App used to work great, now it takes forever to load, if it loads at all. Not sure how they managed to make a product worse over time, but they have... Also, a recent update allows the full account number to be displayed in the app. This is a major security risk if my online account is ever compromised and it's now making me consider switching banks after nearly a decade banking with Woodforest.q

App work great for years. But seems like majority of the past year I have not been able to log in. It says "error accord. If continues contact customer support". I can only view my online account through the web. In my chrome app I get warm message not to trust the certificate or server certificate. Sometimes I really need in my account and I log in anyways. Which can and does put my account in jeopardy. I've already have had to close two accounts because of fraudulent charges. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Since the last update, I am unable to get past the screen that asks about adding my fingerprint. I can not scroll down to the bottom to make a selection. It's very frustrating. Thank you for a quick response to my issue. It was fixed quickly. You may want to let bank employees about the fix. They were unable to help me at the bank when I went there for help today. I appreciate the support!

I am a longtime user of this application. Recently, the application crashed everytime I tried to open it. I tried updating the app and selected Send to submit a crash report for close to two weeks with no luck. Here is the fix I found: I Uninstall the application completely. I rebooted my phone. I reinstalled the app. App launched successfully, but would not recognize my password. I went through the password reset process and the application worked perfectly AGAIN. Problem Resolved. 👍

I was really happy with this app at first... Very simple easy to use and I would still enjoy it if I could open the dang thing! Multiple crashes and it went from a month ago being able to get right in after a crash to now I can't even check to see if my paycheck came in because it keeps crashing..

This app USED TO BE really great. About a month ago, it started randomly crashing. Now, it crashes every time I TRY to open it. Reinstalling lets me log in once--and ONLY once--then the crashes start again. This is the only app on my phone that does this. A serious disappointment when I need to check my account info and am not near my computer. Before this, I would've given it a four or five star rating. Now? I'd give it a zero if I could.

Ive been trying to log into my account for a few months and the first thing it sends me when i open the app is that it crashed and if id like to send the report or not. I send it, the pop up goes away, and when i tap anywhere on the screen to log in the app closes and i get another pop up saying its unresponsive. I figured there would be an update for it but nothing has come out yet so im just a bit peeved

Not sure if it was coincidence that the worst day of crashing may have been during maintenance or not. I waited a few days, cleared the cache, and data, restarted my phone again, then opened it, and it worked finally. I tried everything like that about 3 times before. I didn't have time to call because I work 3rd shift, 12 hours at a time. At least it is working now.

I like the bank, convenience, and customer service however the app has been crashing since recent update, Woodforest; please dont reply that you would like to gather more information. Me and my ex-wife have two different phones on two different services, both android. The problem started at the same time. The previous version wasn't much better due to fingerprint re-verification even though it never changed. Forget about making another sub-version change, & rebuild the app from the beginning

I've been using (or trying to use) this app for over a year now. I have the most recent update (and always do), but 9 out of 10 times opening the app results in the spinning circle of death that never stops. Closing and restarting doesn't usually work. Restarting my phone doesn't either. My husband (same exact phone, service, and app updates) almost never has this problem. All other apps work fine.

When I upgraded my phone, I had to reinstall the Mobile App and for 3 weeks now, including utilizing Technical Support, I have been unable to log into my account. Way beyond agonizing! I have had to delete my email address and security questions via technical support and STILL AM UNABLE to get into my accounts. When I try to login, the very first Alert I get is that nothing is supported by security. Until I got my new phone, no problems ever....and back then I was completely satisfied with App. Now I am so discouraged with App, I am thinking about changing Banks!!

This app worked wonderfully for years- I've had it since 2012 with zero issues. Ever. For the past 3 weeks, it crashes before it can ever even get to the login screen. I've deleted and redownloaded. I've wiped the cache. I've sent in reports and feedback. Please just fix thing so I can go about my business. (Galaxy S10 user)

The app is a good one and has been improving steadily over time. Woodforest is a good bank but there is so much room for improvement. No excuse for not having notifications for each transactions that is pretty much standard in the industry right now. I would love to see that in this app it's way overdue. Let's keep the steady improvements.

I haven't been able to use the app in a mth. It's much easier for an app than the website because I'd rather use biometrics sign in. It keeps telling me system error. I called customer service & they couldn't help. Just told me to log in with the website until I can go to the local bank. I don't go to the bank that often! I just need to be able to easily check my online app banking account. We're both on oxygen & going to the bank is definitely harder on my husband, but also for both of us! G14

The app dont work anymore. Just a white screen. The disclaimer on the login screen doesn't apply to my Android phone (I refuse to have anything iOS as a phone). Since others are experiencing this and there's no solution offered to the public, Best option is to move my ducketts elsewhere. Stuff like this is why I don't trust the system.

I downloaded the most recent update and the app no longer works :( I sign in, and the screen that usually shows your accounts is just solid white. I can't click on anything, it's absolutely not functioning at all. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I've had to go to the bank more since downloading this update to check my balance than I ever have in my life. So frustrating! (On Google Pixel 6)

App works decent. 1 big problem is you try and do mobile deposit and you can see the picture clearly. if it kicks it out however many time not many they block you. and then you have to request each time to do it again? Thats atleast what ive been told by the bank. But also not the first time the mislead or lie to me. So 3 for only functionality.

The app needs some serious servicing because it has been an inconvenience when I need to log into the account, I can't. It puts me in a serious bind because I keep my card locked & of course I have to log in, in order to unlock the card. Other than that I do absolutely love my WoodForest Bank. Thank you & I hope to see future improvements with this banking app.

For the past several weeks the app has been timing out. Cannot get logged on, and even on the times that I can log on, the app can not load between pages. I have been using this app for several years, but it seems there is an issue that needs to be worked on. I can no longer rely on this app to be usable when I need it. Please fix!

**UPDATE: I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This seems to have fixed the problem so far. I will keep an eye on it. This is the second time the app stopped giving me notifications on my phone. It only sends me emails now. I've changed it in tge app to give me notifications on my phone, but it still doesn't. And the phone number listed here is customer service. How exactly am I supposed to get technical support?
