The update is HORRIBLE - this would be a negative star rating if I could! Was this new version even tested? The new format takes forever to load, is not easy to see games on the go, the chat feature does not seem to work, everything seems harder to see. The zoom feature is driving me up the wall and doesn't turn off in the settings. Too much is going on...I just want to play scrabble! Please, please, please bring back the old version, I loved that.

I've been playing word crack for 8 years and up until now I have loved the app, but NOT ANYMORE. This horrible update is making the game an awful experience. It's hard to zoom, they keep suggesting on and on people to play with, when all I want is to play with players of my choice only. It takes much longer to load than before, it's not intuitive at all and the chat doesn't seem to be working either (at least with those who haven't updated the app yet). Please bring the old version back!

The game is fun, but this new update is annoying. Poorly designed so it makes it almost impossible not to accidentally start an infinite number of games with the same person through suggested rematches, and you don't have to confirm it so once you've clicked on it the game is automatically started and they won't let you cancel - or even resign! It becomes cluttered and confusing.

Update: Stop throwing ads! When I was talking about changes I didn't mean annoying advertising DURING the game. If you don't cancel these greedy ads I will stop playing. Great game, apart from annoying ads after every turn. A few suggestions for developers though. The game reminds me of an abandoned child, who got stuck somewhere in the past with no changes and novelties whatsoever. I don't mean conceptual changes, but some interesting features could be added.

I hate this new version of AWORDED. I always played to relax. It is noisy both visually and auditory. I will have to find a new game.

I'm new to this app, I just decided to test this out and I'm trying to play the "5min" turns… Mine goes more quickly, while the first "random" "person" I just played with, *always* waits until 5 minutes *on the dot*. It's a *huge* slog. 🦥 And also, I'm *pretty sure* that "user" is a bot. 🤖 --- Oh, and I just exited it out, and came back; and the "user" time was still at the same time spot. Good grief. Checking now: 4:30. And now I checked back, eeyup; back to 4:30, counting down. OK, trash. 🚮

I had the fully paid version of Aworded Crack with no ads that I had paid for with NO ads for life. The game just updated to this new version and wants a monthly or yearly fee to play ad free and didn't continue with honoring my paid subscription.

What ON EARTH happened to the UI? It now looks like a toy for 5 year olds. Been using this for 5 or 6 years with the previous ad-free version. Can't even swap tiles now without getting hit with video ads. And why have finished games above those games awaiting the opponents' next move? No longer fun to use.

What a horrible ad experience, so abusive, more so after I had paid for ad free many moons ago and they forced me to update to an ad version. I've been a little word crack user for many years and it's the first time I consider just dropping it.

I am enjoying this app. The graphics are pretty and colorful. It would be fun to see my average word points as I continue to play games in my profile. Allow profile name editing (I linked via FB). I like the vibration response (I mute sounds and music when I play). the ads aren't over the top and purchasing ad free is reasonable ($4.99 one time fee). Competitor apps want a subscription to be paid monthly, so I like this much better and will likley purchase the ad free version.

This was upgraded recently and it wasn't a good upgrade. The chat doesn't work. I can only see what I wrote, not what the opponent wrote. Also as I type in the chat, my phone keyboard covers the bottom half of the letters I'm typing. The game play is pretty much the same except I haven't fount where it tells me how many tiles are left. This looked to be a big overhaul, and it doesn't appear to be well tested.

This new iteration of the original word crack game is total garbage. There are too many unappealing things about it to list here. You cant play more than one random opponent game at a time. They did not transfer all my coins from the old version to the new. There is some hokey silly cartoons now...and the Ads... yawn. I mean just no. I hope someone else can bring back the original- how lame to just totally ditch the good version!

It's an okay Scrabble clone, but there's issues. Firstly, if you accidentally tap to fight/rematch against someone, you cannot get out of it, literally forcing you to fight against someone you don't want to, accompanied by an ad after every single turn you make (luckily, they're not as annoying). Second, there's a lack of statistics. You only have your highest scoring turn, your longest word and your highest score. Third, the bots take 1-2 minutes to play; could be fun if faster.

Scrabble under a different name, works perfectly 👌. I was trying to find the unupdated version of their other word crack (like boggle) because the update made everything crazy colors and gives me some serious sensory overload, and fortunately I stumbled upon this. Unfortunately I think they're updating this one, too. I hope there'll be an option to keep the old formatting, I love this game and it's so much easier to look at plain.

Cannot contact support from within the game. When you try, it acts like a dead link. Intermittent orphan games. I start a fast game and it will await an opponent forever, even though I can start another afterward and begin playing immediately. It will eventually timeout having never been assigned an opponent. Also, as you wait for your opponent to play, you are never notified when it is your turn again. On the fast games, I have missed my turn thinking it was still other person's turn.

The interface sucks. You can't disable automatic matchmaking with people under the new interface. It is literally CONSTANTLY FORCING YOU into new matches with random, even if you just want to play with your friends. I literally complained about it to my girlfriend and she's like "what are you talking about? There's literally a setting to stop that from happening". I checked my app side-by-side with hers - and they literally removed that as an option. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!!
