I found this to be a fun game for the first few puzzles. Pros: lots of pop culture references, and trivia that will make you use your brain. It had a crossword feel with a word search mechanic. Cons: You don't just find one word you have to find the ending of sentences such as "in to a bar" and "The Force". You sometimes have to go over the same word three or four times before it registers the word. I had this happen with Architect and where I finally quite. I want to relax not struggle.

Ads, as usual, are annoying. For a free game they are not horribly intrusive so far, but it isn't worth 5.99 to eliminate them. Fortunately the puzzle are moderately challenging early on and don't line up exactly with other iterations of the game, as my partner has different puzzles at the same level as me. Worth the play.

This game is addicting. I got my hubby hooked on it. He plays it every day. Once you start, you don't want to stop. I've been playing for a while and I don't get bored. I like the added "The Daily Unwind". It's a nice change of pace. Need more of those variations within the game. Yes, the ads are a bit much but that gives me a chance to take a little breather. I just wish the points were dollars. I'd be rich!!! Great job developers, keep it up!!

I really wanted to love this game. It's fun, but not nearly challenging enough. Good concept, but my 2nd grade granddaughter hasn't had to use a hint or help yet. In answer to others' comments re ads, I have many, many games where the ads are measurably worse! Would like to see a companion game hard enough for us old timers. Edit: There is a pop-up option which I ran across to make the game more challenging. Thank you for that! I hope it comes up again, so it is even harder!

Beautiful graphics, engaging game play. I rarely rate games but, this is an exception. Word games have become boring to me, to have to think about a clue then find it much better format. As with any free game yes there are ads. But, I'll take a ad to double my Rewards any day of the week. Also to say you drown in ads isn't accurate 1 ad to double and 1 ad in the time to get to level 15 is ok with me. To the developers who made this game kudos you got something good here. As for ads pffft.

am very pleased with this app, and not even because of the gameplay. The gameplay is great and smooth. But your advertising team advertised the game you would be playing, rather than a game you wish you could play!! Thank you for not baiting customers in with clickbait ads and leaving them with a game that they weren't expecting. My only complaint is that sometimes ads get stuck or provide false close buttons. [12/06] Edit: I was missing the touch targets on the ads, I've gotten better.

The game is good The ads are loud. I don't mind the ads overall and the game is fun and well done. However even though I have all sounds and music turned off for it it constantly blasts annoying and loud ads which makes me usually just close the app immediately. I wish that your sound settings would carry over to these ads. Edited my comment to add that the app crashes constantly when you initially start it then usually it will be okay. This is a new development but frustrating.

Good game except the ads are invasive to the point that I have to watch them after every board and even if I've just watched one if my screen goes off I have to watch another. Look, I understand the ads to make money on a free game, but this is just too much. And I won't be pressured into paying to get rid of this kind of invasive ads. An ad after every single round is unacceptable.

I opted for the Difficult level after figuring out the nuances of the game ... And I LOVE it! It's challenging because it's not just figuring out the answer, but also finding on the board where it is. Some answers I thought were easy turned out to not be on the board. This requires brain power, for sure! If you love a challenge, change the difficulty level to the highest and I promise it gets surprisingly arduous! No Googling for answers! 😆

The game seems pretty good. My only complaint would be the ads. You can't play for being interrupted after every board. Too much!now after trying to play more....its frustrating to say the least. I know that as are just part of the process and is how apps are set up. But if I'm willing to play ur game couldn't you limit to quantity of ads and the frequency of them. No one likes to be disturbed after each level....sometimes during ur turn! Ignoring this issue loses players and $.

The game itself is fun and relaxing, with what this word person considers a nice balance of clues. Well executed, except for the intrusive and long ads. For instance, after checking my phone alerts in the middle of a puzzle, an ad is launched. They're so frequent that I can't get into a zone with the game so that I want to wait through the 30 second ads. There is an option to buy more coins for hints, but none to have less ads. It was pleasant, but not worth it. Uninstalling.

Perfect game for relaxing. Just challenging enough to not have to strain the brain too much. I would have given 5 stars except for too many ads. I know they are needed to compensate for the game to be free but when it feels like I'm spending the same amount of time (or more) watching ads than I am playing the game it makes me lose interest in the game. I have uninstalled plenty of good games for this reason. If you want to pay the price to remove the ads its a fair price and I suggest it.

I like the simple gameplay and it is an all around fun game. Few things I think could add value to the game are themes (that can be bought with coins), syncing progress with Google Play, and another way to go through words without reaching to the top of the screen. Only reason I don't think it is a 5-star for me is because of the extreme simpleness; I normally like being able to switch it up the look and buy new things. But if someone else doesn't need that then this game could be good for you.

too many ads! so play offline, in airplane mode, to stop them, for a MUCH better gaming experience!! otherwise, an ok game. challenging, without being TOO hard. the daily challenge is good. nice backgrounds & graphics. some incorrections & misspellings, which can be reported thru the game. they force so many ads on you, yet there's no permanent option to watch ads, by choice, WHEN YOU NEED OR WANT THEM, for coins to continue gameplay; must buy those with real money.

There are a lot of ads but since I get even more enjoyment and challenge so they're worth it. I'm finding that the app locks up more and more frequently. It either shows a blank screen that is only resolved by shutting down the app or gives me a message about an internet failure which magically resolves as soon as I clear the message. These issues ONLY occur when I opt to double a reward and occur more frequently as my coin balance grows. Isn't that interesting?

It starts out fun, but I had gotten beyond level 40 within an hour, and by that time I had completely lost interest in playing it any further. The game has an element of challenge to it, but becomes repetitive pretty quickly. And there are ads after EVERY SINGLE level, plus offers of additional goodies if you watch additional ads. And they show the same ads over and over and over and over again. It's fun briefly, but doesn't have "it" to be a long-term keeper.

I really like the unique take on a word search and the beautiful graphics. It's just the right amount of challenging- you can't just breeze through it, you learn new things on the way through. I would love to give it 5 stars but sometimes the questions are a little glitchy and it crashes when I try to do the Daily Rewind. I would change it to 5 stars if these things are fixed.

Great game too many ads. When I first started it was every two levels then an ad, annoying but it's a free game so whatever..but as you advance it turns into an ad between each level, which is imo too many. Especially when the ads you have to fast forward then close, then usually close again. Uninstalling due to the ads. I will say the game is fun though.

I find myself passing the hours away playing this game! Out of all of the different word puzzle games I've tried, I feel this is the most unique, and it has become my favorite! Sometimes there are a few spelling/grammar issues, but I appreciate the option to notify if a clue/word is incorrect, unclear, even offensive, and more! Daily challenges change up the rules of the game with themes vs hints. I doubt I will ever delete this game! Nearly ad-free unless opted for reward. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoy this game! I tend not to like crossword puzzles because the questions and clues given are too hard for me, but this game has been a happy medium between the clues/questions and the words being searched for. I chose the medium level difficulty because I like to be challenged, but it is not too hard to be discouraged. I highly recommend the game if you enjoy a mix of both types of games.
