Update from my last review. Still had issues staying connected with Facebook. Followed the support help they have in the app and I lost all credits AGAIN. Contacted support and was told they couldn't restore credits. Only certain things they can. Was also told when you switch devices, not everything can be restored. Other apps do it but apparently not this one. Was fun to play but I don't want to start over again. Hopefully they fix issues. Until then I unistalled the app.

Update: I deleted this app not long after my first post. I reloaded it a couple of months ago. It's MUCH better now, however because I was a high roller before, it thinks I still am even though I had to start all over again. Cannot possible get to the billions minimum on daily challenges or play current special games when I only have a few thousand credits. Would cost me a fortune to buy the number of credits I need to get back to where I once was. I won't pay for credits until I get there, if I ever do. Glad to see you fixed all the glitches though! Seems more issues everyday. Shuts down every time I get free spins or bonuses. Been stuck on Day 1 in daily bonus streak for over a month. I've messaged zinga numerous times and no reply. It's a shame they don't care about this game anymore, if they did they'd fix it.

I love this game! It's very addicting. But within the past week I have had an issue. My Album has restarted twice causing me to lose all my cards I had collected. That's a real disappointment! Especially when I am bidding big to get rare cards to fill my album. Please fix this problem. I'm a very addicted dissatisfied player who has been playing off and on for the past 3-4 years. Once the problem is solved I will rate this app 5 stars again.

The games are cool, the graphics are cool and that is exactly where this app stops being cool. I've spent a decent amount of money on this game and I've spent more than enough time playing this game. Yet, the bonuses and wins are not enough. Not to mention the amount of times that it has glitched and turned off during gameplay which surprisingly, happens during free spins more often than not. And don't bother trying to contact the developers, all they'll give you is some generic run-around. Sham

It feels like with recent updates, it's nearly impossible to get a bonus/free spins; And when you do, the wins aren't very great. To me, it seems like the game is now aimed more for making money than providing entertainment. Also, some of the slots kill the sound output from external apps playing in the background, like Spotify or Audible for example, which is quite frustrating.

I've been playing for over 3 years and this was easily my favorite slot game. I got all my friends and family hooked as well. However, for the past couple weeks the game has been acting up. Especially when I watch videos for coins. After watching, the game turns black and I have to restart the game and lose the coins. The game also freezes at other times. This is the first time I've ever had problems playing. **03/18/20** getting kicked out every 20 seconds. Loose winnings every time. Fix please

Quality of Gameplay Going Downhill...FAST! I have been playing this game for over four years. Loved it (past tense). Anymore, the amounts given from Super Spin, Scratchers, and Challenges are a joke! I use to look forward to getting them, but now a waste of time. The graphics are amazing! Please review the changes made to gameplay. I'm considering uninstalling the app...due to frustration and loss of interest. Would hate to severe such a long relationship.

Pros: This game is great, the graphics are clean, the different levels are plentiful , you can go back to the lower levels when you are running low on coins. The double bonuses days are wonderful, and you are fair with the amount of bonuses you give. Cons: I would appreciate some free scratch offs every once in a while. The level up time is brutal it takes too long unless you are playing large amounts of money otherwise, I absolutely love this game, it is my favorite by far!!

One of the better slots games for graphics and variety but unless one is prepared to keep making in app purchases the rewards are quite slim. Updated as they asked me to do it: If one could rate negative stars I would rate this minus 5. Unless one has limitless $$$ it is impossible to play without paying. Odds are even worse than a casino. Bonuses are small & losses far outnumber wins. Play for fun but don't expect to win or even break even. They're not out to entertain, they only want your $$$

I am begining to tire of this game. Super spin means nothing because the wheel hits 200 most of the time. Purchased coins are gone in no time because game payouts are few and far between. The one thing that is constant is the request to buy and buy some more. Even the chance to complete lucky cards is hard because the chance of getting new cards are low. Why bother?

Fun game, easily one of my favorite slot games. However, it gets tough to keep my patience when I open up the app and have to deal with pop up after pop up (6 in a row) until I can actually start collecting my bonus and spin. I don't mind 1 or too but now it's getting so excessive that I don't feel comfortable even recommending it to anyone. Is there a way to reduce this problem? Would like to still keep on playing and suggesting this app to friends but I will not at this pace.

Don't waste your time. At first you'll pass levels quick but as soon as you come near to reaching your goal they make it nearly impossible to level up. It took me around two days to reach level 105, but now I can't even pass one level playing all day, and on top of that most surveys are not suitable for YOU. You are better off collecting recyclables.

I love playing this game because of how amazing the graphics & themes used from the movie are. Its a lot of fun to play HOWEVER...IF YOU DONT SPEND REAL MONEY, you won't get to play long, unless you get lucky and hit big enough to continue for a bit. If not even w/ bonuses/gifts (20 a day limit) its never enough to play long or qualify for in game bonuses/jackpots!

Scammed!!!! I was moving up a few ranks a day and decided I wanted to play some more scratch games and bought some. I have moved up 2 ranks in one week. This game makes me sick. I have to keep playing to try to get to level 150. Anytime I save credits to play, I'm of the game in less than a few minutes. Just like another reviewer said, the only constant thing is that they ask you to buy more credits. Like that's going to help.

Been playing this game for over 6 years. The game has gone way down hill. It's not even fun anymore. Win for 2 or 3 days and lose for 2 or 3 months. Free Spins rarely pay. Many times you gets zero after 10 free spins. Wizards challenge is the most useless side game. After 5 days and completing 3 full challenges, you might get enough to cover 1 spin at 100 million. Total garbage and a waste of time. Time for a new slot game anyway.

Probably my all-time favorite slots game. I love everything about it! Although I think there is room for improvement when it comes to the "in-game currency" & how scarce the opportunities are to receive a substantial enough amount to actually enjoy the app for any decent length of time. Not to mention, even when using real $ to purchase a package of coins or what have you, it seems to be very expensive for a very little amount.

Definitely a $$ grab game. You start by being able to only play 1 slot and then move open up when you level up. At first you do this pretty darn quickly but then it definitely slows to a near crawl around level 20. You can't step away from one slot to a different one if it isn't hitting- and I'm sorry I just spun 300 times on auto on the lowest slot just to try to get to the next level and I lost all my coins. I'm not about to plug money into this since it's clearly rigged. Not worth downloading

Ruined by developers who forgot this was a slot game. Side quest after side quest ruining game flow. After $100's spent, I can't take it anymore. Even with purchases, I rarely win anymore. Used to love this game. It's just inundated with garbage now. Nobody likes losing all the time, either. 600 levels, dozens of season passes and I'm done. It's more stress than it's worth. If you like actual slots over side quests, this isn't the game for you either.

The app is designed beautifully, however I am not being awared the full amount of credits per reward. I won 7B credits at one interval and was not awarded them. On several other occasions as well, each time my winnings were over 3B credits, I was not awarded them as the system reflected. For this reason I am giving this review along with a 3-star rating. If bugs or glitches and malfunctions are fixed, I may have a different rating at that time. Thanks!

This game is a cheat!! Progress completely slows after level 100 you barely win anything to play. After spending money on it I regret it! I Even at the minimum amount to spin it takes it all and no winnings. Tried different slots and it's all the same. When I do have winnings I started noticing it wasn't actually rewarding me what it says. Trash game.
