Very bad first impression. 3x,resending verification code, no one response. The application not reqdy to use, just recall and fix it first then relaunch. very disappointed. aaditinal info, both email address and hp number is active. in email I have check all folder, no one verification mail received.

the whole app is much better than the previous one, its much more simplified and they also give us insights on transactions activity in a graph which is cool. one small issue, they dont have dark mode so pls pls pls add dark mode

Face verification doesn't work. I have no beard on my ID but I am having one now. Shaving is not an option and making a new ID is ridiculous. Very weird and complicated. I don't recommend this app. There is no problem when taking the photo, only the facial recognition has a problem (the 2nd step).

Totally unusable app! I tried to take pictures multiple times (more than 10 times in weeks), but kept getting errors. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were no help at all. Extremely frustrating experience. Can conclude that Livin is way much better than this app

The app is good, but please move the "forgot pin" button from the pin keyboard under number "9", it triggers an accidental request for forget pin process that requires ID and photo verification, and it's quite annoying. Plus, because of the accidentall request my account balance was deducted Rp15,000.

Some features aren't ready to use but the company periodically &gradually improves its features. I initially wanted to try and find out which features would be useful. After downloading and installing, the app displayed a long "terms and conditions" that felt like a novel. It made me feel like throwing up right away. It seems like the developers assume or hope that users won’t care and won’t read it. I felt sick and uninstalled it immediately. How about creating a more readable document?

A lot of improvement compared to BNI mobile. Smoother navigation, more intuitive UI. My only feedback is that I am struggling to find and download previous transaction proof. The transaction history is not synced between the shortcut in the homepage and the history detail in the selected account page. Would be better if you can fix this issue since sometimes, I will need to show transfer proof for some transactions
