This game made me so mad. The screen doesn't load! First of all, I have to tap the avatars, but I can't see anything. And then when I click next, it just puts me in a white screen. 10 minutes might have just pass or more, but no sign of it opening. Honestly, it seems like a nice game, but I can't even experience it. If it doesn't open, how can I play it or rate it? I think many people agree. This game needs a lot of work and attention.

Fun experience, but why take away the option for using wooz for mystery grabz? I'm already spending quite a bit if money for wooz + beex, now I gotta buy a third type of currency for something that's not even a guarantee to get? Its not even worth it.

I dont know why, but after playing it for a while it started to load really really slow. I can't even view my social or other people's shop podz, or even the own shop itself because it loads super slow. I tried reinstalling and nothing seems to work. It used to work alright but after a while it becomes frustrating since it's like this. Please fix this. EDIT: I decided to give 1 star because customer support is unresponsive, a lot of bugs need to be fixed. Things are not loading properly.

I used to love this app as a kid, after the update it has a lot of lags. also, theres been multiple occasions ive bought wooz or done surveys for wooz and got nothing...i just dont spend money here anymore because in scared of getting hacked. but the clothes have definitely gotten better

Really fun game. Played it all the time as a kid and had strong nostalgia when I found it again. Not sure if I'm the only one with this problem but when I try to change my password it says it sent an email but there has been no email. But overall, great game! The art style is very pretty and a lot of the hair and clothes is overall aesthetic. I'm really happy that if you have a male character you can still wear skirts. Maybe more body variety though? Really nice.

This game is Like high rise but this one is more fun it dies not take a lot of loading but really hard to do everything else you will get addicted to it

I don't recommend this game cause when you're connected to the wifi it keeps saying server error so please don't waste your data on this

The UI is very bad. The avatars are slow and awkward. The game forces vertical on cell phones, and the keyboard takes up the entire screen when typing with full opacity, making attempts to communicate an absolute nightmare. The buttons are not the right ratio, they appear too small. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would've given zero stars if that was an option.

They game was great until I had to start watching ads involuntarily. Every now and then ads pop up and it's annoying. Please fix this ASAP I can't play an online game that shows ad all the time especially if it's not rewarding.

Way to many ads. I'm getting them everytime I go to a different unitz. This game is definitely different than it used to be, so don't expect the same of you used to play.

It's a very good game for my child she loves it but there's only one problem that my child tells it's that after many she has 0 coins and she is unhappy that she can't buy clothes and to make her own world she can't do it because she has 0 coins I guess? Well can you please fix the problem just add 1000 coins for every new player a little more clothing and a little furniture by the way I recommend that whoever is reading this review they should install this app.

I love the game, but I kid you not Everytime I open the app it crashes. So I cleared my cache, I even factory reset my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled, it let me in once. Then when I tried to open it again it crashed AGAIN. Now the only time I can play is if I uninstall and reinstall Everytime I want to play. Please help? I already asked for help once and nothing happened when I sent in the screen recording of it crashing. None of my other apps do this.

Love the game, the customization, meeting new people, and such. But it keeps crashing whenever it's loading an ad. And since I'm on phone, I have to fully exit out of it and go back on, which resets me back to my unitz. Which is really stressful if I had been in a line for 30 minutes and then it crashes.

I absolutely despise the update. The older version was definitely better, and it helped with my eyesight A LOT since it took up the whole screen when you clicked an icon; it's hard not to squint to actually see what's on the screen & it sucks that I can't try on the stuff in the marketplace anymore. It's also hard to not fat finger everything because of how small everything is. I used to play on the computer but then downloaded the app because everything was simplified and easy to maneuver. 🤷

I've been playing on and off for two years. While I think the customizable outfits and stuff is super fun and that there are tons of options that's basically the only good part about the game however with the new update that's no longer as accessable as it was before. The new update has redone a lot of stuff and made it much nicer to look at, but difficult to use. Icons are smaller going through the closet is a nightmare. The window is wayyyyy too small and it's difficult to see.

All in all I think the game is really good I love it, but when the safe ads pop up I don't usually mind them. Now the ads freeze to where it won't play the rest of it and it really annoys me because I have to get off the game and go back on a million times because there are always safe ads when you wanna go to another unitz. Please fix this I really wanna play more.

Too long to load up even on WiFi once I Uninstalled this game then reinstall it still glitches and barely loads good. It always say retry. Or just cuts off in the middle of task. Otherwise the game seems very interesting. A lot to do if you fix these issues I will come back here to do a better review. But thus game is too unstable and requires a lot of data to constantly have to download within the App. I love there are no ads absolutely would be better If your data had no glitches. Thank you.
