Woof indeed! I really wish I had read the reviews. If you don't regularly check your credit card statements you will have no way of seeing that you are paying out for this application. It isn't apparent from the app itself or from the app store, nor is there a simple way to cancel the application. While the app design is nicely done the method of charging and difficulty of cancellation really does the design a disservice.

Read the small print!!!! Expensive, no realistic support, can't go back to the lesson you look for. Tried to cancel within the cooling off period but they pretended they didn't see my emails. Worst £40 I ever spent (unintentionally) but they refused to refund me. Better, cheaper apps and lessons are out there

I had a terrible experience with this app. I subscribed to a 1 week option ($1.22 USD), and MADE SURE there was no "tiny disclaimer" at the bottom or anything else hidden. Unfortunately that was not enough. Right after the week had ended, I noticed my paypal account had an unauthorized charge for almost $40.00 USD. I immediatly emailed the company, which only led to an endless back and forth correspondence and no resolution. Dont waste your time or money! is a scam.

Do not recommend it. All automated animation and will not let you bypass commands your pet knows. Forces you to sit through multiple series of 3 min timers before you can go to next step. Emphasizes clicker training. Charges $40 autopay monthly.

Scammers. Sign up for a week and they charge you for 2 months at a premium rate. No way to cancel, had to contact customer service to get a link so I could unsubscribe and they refused to refund me.

Good until customer service met $$ Paid for the app and thought I had cancelled the subscription, notified support the day after another charge hit my card. Most companies with a no refund policy, will issue a refund if it is reported quickly. Not Woofz, money over happy customers.

Not my type of app. Too cartoon based. it's cute, but I was looking for more show of real dogs doing the work and what success looks like. Also be certain before purchasing because they won't issue a refund. Lesson learned.

Most terrible app I've ever experienced. They charged you even though you tried to cancel it multiple attempts. I even had to cancel my card and get a new one because of the company attempted to charge you multiple $$$$. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP AND I AM TELLING YOU NOT THE WORTH OF MY PENNY AND MY DOG'S TIME AT ALL. EVEN THE APP IS HORRIBLE OVERALL.

*Predatory app* their business model is all about tricking you into trial option and then subscribing you at $40/month with no notice. Only way you realize is your credit card start getting charged. Doesn't show up in app subscriptions in Google store. Many better & free videos online. Not worth paying for at all.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT waste your time or money. I signed up for a weekly trial of 6.99 and it charged my 39.99. Customer service is a joke. Only can go through email and it takes an extreme amount of time for someone to responde. And all they do is copy and paste the same information. Absolutely zero help what so ever. Now they are refusing to fix anything or give me my money back for the false advertising. And even worse for something that did absolutely nothing this did nothing for our dogs.

I paid for trial but wasn't asked or contacted to upgrade for full subscription but money was taken from my account anyway! Then a complicated canceling almost impossible to cancel!! this should never be allowed to happen!! Stay away from this untrustworthy app, still having difficulty cancelling 🤬😡 soooo not happy!!!!

Terrible app, terrible service, total rip-off. I attempted to purchase a trial period, the purchase 'didn't go through'. I received no email or contact from Woofz that I have an account registered. But yet the $19.99 charge shows up on my credit card. I can't log in to the app or website because I 'don't have an account'. Woofz just charged me an additional $39.99. I'm furious. Customer support is refusing to refund the money for charges I was never notified were being made. Unbelievable.

I had trouble figuring out how to use the app. It's not at all intuitive. I wasn't using the app and, in fact, forgot I had it. I was charged 49.99 without notice because apparently I was on auto renew. Within 5 minutes of receiving notice that my PayPal account was charged I asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money. Reputable companies send notice that a subscription is going to renew. Not this one! They hope you will forget and charge your account.

I like the pacing of this app, but I wish a clicker sound were integrated like other apps. I'm in the trial period and may have to go back to another app that has one to proceed because I don't have enough hands. Adding the clicker sound for the dogs' training, similar to the tones used for human training (when I get something right on the quizzes) seems like a relatively small app upgrade, but a major improvement.

Initially thought the app was pretty decent, but seriously lacking content for the price point they were charging. But then I decided I'd still use it to log my walks, because it was a well designed app. Wrong. Went for a 28 minute walk, which clocked 1.42mi on my watch, and it didn't record anything but the time in the app. Just bad. (Location permissions were indeed enabled)

Effective and easy! *Edit: DONT PAY I used it for about a week, and everything was great. And then the videos (showing trick instructions) disappeared, and it just goes to the timer... so you have no idea how to teach the trick. Now the contact us button won't work so I can't even contact them to stop my subscription. Google is not letting me cancel it through their manage subscription tab so I'm being charged for an app that's not even working correctly.

App crashes, now won't load. I have been communicating with their "tech support " team who hasn't an ounce of knowledge on how to fix the problem, let alone the common sense to read previous email correspondence to fully addres the issue. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars! This issue has not been addressed/resolved to date by the developer at all, and it has been continued back and forth for over 3 months!

Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot cancel via the app, you have to "submit a request" to cancel via the app, and they get to decide on their end of they're actually going to fulfill said request. Theyve billed me twice after the initial sign up, even though I submitted a request to cancel the same day I initially signed up and they just chose to disregard the request. I've been emailing their "support" for 3 days now over their own error, and they don't even admit any wrongdoing.

The inability to unsubscribe without contacting support is ridiculous. Would provide zero stars if that were an option. The app doesn't give any tips or tricks that aren't already common in training, and when you sign up, there is no mention of recurring charges. Maybe that's because I found a Facebook ad and signed up FOR TRIAL through there, but the fact is they took money out of my account for a SUBSCRIPTION I didn't even know I was signing up for. You can't cancel through Google Play. SCAM!

I signed up for a one week trial. After the trial they booked me for 2 months full service (which I didn't catch until the second month). There are no invoices and no way to check on the app or website the status of your account or how you are being billed. Three app has directions on how to cancel through the app, but I'd you signed up online you won't realize you have an open account. The only way to cancel otherwise is through email. They don't offer refunds as a policy.
