I want my money back! I bought the remove forced ads. Nowhere did it say it also removes all non-forced ads. I.e. watch an ad to use an undo etc., instead it now only gives the option to use Premium content like their tickets, which cost more money. Shady if you ask me. I want my money back. Nowhere in the app is some way to "contact us" so I had to reach out this way Again, shady I want my money back

Superb. Best app to see Shein advert I have ever seen. Sadly game play sometimes gets in the way. Thankfully developers have managed to find a way to push the SHEIN ad even after you skip, allow the time out and even try to turn sound off! Developers have linked every input to continue the SHEIN ad. It's such a shame they had to put some game in between advertising Shein.

Was really fun, even bought the ad free upgrade a couple of days ago, but this morning they made an update that takes away all the ad based assists and forces the premium ticket use, which costs money only. Terrible money grab on what used to be an incredibly fun game. UPDATE: the ability to unlock extra screws and parts of the game via ads has been restored. I'm wary of another change but am glad the developer has changed the mechanic back.

Well I loved this game at first and tech support are pretty quick with helping with issues,But since I've updated the game you can not watch ads to give you the use of the screw driver, the undo button or the extra holes to help pass a level, you now have to have VIP tickets which you can win here and there or purchase them,so I have to keep using all my coins to start the level all over again because it gets harder each level and that sucks so now I give 3 *** not 5***** change it back please E

Have to watch 40s+ ad to start the game, 10s+ ad to after winning a level. To restart the level, have to watch 40s+ ad and spend 25 coins. Watch 40s+ ad to unblock an extra hole, 30s+ ad to resume a game after pausing. If you press the Home button for sth else and come back to the game, u still have to an ad. Gravity is down and also to the right, and sometimes even disappears. 1 mistake means dozens of seconds of ad. Internet is requied. Enjoy.

Very big software bug: ad called KLIPS always says that in 31 sec you will be granted a reward but it stays like that forever! Apart from that it has interesting shapes, but all Hard Step shapes are almost the same, very boring. Difficulties not always matching the number of holes and the time limit, 'hard' time limit is always the same , 3 min, no matter at which level, this is bad. Some holes ate no.No user manual so I have no idea what some icons are for. Also still there is way too many ads.

I like the concept, both of the main game and challenges. What makes it frustrating: 1) unreasonable timers, 2) paywall to replay the exact stage right away. The last hard stage of each level is the one you'd want to explore, but instead there is stress and frantic tapping, and if you make a mistake you have to clear previous stages every time. If you think having to jump through all these hoops would make me want to play MORE, and be interested in game long-term, then you are delusional.

Waaaay too many adds! Win a game add, open app add, I would understand the adds if it were just at the bottom of the screen and when you need to use an undo or unlock a hole for the screws but it's constant. I finish a game in seconds and then watch an add that's twice as long as the game level I played. It takes away all the fun.

I've enjoyed this game for a while but today it won't come up. I get a blank screen when I click on "continue to app" in the ad. I've checked for an update & power cycled my phone but still can't get to the game. If my only solution is to delete & reload the app, I'll just delete & move on to a different app. I'm currently at level 351 & not interested in starting from the beginning.

If you like to watch ads, then this is the game for you. But at times, even watching an ad is not an option as it will not load. You earn gems and coins, but the coins are useless. I haven't been able to find what they are for. You get free spins to acquire things to help you every now and then, but when you reach Level 100, you don't get another fee spin until Level 200. So...time to uninstall.

People need to play quite a few levels before deciding whether they like the game or not. It's a definite turn off if after the fifth level you've got an advertisement after every level which may only last 10 seconds. Because you cram the ads in at the beginning of the game I'm uninstalling. I'm not going to watch 20 ads deciding whether I'm going to buy the ad free or not

After playing for a couple days it got to a level that is impossible to complete! Only gives me two open holes and no option to purchase more. Online search results show that other players had 5 open holes without purchasing anything, not sure why it only gave me 2. Tried several times over two days stuck on the same level and finally gave up!

Graphics and general game play is good but some of the levels are too difficult and only lead to frustration especially when the player cannot utilize the helps without paying coins or watching yet another ad! I also do not like having to replay the previous all ready done level! Games are supposed to be fun without making game play so difficult it neccesitates yet more ads ad nauseum!!!!! Ads are ruining the fun of playing the games and Developers need to consider how it affects game players!

The game started out great. In less than a week, after investing in what I thought was awesome game play, the Challenge levels stopped, the game level itself ended at level 245; making it impossible to reach the goals. Same thing with the Tropical Island, area 22, 3rd board, it will not release the item to proceed to the next panel. This game would have been awesome if it didn't decide to shut everything down. Very disappointing. 😿 Thank you for your quick response, I look forward it.

Game finally starts to get challenging many levels in as the first many are super easy. They come in sets of three w the third being the hardest. Unfortunately when you get stuck on the third you have to redo all three which is super annoying. Sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 tries to pass the third puzzle and having to redo the first two is not cool. Fun puzzles but because of this I think I'm done w the game unfortunately. There gotta be a better way.

This game is fun. Good puzzles and challenging. However, I am uninstalling because the game, in my opinion, is rigged. You must watch multiple ads to compete level 3 of each round. I have yet to complete one without having to watch ads for extra time and extra screw holes. If that is not bad enough, the ads are well over 60 seconds each. Too bad. I enjoy the puzzles but not the ads. The kicker was when I still had time and an empty screw hole and it interrupted my play for an ad. No more.

This game has potential. There are three different challenge games you can play, except I'm frozen at 9/10 on the screw box challenge. There are way too many ads. 30 seconds of an ad, then the install screen, then the next screen you can close out. I play other games where ads are 4 to 15 seconds total. Do they think I'm going to watch the same ad over and over and then install the game? Not happening. When paying to opt out of ads, you should be able to opt out of ALL ads, not just a few.
