Overall user friendly and clean. Wix is very helpful getting a site up quick due to its preloaded and helpful sections and words that fit for the site's cause. It gets a little glitchy at times when trying to publish -it will say its published but when you preview your changes wouldn't be there. The text fields sometimes don't respond to the space bar. And section shown on the published site don't show on the owners app, like the Refund Policy section..

Not sure why but the messaging (a service I pay for with wix) is now absolutely useless. The app is lags when typing and my phone starts to get real warm like I've asked it to do some crazy difficult task. Probably will drop wix messaging service as this issue has been around for a couple months now. Update: It's time to switch to square. Wix's effort to fix the keyboard issue has been lack luster and blaming. It's been months. I would recommend other users with android phones to do the same.

Not a fan of the most recent update (June '23) booking with the dial date and time is extremely annoying and time consuming. I preferred selecting the date from the calendar. I only have a few minute between each session so each second counts. The app also seems to freeze more even when I have full wifi and service. I tried to add a new contact 2 times today and for some reason every time I went to search for the client to book them I couldn't find the contact.

I like that i can integrate email, text, even facebook. I wish there was a better option to store more numbers for each contact and set a primary - same with email, the app is VERY slow to load most of the time, i wish there was a way to schedule send messages, i wish i could search or filter by the tags, i wish i could get to the clients information from the inbox.

It is extremely easy and helpful for first time bloggers. It allows avenues for further growth and interactive content. As with all apps, I suggest you try it. If it doesn't fit the platform you seek, simply remove it from your device. It does have optional feature upgrades you can purchase. The free portion is great to start out with. Explore it for yourself

I am really trying to like this app, but there are some definite drawbacks. I was trying just today to send an invoice and can not add a decimal point to the price....really? I have suggested that the price quote option be placed on the app for quick conversion. Also, if there was a way that the business can convert the price quote to an invoice would be amazing! Thank you and I hope you are listening (reading).

Zero option for contacting a human. Trying to buy their card reader. On the shipping page. Every time I click a box to fill out, it zooms my screen in all the way and jumps to the bottom of the page. If your own check out page is flawed with no option to contact you, then I don't trust the card reader. Going with zettle even though that's just more work now. Half as much, people you can talk to, and no errors in the checkout process. Inbox feature freezes when ever trying to send a message too

I'm just checking out the app, however, I'm beyond impressed by the features, intuitive interface, large amounts of templates. And the templates are easily modified at least so far. I haven't got the person who plans on spending money on it completely convinced yet, though I'm pretty confident all parties will agree with my assessment. now, to be fair, I haven't actually tried any other apps or programs that offer similar possibilities. Not even sure there are any others. Most impressive, Wix!

It could get 5 stars except that it is very slow to load. Both the initial start up of the app as well as moving through the pages. And the most frustrating thing is you can't go to another app on your phone then come back to the wix app without it having to load up completely again. You lose your previous work, especially when you're writing a description of an item you're trying to list. Cumbersome is the word I'll use. Just recently, pictures rarely load up for new listings.

So many issues with this app. No fixes seem to ever come. Help desk will give you a callback after an hour, transfer you to someone else, and then send you to an automated message telling you to call back later. Getting ready to move away from Wix as a whole. Clearly they hire the worst possible programmers across the board. A feature like Multiple Bookings has been requested for years, and the simply refuse to do it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Most features work well enough however, the only reason I have this app is to respond to messages that customers submit from my website. In that regard, the app is broken. It doesn't register keystrokes fast at all. It's very clunky. I'll press a letter and it'll pop up on screen almost a full minute later. Drastically slows down response time to potential customers.

If you're looking for easy and complete, this may not be the builder for you. When I began working with wix in 2017, it was perfect. Simple - gave my basic skills some polish. I became frustrated with the changes - simplicity disappeared. I gave up on it for two years - trying to make a "quick edit" became an hours long process. Irregular/hidden fees. Too many channels for new customers to contact which lost me over 25% of last year's business. I'm stuck because of all the time invested

Used this app for a while now. Worked great always. Has few clitches though that are very enoying. For example, when typing notes under clients profile it will let you type one sentence and then it freezes. I tried to restart program and used it on my tablet instead of phone but it's is same story. I can only types notes on my PC unfortunately which is very inconvenient. Hopefully it will get fixed soon cause it is been going on for a while. Otherwise it works great.

Glitches constantly. Customer service doesn't fix anything ever. They just say, "could not duplicate." I can not wait until this season is over so I can switch my entire website to another service. Wix is trash. I do not have time or the energy to troubleshoot your app for you. I seriously doubt this app gets tested in anything but an emulator if even there. Wix doesn't take it seriously and seemingly thinks that everything will solve itself if it's ignored long enough. Get better programmers.

Update 3/22/21- looks like the problems with the invoicing features have been addressed and fixed. Thank you. I liked the original app, but a few weeks ago I was prompted to download this app from the newer version of the other app (Wix spaces). Both versions Invoice functions are now extremely slow!! I used to add payment and send invoices and receipts through the old app, and now it just locks up or barely moves.. what happened?!?

I already have the app, don't use it. When creating the page on my computer, the add constantly pops up, no x to close it, covers the whole page, and I have to close the window and restart. No need for a mobile app, especially no need to block my work with an add for what I already have. I downloaded it hoping the adds would quit popping up, causing me to restart. It's a 3 star company without the page breaking adds, but til they're gone, best I can do is 1 star. Please fix this.

Working on the website stalls a lot. It freezes and messes up things that you are trying to put together. Sometimes, you'll have to erase and start over. Also, it's not cell phone friendly, not for working on or viewing. There is another app you must download to view with a cell phone properly. I noticed it, and my clients have noticed it and don't like it. It would be better to be able to view it with a pc and cell phone with no problem. The wix app itself is ok, a few things I would change.

App was working great since I downloaded it. Now recently every time I open it and try to do anything, it lags for soooo long. Also, the titles of sections and most of the options to choose from on what I want to do, is all in code now. So I have to kind of guess what I'm tapping on. It takes forever. Whatever you guys did to the app, un-do it please. It was working fine.

Easy to use, a couple of issues. Very difficult to get customer service to respond - took days, and different people respond to the same issue si you have to start over again each time. My issue was that the app allows the use of different currencies but it doesn't support it, so every customer was getting their purchase denied. I lost several sales as a result.

Hate to say it, but every update makes this app run slower and slower. It takes up to 5 minutes to load and then when I click on the widget I need to open (payments, messages, calendar and so on) it takes even longer just to open. I've used this app for several years and it never improves. This last update, I can't even see how many times a visitor has been on the site now. That was actually good information to have and now it's gone. UPDATE: After maybe 3 updates on Wix app, it's worse! Slow!
