GETTING STARTED
To use the Wilson Bank & Trust App, you must be enrolled as an Wilson Bank & Trust Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Great app which I use occasionally to do banking, but many times to check account balances and totals. I really appreciate the convenience this app provides to check and do online banking at multiple accounts we have at WB&T.

App works great AFTER you get in but every time you sign in it tells you there is an update but it doesn't update. You do have to go through 3 screens before it opens without an update. Wish they would fix that.

I love it. Can see all my account and cards. Can submitt travel plans to avoid problems while traveling as well. Can pause cards and electronically deposit checks. It is so easy to use.

App doesn't work for me anymore, will not let me log in at all. App will only try authenticating using a phone number that was changed to a new one last September, won't allow authentications through email or authy either. Will re-install app if/when this issue is fixed

Not as easy to use as the original.. I use the WB&T mobile app for alot of banking when away from my desktop. Entry code doesn't seem as secure as the log in ..takes longer to get things accomplished.

Great banking. But there are quite a few times when the online banking doesnt work- I'm not sure if I'm just hitting it when they're having service disruption or updates or something, but it happens at least a couple of times a week.

There's no in-app feedback so I'm posting a 1-star review to get attention. A recent update made the dashboard scroll down past accounts and transactions to the referral section every time I open the app. I do not see a way to dismiss or otherwise hide the referral section. Please provide an option to remove it or at least stop auto-scrolling to it.

Ever since the new update the app barley works anymore. Sometimes it won't even let me login. Its slow on updating the amount in your account. Sometimes it says I have more money than im supposed to have. This is the worst update I have ever experienced. The app is always crashing.

I have banked with them for over a year and have always loved the customer service and how everyone treats you as a friend not just a customer. My daughter has her first bank account through them as well. I love my bank and the mobile app is so easy to use! The depositing your check through the app is also very easy to use, I will continue to bank here for years to come!

This bank used to be good now it seems to have more and more issues lately. Like false fraud alerts causing my card to be disabled, not being able to unlock my card because of "something on our end", or my card just not working for some reason randomly. Might take my money out and switch banks.

I have to retake photos too many times when trying to deposit my check on the mobile app when the photos are perfectly clear also it tells me too many times that I entered the wrong amount when I know damn well I did enter the right amount! Sorry for the bad grammar and typos!

I like the app. The dashboard is customizable allowing me to set it up how I like; nice. Works on my phone and tablet both without my tablet changing to portrait mode when I launch it like other bank apps; thank you. I love the Quicken-like feature (PC version) to attatch receipts, bills, etc to transactions; removing the need to keep the paper altogether. Performance has also improved over the last couple of weeks so that's a plus. Keep improving performance and I'll have to re-rate the app.

The app doesn't work 90% of the time. It almost always says it can't establish a connection and to check for an update. The website has been malfunctioning as well, both of which have caused our accounts to get out of balance multiple times. We're very dissatisfied👎 We finally gave up, after months, and opened an account with another bank. We'll be closing this one.

At the local branch, service is so great, I've never had any problems. The Bill Pay feature is super easy to navigate. Banking with Wilson County Bank & Trust has been an all- around great experience!

The app overall is somewhat decent, but the mobile deposit feature is useless. I've never been able to deposit a check through the app successfully. It always either tells me the amount I entered doesn't match the amount on the check (even if the amount on the check is printed), or it says I didn't endorse it as for mobile deposit only when I did.

It's a great little way to keep up with your account... right up until they force you to change your password. Then it gets really sketchy. They can't send a verification text message on the first try. It Never comes. So you have to hit Resend a few times until a bunch of codes finally come through, none of them are the right one, then you've used too many codes and you Have to wait, who knows how long to try it all over again. And they can't seem to send verification e-mails either. Never come.

Geez, what can I say. A banking app should be so simple to update and have, and so simple to use, but more times than not it's having issues. After each update (and there's been too many updates for me to still be dealing with these things) I've had to resign in with the entire user multiple times because of authentication problems. It never fully loads properly, and I'm lucky if I'm actually seeing the correct amount on my account because half the time it's wrong. Wish it was more reliable. :(

It's a convenient app to have if only it would work correctly. When I log in it often gives me a message that my account can't be loaded. Also, the mobile deposit is next to useless. I always endorse my checks and clearly write "for mobile deposit only" on the back but then I get an error message saying I didn't do those things. Sometimes I'll log in and see cleared items (cleared, not pending). Then the next time I log in, those cleared items are all of the sudden gone. It's just not accurate.
