Great app and great site as long as you understand some of the "great deals". Some items, imo are ones that maybe the design has a drawback or didn't sell well originally. Like towels that shed a ton, jackets that sleeve lining has too much friction thus difficult to put on over other shirts and items easily broken (examples are personal experience). Keep that in mind and you will be very happy as am I!

It's an app that does what it says it'll do - mobile access to Woot! and all the different deal types, plus mobile-only deals. But if there's a way to frackin' search by keyword, I haven't found it, and when a category has more than 20-30 items, you have to manually look and scroll through every dagnabbit item. Pure. Torture. So put aside looking for deals, and just see what's interesting on the first scroll and it's fine. So I have no idea what deals I'm missing, but I won't scroll again.

Great deals, needs a search bar I just bought a new set of $300 headphones for $80 and a $180 headset for $40. Both of these were not only over 75% cheaper than the list price, they were also cheaper than any other competing site I could find. I also have Amazon prime, which woot! works with, so my order has free shipping! I LOVE that it lets you look at Amazon reviews of the item in the app, but I do wish it had a search bar so I could look for specific things/brands faster.

Miss the old layout of going to a category then having sub categories to make looking for specific items easier. Now I don't bother checking this anymore because it takes to long to scroll through items I have no intrest in just to see if maybe there is a dyson or good deal on a monitor. Used to love this app and website. But I've moved on to easier ways of shopping. Always hoped they would have gone back to the older style they once had but unfortunately I see they are not. Used to love woot. Been buying from them since 2010-2011. Ever since Amazon took over though they never seem to have actual deals. Rather it seems as though they have "deals" that when researched are really just 1 or 2 percent off buying it elsewhere. Most items are refurbished, which is fine if you are getting a steal, not so much when you are paying a normal refurbished rate. Woot doesnt save you money anymore, just gives you clickbait and false promises.

Now, only occasionally, bargains are available. Offer the same items a lot, and the prices are about average. Checking out in a timely way can be a nightmare. Amazon is great if a return is necessary. Only able to sort using a singe criteria in each category, A search feature would be helpful and not all features of the site are easy to find for new users.

Love Woot! App is ok...missing much needed search engine. Also would like more sub categories to choose from as current categories encompass a much too wide a range of items. Difficult to know where to look...but gotta say I have found AMAZING deals thru Woot! Only had an issue with one product I ordered out of the 20 + items I've ordered/received in the last few months.

I can't get them to change my email. Took them forever to process my order. Then it was shipping for many days after the day it was supposed to arrive. Only after I contacted them on social media because I couldn't get through to any customer service. Did they say oh we are out of stock of that item so then they initiated the refund after I had to like track them down. After this experience, I will not be using this app again.

The app is okay, however the lack of a proper search bar is a pain. You are forced to scroll through every item in a particular category and hope you don't miss what you're looking for. Also, I have had to clear the data from the app before because it retains items in my shopping cart, even when there is no item in there. 😂 So it's okay. Not the worst, just not great.

I like Woot! for many reasons. The app needs to be stabilized. Pages loaded slowly or not at all, jumpy transitions from page to page. Update: App is MUCH BETTER! This makes browsing and purchasing easier and much less frustrating. The free shopping for Prime members doesn't hurt either! Second update: Still loving Woot!

This app would be better if you did not have to sign in like 3 times to checkout as well as staying in the app instread of going out to a browser to place your order. Would be fabulous if there was a search..and alao have issues with using any other address than the default as the page refrshes when you try to acroll back up to the "use this address" button.

Been a year since my review below and the app is generally worse. Woot used to be a pleasure to use every day, now it is just disappointing between all the bugs. Recent amazon login stuff has been a massive headache, causing all sorts of frustrations with constant logout, carts freezing, and general slowness. Then the games were taken away. I'm hoping the team is detangling the old code so we can get something working again soon

Some prices are a steal, but mostly the deals aren't so great. I wish there was a search option, bc when I add stuff to my cart and go to check out, I have to log in, once I'm logged in everything in my cart disappears! You can't just go find everything that was removed from your cart either, it takes forever to search through everything. The forums are annoying, I wish they'd stop putting the forums in the specials area at the top. You get great quality products though.

No search function and no option to 'save item for later' so when checking out you must buy everything in your cart or delete anything you're not buying. If you deleted any item you were still deciding on, you can't re-search it. You have to remember the category it was in and start from the beginning going through each menu from the beginning Im sure there's some stupid reason woot does it this way that makes sense to them. What that is, I have no idea...

It does what it needs to do but it is horrible with UI almost similar to using the mobile website in general. It might be better on PC, but trying to navigate through payment methods and trying to go back up the menu to officially select new payment to then have the website refresh is very annoying. Hope these hiccups can be fixed but otherwise the app functions like you would expect from the website.

I like Woot a lot. They have interesting deals & very responsive customer service. The app works reasonably well but: 1) It's confusing to figure out support options. 2) It NEEDS a search function: if you want to find an item again, you have to scroll through everything to find it. What a pain!3) If you don't sign in before you put items in your cart, once you log in, it empties the cart and tells you all your items are sold out. You have to search for them again and...well, see 2 above.

I've used Woot! app for a year or two. I wish it had a Search function, and I wish it would allow sorting in every list instead of only some. It's not fun to see a list of dozens or hundreds of items with no way to search or sort. Other than lacking search & sometimes sort, the user interface overall is pretty impressive. Plus the monkeys are cute
