The worst app I've ever come across in my life doesn't matter what i do, it won't connect to the app. Following everyone else's advice, it still won't connect. Drone if fine to fly with the proper remote, but that's about it. Best to fly these things straight into a bin

This is a really cool app now the reason why it's because you can literally control a drone through a phone you can record,H parking,E Stop and take pictures now the WIFI quality is really good others say that the WIFI is not working but for me it works really good.

This app sucks I can connect to the Wi-Fi for the drone but the app says connect drone or doesn't start. Horrible app horrible drone waste of time and money this thing really really sucks! Looks cool and was cheap but doesn't work so waste of time and money garbageio

It sucks that I can't connect. Can anyone help me, please? Now I have it to work. I had to be patient, and I figured it out. All u have to do is turn off your wifi and mobile data. Turn the drone on with the remote connects on the flat and go to wifi setting, and u will find it there easy.

Literally a drone for under £30 No it's not a professional drone It's more of a starter drone Yes the app isn't the easiest to work out but it does work. For my phone at least both my kids phones work also We all android. You have to press the lock button to open controls. Otherwise your just viewing the camera. If still don't work just reconnect app. For the money and the free app Perfect gift for kids Heck I'm buying another 2 we having some races!

You get what you pay for. Not a great drone, not a great app, but it works (only one cam though) and that's already a lot at that price point. The drone cannot be flown safely if there is any wind and it can't really hover by itself. Crashed it more than a couple times and it's still not dead, LiPo did not catch on fire either. It is like many apps chock full of spyware and potential scams. Nothing unusual though. Just don't give any consent and click on nothing fishy. Use an old phone.

Useless app! For starters, it's not English, minus 4 stars just for that and there are no settings to change it. Second, it doesn't work as it failed to even create a hotspot for my phone to connect to. Realistically, this is closer to zero stars. I'm able to use my drone and fly it with the remote but that's it. Won't be able to use the app and yet this is the recommended app linked in the documentation...it's pure garbage.

My son got a drone for a gift and this app controls the video. I'm writing this because I found all the negative reviews to be unjustified. I did read before I started the app and knew to turn off mobile data. Yes, the text is in Chinese but if you go touch the question mark it takes you right to an instructional screen that gives you the option to change the language. Not too hard to figure out if you have half a brain. If you got ripped off on the drone, I think that's a separate issue.

Works great but its not perfect. Its very difficult to fly the drone connected to a cell phone. If your not paying attention with the controls on your touch screen you can accidentally exit the control app and when u go to look down at your screen and the controls are gone, automatically the drone gos off flying by itself. No joke, I ended up claiming to the tallest tree in my neighborhood, 80-100 feet high to get the drone back. I got it back..lol.make sure to fly low to get.some practice in..

Just got the quad copter and installed the app. Notes (so far): -Batteries charged in 20mins -It's taking some time to fine tune hover -Instructions indicate 8-10mins flight time. *Support told me ~20mins -Wi-Fi connection and speed definitely shortens flight time -I HIGHLY recommend practicing Line-of-Sight before messing with the app. Way to much crashing trying to play with the camera while not being able to fly proficiently.

Like everyone else, I found the directions difficult to interpret. I get the wifi on the quad to connect with my phone just fine, but then when I run this app and try to take a picture, a message pops up saying the app is not connected to the device. I've had the company send me a second drone and it works he same way. Support has emailed me directions that are less Chinglish than the first ones I got, and I follow them precisely, but still no connection. What gives?

I only gave it a 3 for the moment, the app is pretty cool, functional once you get around the language/communication barrier, . I still haven't completely figured it out yet, . But I do have a question though. . I got the Mavic pro 2 clone mini and the front facing camera looks as though it can be controlled to move/pan up/down as it can be manually adjusted in such directions, but always ends up facing down and is it a mechanical feature? Or do I find something to hold my cam in place?

Do NOT recommend to anyone, unless they can read Chinese. Written in Chinese so 1)You must change to English every time you open the app it doesn't save changes & 2)Translation from Chinese isn't reviewed by a 1st language English translator as it's a little difficult to try & understand what's trying to be conveyed. Interface is not intuitive, very clunky if you can figure out how to use it. I finally gave up after trying to for 3 days. Do NOT recommend.

This app is a great idea.. on paper. But with the amount of bugs and features implemented without forethought on setting it up to serve its purpose. Back to the drawing board. This app should still be in Alpha. The VR rendering is a nice touch, great idea. And great idea utilizing phones gyroscope to steer drone. But the position of the phone should be relevant to the default facing position of host. So that drone flies true when host looking forward. Rather than laying phone on table for true.

Following directions, after trying without reading, it actually works! Ok, yes I crash multiple times trying in the house, LOL. I got the video of my crash as well as some test snapshots. On a nice dry day I'll give it a real flight test and hopefully get a handle of it just a couple crashes😅 I have not found any failures with the product. 👍it's a go, no complaints. I'm glad I ordered the Quadrocopter and downloaded this App, which both worked better than expected.

It works!!! The directions were not clear. After turning off data I had to hold in the power button on the drone while clicking phone wifi. If I didn't do it in that way it would say could not connect. Then the app actually worked. For beginners, On the app, click the lock button and use the motion control (looks like a satellite); then, just rotate your phone to fly. Advanced use the on screen controls. Click video to record on phone. Files are saved in Android gallery. I'm impressed.

Turn off cell phone data to get the WIFI to connect with your phone. (Thanks Tony for your review) I'm kinda chuffed now it all works as the ad portrayed. The documentation is really bad, but there are youtube videos plus these Play Store reviews to learn from. The video and photos are stored on your phone - so don't worry about the missing microSD card slot, and hole in the side of the camera. For $95 with two batteries, and free shipping from the other side of the planet I'm impressed.
