are incredibly obscure, which is fine, but then they're also not consistent. I've also entered several words that are spelled correctly and have not been accepted. If you're going to offer an app, please have someone who is either a native English speaker or is particularly well versed in English grammar, especially the American version.

I had to upload as the "new version" it is nothing like the old version of crossword jam. It did not carry anything over, all levels and coins are lost. Un-installing, I don't want to start from the beginning. I have 4 other games I play with no issues in updating to the same exact game and keeping my levels, rewards a d money spent synced.

I was playing a different word game, and then that "game" told me I had to update to this one. Turns out, it was an ad. I can't speak to the quality of this game, but the level of deceptive marketing (the ad even had a background of the game I WAS playing) has ensured that I will never play this out of pure contempt. Misleading ads are a huge problem, be better.

I've been playing this game for months, I'm on level 717. noticed every time you pick a word it rejects that word, then later if you pick again it's the last word. It seems the higher the game, the words are out of sync. Repeat. The higher levels, there no place to go!!! I'm stuck in 717 wish I can continue without the same words loosing my scores. My comment/rating has nothing to do w/ challenges. I am directly addressing the functionality of the app & glitches found.. Please fix.

Have enjoyed the game until today. Had worked thru many, many levels only to find it all erased ! Back to level 1! 😡 Snookered again! Started over, only to have the game dump all my progress again! I had gotten through Colorado (levels are organized by states then cities). Apparently, they only constructed some of the states. It ends without warning. Don't waste your time on this game. Shamefully unfinished/broken!

Game was fine, but the ads were so annoying I uninstalled after a while. I actually don't mind a quick ad after each level in a free game. Wait 5 seconds then click the X, no big deal. But these aren't usually 5-second ads and sometimes you have to sit through multiple timed screens before you move to the next level. Super annoying and not worth it to me.

This is, at best, a ripoff of WordScapes. I can't tell you how many English words I have found missing from the dictionary in an hour. Worse still is the developers have ads that state an update is needed, but whether you select "no" or "yes" to download, it takes you to an altogether different app in the play store. Upon further scrutiny, I noticed the little x in the corner, but it SERIOUSLY chafes me to be misled like that. So, if you're looking for a second-rate knock-off, download it now!

Not sure what the deal is, but this game will stop constantly and play an ad. Not after the round, but during the round. It's bad enough the ads between each round are about a minute long, but now they pop up constantly. I just updated the app to see if that was the issue. Nope. Hopefully this is just a glitch, but if there's constant ad interference, I'll have to uninstall this one.

I wish I could give the game a zero. This game has the potential to be enjoyable & fun. Unfortunately, there's an excessive amount of ads. I was bombarded with one ad after another. The ads were long, intrusive and extremely loud. I understand that a free game needs to have some ads but not with an ad after solving each word. You can't enjoy any game with loud & intrusive ads. I wouldn't recommend anyone downloading this app. There's so many apps similar to this one without constant ads.

Updated to this game from the original (CrossWord Jam), because the first app was forcing me to. It seemed okay at first, but ads are too frequent. Yes, I expect some in a free app, and maybe every other puzzle would be fine. But ads after almost every single puzzle is way excessive. It's a shame, 'cause I like the music a lot better than the original game too. Still uninstalling.

The game starts out super easy for example: ate, eat, tea from the three letters aet. I am up to level 80 with five letters and it is starting to get harder. Most of the game play time is quicker than the advertising playing time. I did not find that annoying. What I did find annoying was when I left the game for a moment to text, I needed to watch a full commercial before resuming my game. I could buy the add free version, but I won't, I will find another similar game.

I have been playing the game for months, and purchased it to get rid of the ads. I really liked it. But suddenly the game stopped giving 25 points for a win. Now it only gives an average of 2 points! But hints, which I sometimes hit accidentally, still take away 100 or 300 points! The ratio is not reasonable. I just accidentally hit the 300 point hint, and I don't want to play over 100 games to get back to where I was. Please give the option to delete the hint buttons or reduce the hint cost!

It is a good game but freezes too often and can only be reset by terminating the task. Downgraded to 1 star since it freezes if you collect too many coins. Stuck in level 843 and not able to continue. I have terminated the application and restarted the phone with no results. Amazing! It took the developers 11 months to reply. Do you really value your customers?
