The app won't tell you what the real status of your order is, especially if couriers in bad weather won't accept delivery tasks. Instead, it's trying to scam you that the restaurant is already working on your order (it is not, until a courier accepts the job in the partner app), or showing you a fake countdown where one minute takes 2 - 3 minutes in real life. It will add a 20min delay and just keeps waiting for a courier to accept, without telling you what's really going on. Shame :(

Terrible experience. All restaurants are first shown as online and as accepting orders, but only after the user finishes with the order and proceeds to payment, a notification comes that the business is temporarily offline, or is currently not delivering to your location. Happened countless times so far, extremely frustrating! Why can't you update the app users on time (before even creating the order), so we don't have to spend time on creating orders for restaurants which are not delivering?

Opened the app for 3 minutes to order a pizza. In those 3 minutes, 4 different popup ads THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO WHAT'S GOING ON ON SCREEN popped up. with the 2 idiotic buttons that both are a "continue to action" buttons to try to drive you to action. There is a monetization manager who thinks he manages a gaming app for kids and should be sacked/change his methods. Wolt you can do better

if only they were a bit less annoying in terms of constant advertising. Other than that, the app is beautiful, works well, the delivery is fast, the couriers are nice, the food on offer in the app is diverse and good, generally if you don't have the time or energy to visit local restaurants this is a great way to try some interesting foods. Especially recommend local burger places, they're excellent

Worst customer service agents. In addition, Wolt is lying to customers. For instance, a dish costs 169 at the venue. However, Wolt is listing item for 249 plus delivery fee plus service fee (which I don't understand at all cause their service is garbage and they even charge extra for it). So all in all you are paying over 310 czk for the dish that costs 169. Official burglars

2-3 years ago it was good. This year, instead of fixing issues with lack of courriers, they added gamification. Yesterday(?) they decided to cut delivery zones by streets and not by distance, so none of the closest and good places deliver here anymore: no more proper groceries, no more favourite restaurants and bakeries. They do deliver to the other side of the street though. Available venues are 5-6km away now, just not in the center anymore (<1km away).

I mostly use the app for groceries, and I always get really good produce, and the deliveries get super fast. I know that for some other apps, there is the option of paying in cash, but Wolt doesn't have that feature. The app design is very good and neat, not too harsh. I love the fact that there is an option for just leaving the delivery by the door - making me not have to interact with people.

Poor app design and poor customer service. Shows 30-40 min but restaurant can change it to 80 min, and it still won't reflect on their homepage, and poor customer service that doesn't have the ability to help you either, doesn't matter if you've spent thousands of euros in the app already.

To me it was a nice service until I haven't met any problems. When the restaurants start to lose some items, or even the whole order(as it happened last time), it gets awful. You get no refund. You get no food. No apology or technical support. The support staff told me they aren't responsible for my order :D sadly it's not a joke, it's been two hours, the order is obviously lost, I just had lunch in some nearby cafe, and support did nothing, not even talking about refund, some nice apology bonus

The app is designed to cover Wolt and pretend that everything is restaurant's fault. At the same time Wolt claims they are waiting for the restaurant to complete the order (fair enough) but if you try to cancel the order, they refuse because the order is already completed and waiting for pickup. It's one or the other, it's not possible for both of those statements to be true. Even Uber, the worst possible corporate on the planet, is more honest about what's actually going on with your order.

When it works, it works. However, do not expect proper support if anything happens to your order. They will just offer low value vouchers and that it. I asked for a specific order due to having a collection item, the collection item never came and they only offered small value vouch, as it was just a missing ketchup or something. I do NOT recommend anyone signing for Wolt Premium, as it also doesnt matter for a better support. Pray for your food being correctly delivered.

There's better food appa our there. On this app there's always a bag, packaging and cutlery fee which is definitely not necessary. How do I know? Most of the places offer their own delivery services with no extra cost to those items + other apps don't require them either. On top of that, they will give you a single use coupon but will leave the add for it for months on end which is annoying to see as it never gets removed after use

signed up for one year of wolt+ and I'm rather unhappy. surprise service charges are still not waived. if you're ordering alone very often the order is just below the minimum value needed for free delivery (restaurants literally price things so that it will be a few cents below). in the end you pay for a service that doesn't waive the fees in many cases. One redeeming fact is that the service is good. but as a whole I feel like the service is misleading and I was happier with Uber Eats.

Used to be awesome app with awesome costumer service now they just look for ways to add to the cost, the costumer service become really bad to the point it's waste of time to even try to contact them, no accurate delivery times anymore, all and all went downhill. 26.06.24 Update.. Just disgusting of costumer service, even though I didn't get the order there is no reply it's been more then 1:30 hours sibce I order and more then 30 min since they said the order wont come but still took the money.

They take your money on every step, just adding fees for this and that, and when you need something, they can hardly do anything. Plus, their communication is very unprofessional, they chat with you like they are your buddies. It's getting more expensive, but it takes longer and longer and with more and more problems. It seems like platform decay has caught up with Wolt.

Another money trap. They never let you cancel your order even if it shows delivery times 2 hours. They say its being cooked. Such a lie. When the delivery shows 30-35 min it changes to 2 hours after you order. And you gotto wait for it. Do not pay for + either. If you do your money is gone for sure. And the customer service is just keeps delaying you.

Very disappointed of the riders and the customer support. Once my order didn't arrive (or someone took it from the rider) and today a cocacola was missing of my combo menu. Contacted the customer support for a redeliver but they said it was not possible and gave me 2€ in credits, but I can't order the same item for that price

Luxembourgs current best food delivery app. From what ive seen the experience with wolt differs from country to country, so my review is specific to Luxembourg. Currently there are 2 other main delivery apps, goosty and wedely, which I have both used. goosty was terrible, wedely was good enough with some issues, but wolt so far has been the best with very little issues. The app is fast, responsive and easy to use. Deliverys are always fast and drivers so far have all been kind. Recommended

I visited Croatia, Zagreb, and used this app to order, may 4 times. It was great. I have traveled to others countries and this is the smarter one (I can't think of any other term). It's easy to find restaurants, but is really cool that it allows restaurants to pause taking orders if they're too busy. It also shows messages if there's a lot of traffic in the city letting you know that deliveries will take longer. They updates these constantly.

This app is amazing. No bugs, no stutters. So incredibly smooth to use. Integrates wonderfully with Google Pay. The order process is intuitive. Everything just works. Congrats to the devs on a spectacular job. The only things is like to see are more restaurant selections, and the ability to customize an item. (No mustard, no mayo, etc). You can only make changes if programmed in, a text box would be nice!
