The app is good, but somehow this app doesn't have an option for switching account. Why is there no option for switching account? The only way to switch right now is i have reinstall the app and login with other account, that's not efficient and time waste. So please add a switch account option.

Your app have not been working properly for the past 6 months. Please fix this error! I not want to keep on seeing the notification, "App not responding!!!" This is getting out of hand! I am done with your bug of an app!!! Have a nice day.

Total rubbish. Luckily tried a small transfer via ria instead of full amount. The app doesn't work at all you have to phsycially go to the bank to complete any transfer or to update any info. Customer service also can't explain how to use the app. Total rubbish.

The Wing Bank app has been mostly useful and convenient. However, I have had quite a few issues confirming transactions with various establishments and bank to bank transfers. Any time I have called to report the problem, the Wing customer service operator asked me to give a lot of very sensitive account information over the phone while I was still in public. After giving all of my personal account information, the operators have told me it will be anywhere from 3 to 7 days to resolve the issue

I had the most horrible experience with the app which in turn made me have to go into the bank which only got worse. The staff talked to me like an idiot and told me I would not be receiving my $1200 because my middle initial and suffix(which there is no option to put them on the app) were on my passport but not on my app account name. I had to fight tooth and nail for a full day and refused to leave before a solution was found. Whoever made this app is inexperienced, it is missing a ton of info

It is good if the app could possibly categorize the history by its class. On the otherhand we wish to have a search history field for each class, then it will be ease to search such history in a short time manner. I like to see more update for the app. Thanks and regards.

Nothing to say. It is good to leave ☆ for you for your app. This app make me feel bad by doing multiple times to make a success transfer or other payment. Cuz every time making a transaction or a payment the app always show "please check your internet connection" but my device is full of internet. I dont know why. It is fine to leave 1☆ for. Bad app.

Horrible customer service, I have 3 refunds that did not deposit into my account, I contacted customer service by email provided by the app, at first it started that the case has been resolved, then customer service asking to provide evidence of refunds into wing account, and I did, now my refund is being ignored, I ask again where is my refund and no reply, it's been about 2 months now. This app have issues and customer service is horrible. Wing cannot be trusted, be careful with your money.

I am using wing for past 2 years and I usually do foreign transfers to family in a single click. But past few months I not able to use the favorite option and it shows empty. When ever I need to initiate transfer I need to type all the information from the beginning. Really its pissed me off. Please check and fix it.

The UI is good! Unfortunately, Transfer to other bank doesn't show anything, so does the code to wing feature. Moreover, world transfers's country option doesn't show any country too. Plus, cannot switch account option. Please fix this! UX is abit new , I hope there's transfer option in " my account " directly.

Easy to use and extensive range of services. Limited to $ 100, however, which makes the app pointless. I can't find a way in the app to switch from the basic card ($ 100 limit) to the standard card ($ 1000 limit). I would very much appreciate an update for this.

This App slow when others bank transfer to Wing Bank, and Wing should change if the Account Deposit have National ID same it's possible for link Account that different phone number in One App and one Device.

As a migrant in Cambodia, it is clear that the Wing Bank application is very useful for me. It makes my work very easy and safe, of course. There is only one drawback that I know about this application. It is late in updating balances only during the evening hours.

Horrible. Beware! I received $270.00 into my account with no issue. However, they are telling me I HAVE TO "UPGRADE" my account before I can access MY money. They will not reverse the transaction, transfer the funds, or even allow me to use it in any way unless I "upgrade". They are holding my money hostage. It's blackmail and theft.

Nice UI. But I hope there will be more features such as hiding accounts. I think the app needs a review on its API since it's so slow compared to ABA, ACLEDA, when receiving money from KHQR by other banks.

The app constantly doesn't work (at least three times a month) and it's a problem when you need to make a transfer. The app will say "check your internet connection" for a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours. I just did an update and it won't let me login my account, and I need to make a transfer to someone. Very unreliable! No customer service available to help, only a chatbot that doesn't provide any assistance.

- They never notify me when someone sends me money, but they do notify me when there's a promo that I'll never use. - When the app does not work in the case of maintenance..., they never tell what's going on. The app just stop working -- poor communication. - Copy-paste the Code when someone sends me money via phone number does not work anymore, it would've saved me some times by not looking back and forth while trying to remember each number.

While this app is good, I have one concern I need to tell you. It would be even better if the app allow users to have 2 accounts or at least a log out function. I'm tired of having to uninstall then install it back just to log in to each of my accounts. I hope you would consider my request.

This app doesn't even work well enough to allow me to register a physical debit card (some vague error message to try again later, every time, over the space of weeks). They don't have any alternative ways to sort you out a physical card, so no physical debit card for me!
