Love the layout. Simple and easy to navigate. I like the lottery option especially cause you can watch one video every hour or so for a free chance at a 5 dollar gift card. The fact you can set a theme is cool too. If others have the app it feels more personalized. Counts my steps pretty darn good too. The coins to payout does seem high but with all the other options to make coins I guess it's a fair balance. All around great app so far.

The counter isn't very accurate but the biggest problem is that instead of automatically adding your "coins" into your bank you have to remember to go into the app before midnight every day and "collect" your coins otherwise you lose them. It's a rip off so it takes longer to get rewards. If it can count the steps it should automatically add the coins to your bank. It didn't say you would have to check in constantly and even if it only takes "30 seconds", if you forget you just lose the points.

Exceptional customer service! This app doesn't use user/pass to gain access. I didn't know that you need to have QR code before you leave the old phone to use on new phone. You can't just pick up where you left off. I nearly lost all my points and 3 $10 Amazon gift cards cause I didn't have the QR code. Emailed Winwalk and they immediately replied to every email back/forth over 3 hours. Worked every angle to find my account, asked the right questions, and were successful! THANK YOU FOR GOOD JOB!

This is a great app to get your body moving. It tells you how many steps you take and how much calories you burn! Every 100 steps, you will able to get 1 coin, or 5 if you watched an ad. It's truely a wonderful app but, there is a bug in this app. When you shake your phone, it's considered the steps you take. Of course, I did took an advantage of this bug in the first place and laughed it off, but I realized it's still a workout app. I'm trying to get my body to lose weight so I typed this

This is a great app that is 99.9% accurate with distance being travelled. I marked the road with paint and set the milage on my car, this app was within 14 steps to the exact one mile marker on the road that I had marked prior to my experiment. But the lottery is just that, a lottery. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of coins playing; I have not won anything,,, Yet! Overall, I'd rate the app a 8/10 That's not too bad........

If you walk a lot already, and you don't mind taking the time to do their tasks or surveys, it's pretty great. It does take a bit to hit the $10 goals , depending on how much time you have, and if you're going for a gift card that's sold out, waiting for restock can be annoying. It is what it is. I'm just glad that it actually pays out. 🤷🏼♀️

I like that I can get paid for my steps. Also a nice feature to watch a video once and then it collects my coins for the day. Not rating it higher because it uses up a ton of my phone battery and it takes a long time to cash out, just on steps alone. The games and surveys help speed things along but would prefer if it was just step-based. UPDATE: using Google Fit as suggested is much better on the battery!

I used to love this app and highly recommend it... until they removed the automatic account backup feature without EVER notifying users, causing me to lose over 14,000 coins when my phone had to be reset. it used to be part of the app that you had to log in with Google. and that would save your progress. where did that go? why didn't you even tell users it was changing?

They truly need to improve the ad setup. I'm used to ads having a countdown displayed at the bottom and once they are completly done.. it displays a button the user can press such as an "X" icon for to return to the main menu. Without my knowledge this walking app installed another app on my phone. Not cool. Please look into this and also improve the ads.

It pays to walk, yes, but only if you open the app to collect the coins. Not the app's fault but I keep forgetting to open the app. If it logs your steps, it can collect coins. I get it - you have to watch a video to collect the coins so you have to open the app. However, maybe it can automatically collect the coins if you already watched the video?? If it already does this great (I'll add a star) but if not, this would be great. Would be fun to have daily step-related challenges.

Winwalk is one of the better 'pay for walking' apps available. However, after 4 months of use, I came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth the effort invested. During this time, my monthly step average ranged from 4K and 7K daily. There were a handful of days I forgot to open the app to collect the coins I earned. If this trend were to continue, it would take me 32 months to earn a $10 gift card — not worth it. Also: with the latest update, video ads for added coins are no longer available.

2-14-24: They fixed the previous video issue. It's a basic app that works like it's supposed to. It takes time, but the cards are real Gives you gift cards that actually work, but now you get an ad within an ad,and I don't think I can do that much longer. The ad will start so you can collect your coins, and about 5 seconds in, a second ad starts. The second ad will complete, and instead of giving you the coins, it goes right back to playing the rest of the first ad BEFORE it gives you the coins.

Probably one of the best types of paying games I've seen. It encourages you to walk and counts things like calories, your miles, and approximate times. Not only that but the way it pays you is absolutely reasonable! It's one coin every 100 steps which doesn't seem like a lot but with the surveys, lotteries, games, etc, it all adds up. It also doesn't take longer to get coins the longer you have the app like with other apps. Highly recommend.

previously, watching a video ad would give you five coins. now it only gives three. surely they still get the same profit from us watching the ad, so why reduce our profit? it had already been difficult to get enough coins. not to mention the glitch where you watch an ad, and instead of getting your promised reward after, it tells you "no video available, try again later" even though you already watched the video... waste of time.

See personally, I love this app! My only problem is that every time I get enough coins for the gift cards i want to get, they're all out of stock every time. It would be nice to know when they get a restock so I can see how much time I get it before it's all gone once again, although the app is pretty nice besides what i stated and needed ads to collect all coins 🪙

It is still early but it seems to work as it is supposed to. I like that they giveyou coins for playing games and for watching videos and even surveys in addition to walking to getting in shape. I walk EVERYWHERE! I'm so happy someone out there decided to pay me for something I already do! It makes not having a car less of a complaint and more of just a bummer! Haha Anyways, I'll update down the road if I notice any issues but so far the app works, my phone likes it, and I'm earnin'!!

I have to admit, at first I wrote a 1 Star review for this app, stating that they were claiming to be able to function while using smartwatch compatibility but weren't actually able to. But later found that the problem was on my end because I hadn't given the proper permissions to a go between app. Now everything is performing absolutely perfectly! They also got back to me on this platform immediately, therefore the 5 Star review was more than warranted. Great job!!!

Well I walk anyway! so why not get credit for all the walking I do! I honestly can't remember the date of my initial review which was 5 stars but I am now changing it to one star because I've had the thing on my phone from multiples of months and I've only earned 438 coins at that rate 16,000 coins is the least expensive item it would take me years before I even got up to 10,000 coins. I spent 12 years homeless on the street I know what a lot of walking is. this app is not worth it!!!!!

Updated So this app will count your steps fairly well. The one thing that bugged me was that the points won't let me collect properly when on the slowest mobile data. I paid for a nicer phone plan and the app works great now and I've been saving up points. Not enough to get anything yet. It's like 1 point on 100 steps, and like 16000 points for a reward.

It takes a really long time to earn coins. It doesn't track every step because it's only able to be linked to Google fit, which is only able to link to a fitbit or galaxy watch, etc. So if you don't have your phone on you it won't track steps. I think it needs to be able to link to any fitness tracker instead of only Google fit. I think it would be a lot more accurate and usable.
