I regret using their services. It costs $2 to get virtual $card, they charge $1 for each card top up and a whole $2 for withdrawing from your card, it's basically a scam at this point and I'm so angry, I can't use the card on aliexpress or certain other sites where it matters and I'm so angry, once my funds are finished I'm deleting my account, good riddance 😡

This app is a big scam. I deposited money into my account for transactions but I was told I have been restricted from making debit transactions that means my money has been locked up. I have contacted the customer support severally yet no avail. I was later told my account has been temporary blocked without any reason. They have taken my money

I have been using wirepay Mastercard to pay bills online and it works fine although the exchange rate is higher, but for the past two days I have been trying to withdraw from wirepay but it keeps showing error over and over again, it's not fair and if it continues like this I will stop using wirepay. If I want to fund the account it will go successful, but to withdraw is a problem.

This has to be one of the worst apps I have used in recent times. At this point I feel like they intentionally let the app have bugs. I can't pay for any transactions with the virtual card, I cannot transfer funds from one card to another and I cannot even withdraw my funds. It's been over a month since I have been trying I am tired at this point. Google should make half stars available because one star is even too much for these people. Considering annoying charges, I expected more

This is a user-friendly asessment for signing up not a usage review. I presume the app would be great from what I heard about it. I just downloaded the app but the code authentication could not automatically appear on the space for it on the app like some apps do. Navigating between windows closed the account I was creating twice. I got discouraged and ended it. An innovative solution.

The user interface is nice & simple. The experience is smooth. I like how the app mixes processing speed & power with simplicity. Also, I haven't experienced a bug, so I'll rate it 5 stars. The app so do bad to me they have locked my account close to a year and half there telling me I have multiple account and I can use 1 BVN to open 2 account them just locked my money for no reason close to 200k

The app is owned by a fraud star. Bewarned before you fall into their trap like I did. Any money that enters into this app does not come out again, they will charge 2 dollars for card creation, charge you to fund the card and give you a default card that doesn't work and if you paraventure want to withdraw your money it will not work and they have no support you can contact . I am just saying this so that others will not make the same mistake. This app is fraud

First testing: Unfortunately, OTP is not receiving on phone number.. so can't verify phone number and can't create virtual card .....Second time testing: Otp not receiving yet

Can't get hold of support to verify phone number their format is not set for our system, so codes are never received. Try endlessly to contact support to be told endlessly they couldn't make contact to load the apps customers support.

I HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE USING WIREPAY, They charge fees when you (1) Convert from naira to USD, (2) Top up USD card from USD wallet, (3) Make payment online using Wirepay USD Card. Refund takes more than 60 days to reflect on card unlike chipper cash which takes maximum 5 days, finally, you cannot convert your USD fund into Naira and withdraw. I am back to using Chipper Cash, they are the best.
