not pleased that the legend on the weight graph isn't lined for lbs when units are set to lbs. I've been requesting this to Withins for years. I'd like to see when my weight crosses a meaningful line like 165, not the 167.6 line (a conversation from 76 kg). Otherwise I like the app and consider it very useful for watching weight trends.

The Withings app insists on denying me major portions of the functions of the app because it thinks I am not connected to the internet. In fact I really am connected at over 200 mbps down and 300mbps up and it downloaded an update to my ScanWatch2 and installed it and restarted my watch. The app has a serious problem.

The app is unfunctional it keeps giving a generic connectivity issue error even when there is no connection issues. It can't use Google to log in even though on the web it can the Android app just can't. Searching their help desk shows that this issue existed 3 years ago and it seems like the company has done nothing to fix it There is no way to reach out to customer service, support is only through a giant knowledge base that you can search and find your issue, can't find anybody to solve

Run a periodic job instead of running a persistent service to sync your devices. It's outrageous that you think sucking up system services permanently is acceptable in any world for such an unimportant thing like this. Building all the views and flows for justification instead of actually doing the right thing shows where your priorities are. This decision is either incredibly lazy, or you just don't respect people's battery and notification tray real estate. Or both!

Withings removed pregnancy mode from scales (at least the Body+) and have been promising to reintro for over a year. I get that firmware upgrades take more time and testing (guessing the reason Withings removed was due to some fundamental issue with the calibration of the scale itself) -- okay. However, there is absolutely no reason why they couldn't have released a software (app) update to accommodate us preggo gals in the meantime (like auto-remove BMI, body fat %, simple goal wt gain tracker)

this app used to be good a few years ago. then they updated it and it's useless. the graphs are zoomed way out where a couple % of BF change is not visible. you can't view every measurement in graph form. It forces measurements in a day to be averaged together even though I am interested in graphically seeing the morning/night changes. You have to tap into list of measurements and tap into individual ones just to see body composition measurements. I won't buy their scales anymore.

Year 5 of owning a smart scale. Previous scale worked flawlessly for 30+ years and took 3 seconds to use. This is constantly changing due to it being tied to an app that is a complete mess with 95% of UI elements for non-related things. First it can take several minutes of continuous using the scale and hoping a reading finally syncs to your phone. After, you navigate lots of nonsense to get a barely customizable graph of the data you want. Hopefully year 6 gets better!

The scale no longer sinks over Wi-Fi. Sometimes it will sync to the withings app over Bluetooth if I have that app open and the phone screen on while I weigh myself. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of hardware support for this older smart device. More like smart waste.

Really 2 star - only displays weight trend on device if wifi connected . Also, you have to install app and create an account just to boot the decice for initial configuration. It took 2 service tickets and a video of device to figure out the trend chart does not display on device in Bluetooth ONLY mode. If you are willing to use the app and stay connected to Wi-Fi, then you will probably love it

Keeps forgetting the distance set on activities. Good otherwise. Edit: 3/28/23 Still no fix... Edit: 4/5/23 reducing to 1 star, still not fix to missing distance Edit: 08/23/2024 I wish I could reduce the rating even further. The month steps view doesn't even show certain days on Android app. Their solution is to see it on the web. What's the point of the app then? The walking GPS connection is now also broken - only works if you open the app after starting the walk workout mode. Pointless...

There is a several minute delay between taking a measurement and having the data show up in the app. There is a lot of space taken up by superfluous stuff. The graphs are poor. Basic data like how much weight have I lost in the last 30 days, moving averages, are not displayed in the app. All my blood pressure measurements are duplicated.

Honestly, this app is simultaneously close to 5 and 1 stars. Generally great interface, but back end actions are rough. Smooth GUI, duplicates all automated entries, easy to read, constantly engaged bluetooth creating a noticeable battery drain. It just needs some polish, and it'll be great.

Latest update of the app gets to the point of where it's configuring the scale but sits there on the configuration for several minutes before finally issuing a setup failed. The app has been updated to August 26th release I get a QR code on my scale it goes through the setup process it connects to my local Wi-Fi successfully but then just spins on configuring the body scale. Please help Withings support!

Updating to 2 stars as an update earlier this year removed the ability to start a workout from your watch and simultaneously trigger it in the app. You now have to manually open the app even though the app is always running in the background. I've reached out to customer service who passed along my complaint to the dev team. Hopefully they fix this quickly. Additionally, pregnancy mode was removed from the smart scale which was previously great for my wife to use. Please do not remove features.

My watch is failing to buzz when I get phone calls. This is not a one star lower kind of issue. It is a deal breaker. Also, withings support is so incompetent that the help link they include here in the play store is to a "no reply" address. Get it together Withings! I used to recommend this watch to anyone who would listen, but I won't do that anymore.

love, love, love how this watch holds a charge, which was my main reason for getting one I can go up to 3+ weeks or more. The steps are much less then other step counters, but I adjusted my goal steps to match. It's similar to other watches as far as messages showing up. I usually get them when I'm nearby though. All in all, I find it the easiest watch of its kind and would buy another if needed, although it's also proved to be very durable for an outdoor person like me.

It's pretty simple, the app will not install on my pixel phone. It variously gets anywhere from 25 to 75% installed and then it just runs and runs and runs until it times out with an error. I've been trying for months now cuz I have a Withings Smart scale that I've had for years, but when I last updated my phone and had to do a full reset and re-enter of my apps it simply hasn't been able to install.

I have the ScanWatch 2 & the app just told me that I burned 8500 calories yesterday which is incorrect. The step count was way off too. I tried resyncing to see if it would fix that but no luck. There's no option to delete incorrect info. It doesn't record/autodetect physical activity, like dancing. It doesn't record sleeping right either. I wanted to see if the snoring feature worked & it doesn't. It just tells me had a few interruptions in my sleep but didn't tell me why. So disappointed.

Will only randomly sync. I constantly have to uninstall & reinstall the app and reset the scale to get data to sync. This is beyond frustrating. 30-45 minutes every other day to retrieve data from the scale. This seems to be a known and yet unresolved issue. You'd be better off just buying a scale from a different company. It's useless If you want to do anything beyond temporarily seeing your weight.

I have the Body Smart scale (I don't recommend it). The app works. But it's not useful. There aren't any helpful insights into the data recorded. The "gaining weight" trend text when I gain 0.5lbs is really terrible. I've stopped opening the app because it's just a negative experience. Plus, the body composition doesn't work. It's never changed and is a ridiculous reading. If there were more information about these readings then maybe it would make sense.
