I love this game but recently it has not been working. I've emailed back and forth with one person and they said they were sending the issue to IT and didn't know when the issue would be resolved. it's been over a WEEK since their initial contact and almost 7 with the issue. im getting irritated with not being able to load the game. I'm losing out on coins in the game. plus I still get notifications and it reminds me that I can't play the game every half hour.

This is alot of fun if you have endless amounts of money to spend on it. The amount of coins they give you don't go very far and the daily challenges ALWAYS requires you to make a purchase of up to $19.99. As far as slot design goes tho, they definitely get a 5 star rating. Update 8/2/20: I've played this for a couple years now and have had countless issues with not receiving tokens from both purchases and ones earned which is never rectified thru CS. I've finally uninstalled it.

Dont waste your time or money! Game glitches when your about to win and over spins the reels. It's hard to keep playing a game that's designed for you to lose. Auto spin is just throwing your money away. Even with a min bet you only win about every 10 to 15 spins and the win is only a fraction of the bet. After about an hour and you have lost 40 million credits you'll uninstall it too. Tried again in 2021 and nothing has changed!

REVIEW UPDATE: I loved this game but the last two updates made it almost impossible to play. It keeps having a screen ask you if you want to connect with Facebook and when you exit out of that screen the screen turns black and it comes back to the Facebook screen. When you hit the back button your phone you start all over. IF you get back to the actual game it freezes. I originally gave it five stars and now I give it two and that's only because the game itself is great when it works.

**Update** Still aggravated that the candy crops started all over again, again. I want my old fun slot machine back!! I don't play farming games because I don't care for them personally. Now my absolute favorite slot machine game has turned into something I hate. I loved this game and played it every day. Please, just put it back to the way it was before. My hourly bonus is much lower than it was before, and I don't want to "plant a garden" to get my damn bonus.

I really enjoy playing this game, but my new garden has a glitch. Freezes during the tutorial. I can't plant seeds or collect my coins. I have unable to collect coins since the new garden was implemented. Very disappointing. 1/3/19 I reinstalled the game after having it uninstalled for about a week. The garden works now, but I am back to level 1. I was at level 631 when the problems began. I have lost many, many coins that I would have collected from the garden, and about $60.00 spent. Bad.

Recently got a new phone and reinstalled all the apps that I had. Was able to continue to sign in where I was, but lost all the credits that I accumulated which was about 30+ billion. This has happen once before, if you can make it so you can sign in without loosing levels, then make it so you don't loose your credits. The garden section of the game keeps locking up where nothing works. Fix it!

I had this app awhile ago & lost the phone. When I got a new phone I installed it again. The game has changed and not for the better. The minimum wagers are too high as you level up & when I leave the game and come back in, my spin meter has dropped all the way to the bottom even though may have been 3/4 full. This has happened several times. Very dissappointing. You work so hard to get the meter up only to have it drop down to nothing.

For starters, I have had this game for quite some time now and I do like it for the most part. However, when it takes me to the garden and then acts as if this is the first time I'm playing it really annoys me. Then it doesn't even give credits for reaching the 7th level on the pyramid. It didn't even clear one of the little sections to plant the seeds and that's what it keeps getting stuck on... Almost ready to delete it and try another slot game...

Disappointed! During quarantine, another game has given me an awesome amount of free play as thanks for a small purchase in the past. Not Wonka slots. I've purchased more than I should have, and the credits disappear dramatically with win ratios seemingly turned as low as they could possibly go. NOT FUN, and I'm at the point of quitting the game altogether. You could make this a better experience - or you can lose players like me.

So the game does have great graphics, creative levels, fun challenges, and I would love to play more. That being said, the loss rate is super high in order to keep you spending money while the credit purchase prices are not a good deal. Spending $20 maybe gets you 5 minutes of play most times - even if you bet conservatively. Glitches have taken billions of credit prizes as well.

This is probably my all time favorite slot game app! Love the games and how the free credits are staggered. Not a fan of the basket animation. It can trigger and interrupt other actions like choosing between free spins or a bonus game or the bubble popping. Plus, it takes too long, even if I just close it out as soon as possible. Also, It can trigger multiple spins in a row, which irritates me and slows my gaming to a crawl. You should add a button in settings to turn it off. Still a fun app !

I like the game a lot. BUT, I keep getting pushed to play the Chocolate Chip Contraption machine (via daily challenges). Unfortunately, when the Cookie bar at the top is full, and you spin more cookies, the game hangs. None of the clicks work. You have to kill the game and start again, losing all progress. On top of that there is no way to report a problem that I can find. That is why I am writing this review.

I really like to play this game but I am having a lot of trouble with it crashing and freezing. The only reason I am still playing it is due to the people in support. Everytime I have had to send a message to support, they have respond nowed quickly and efficiently. They have issued free credits and have been very helpful and informative. Thanks to the people in support!!! UPDATE: with the updates to this app, all of the bugs I encountered are gone. The game now plays uninterrupted. Thanks y'all

I have been playing this game for about 2 to 3 years now and I Love it! I'm on level 635! The graphics and music are awesome. What I am noticing is that the more I bet (in the billions) the less you win! The same thing goes with the "free spins" and "bonuses ", I used 2 trillion coins and not 1 bonus or free spins in any slot. Im starting to not like this game. I buy coins and they go quick! I figured the more you bet the more you win!?

I have been playing this game upon release. Unfortunately, the past few months it has become tighter than a Las Vegas casino. Wind, bonuses, and free spins are now very difficult to come by, even after spending money (more than $80). It is also very glitchy. When needing 3 free spin icons, after 2, the wheels glitch so, you know that you are not getting it. What was a great game is now horrible for gameplay. With free credits, you can spin up to 8 times. There are ALOT and I mean ALOT of ads

I've recently changed my review. I love this game and usually play every day. With the recent change to minimum bets it makes it really difficult to play often. When you get free credits they don't even cover 1 minimum bet. It's ok to change the minimum bets but also change everything else that comes along with it. Meaning the hourly bonus credits, gifts, how much you get for rewards, etc. Right now I have to let my bonus credits build up all day to play just a little bit and then run out again.

Fun to play when the game is not glitching (which isn't very often) and when it actually gives you credit for all of the points you won. It never gives credit for all of your winnings on the Gobstoppers challenge either. Fix the glitches and I will give a better rating! Update: the game kept glitching so I uninstalled and reinstalled and not only did I lose all of my seed packs on candy crops even though I was synced, I can't do anything with my crops. I Cannot get help with this.

While I really enjoy this one app, there is some sort of bug or glitch which is causing the "collect your daily bonus" notification to repeatedly pop up on my phone rapid fire about 10 times and it's annoying AF, seeing as trying to swipe it off screen only causes it to continue. I've cleared the cache and app data and there's no update available, and I'm wondering if other people are reporting this as well. It's interfering with my use of other apps for the last 5 days or so.

Game is challenging, but not impossible. Plenty of opportunities to obtain credits. This game is a lot of fun. Not too hard, not too easy. Very interesting and imaginative games, game options, challenges and tasks. I don't care for the "Time Trials" that was recently introduced. I don't win even 10% as much as I do when playing without them. To me, they are a waste of time and I won't be participating in the time trials again. Still a great game but I would not bother with the "Time Trials".
