Very incorrect location with GPS off (power saving mode). Other apps show much more accurate location. Was able to park from a second attempt, despite being exactly on a parking spot. Please increase parking range a few meters to allow for slight location errors. App encounters errors and show welcome screen every time, please fix.

The map was showing my location incorrectly so I couldn't figure out where the parking place was in relation to my location! And even when I found it (thanks to yandex maps) I wasn't able to finish the ride. Let alone I wasn't able to fix my phone on the scooter, so you can imagine what it looked like when I was trying to get my bearings 😡 I spent a huge amount of time on this and moreover I paid for it!!! The experience was awful and I'm never ever going to use your app again!

I wanted to pause my ride, for a coffee pause. Once back, it shoes me 3 times more the price! I want to unlock it - does not work! I tried to contact the support - no response. Five-ten minutes later it did unlocked itself, but it have counted me every single minute of the waiting time! The ride was harsh and the scooter is slow and heavy. Not strong enough to take me uphill. Phone holder won't hold. The app itself is confusing. In the end it comes out more expensive than just taking a taxi.

Rented an electro scooter twice, but couldn't take it because the lock was still closed. They withdrew the money from my bank account twice. If you want to stop the rent, sometimes you can't do that, the application forbid you to do it, you can text the support and they ask you to park on another park lot... so you lose you time. Awful application. I do not advise it because of my bad experience

I had issues with the service. When I tried contacting the support via app chat, describing the problem in details, there was no any response, never. The last time I had problems (had to fasten the lock, but it won't open before being fastened) I decided to stop using the service, knowing perfectly that there will be no help (but being threatened with a fine because of "not locked scooter". Of course, I locked it, but this costed me another start-finish session and thus more money).

App asks to turn on geo-location, though it's active. What it really wants is turned on WiFi and WiFi scanning. Why GPS is not enough, when all other sharing apps (except for belka) work fine? App will ask you to change finish location, though current one is totally fine except it doesn't mapped in service. So you'll spend extra time to move scooter, finish and walk again far from needed location. So what's the point in such scooter?

The app turns on and turns off options by itself and this cost me extra fees. For example, I made sure that my subscription won't be renewed and I turned off that option, but the next week, it turned on by itself. Secondly, I never turn on the insurance option, and today it turned on by itself and I paid extra fees. When I contacted the support, they answered with a blurry answer and left the conversation , without letting me reply.

They're not clear about how much they charge - which is a lot, given the range of alternatives - and then prevent you from deleting your account for two weeks, even after all has been paid. They also give you a "discount" for inserting payment information before buying anything. No thanks, I can literally afford a full year's subscription of electric bikes for the same price I paid to travel the distance between two metro stations. Each day I'm forced to have this thing installed makes me madder

Slower than it should be when fully charged making it hard to go through most of Lisbon streets. Safety concerns aside, assume that the user probably knows when to speed up or go slower but when the speed is automatically reduced and you are climbing a slope. Lisbon has a bunch of streets that are almost like a hill and you can't even finish the ride because you are far away from a parking spot... yeah, it is really bad. It is worse than just walking because now you are stuck with it.

Terrible. I was able to use only 3 tikes. The first time everything worked out. Second and third time the app says I didn't pay. Even though it's already been charged in my credit card. The support takes a long time to fix it. It's not practical. It's complicated. Also, the all has only registered one trip and not 3. Which means I can't start using the Fidelity and Cashback program. Horrible.

STEAL MONEY, BE CAREFUL! They are not clear with how much they are charging you but after a ride ends says nothing but one you open the app again says that you have a payment pending but IT DOES NOT MENTION HOW MUCH. CURIOUSLY THE APP YOU USED STOP WORKING AND ASK TO ADD A NEW ONE TO PAY THE PENDING BALANCE BUT WITHOUT TELLING YOU HOW MUCH IS PENDING, THEY JUST WANT THE CARD

Registration is not possible without a phone number. After entering a number from my country, it throws an error and does not allow registration. sent an email to customer support, which does not respond even after 13 days.

Nice app and bikes too, BUT there are nuances. I'm using bike paths mostly and sometimes if I cross a street and there is speed restricted area near by, whoosh bikes slows down by itself in a middle of the road. Looks VERY SAFETY! Parking areas are inconvenient and geolacation glitches only multiply the pain of being whoosh user.

it does what it promises. scooters are fun and seem very sturdy. in case of problems, support is friendly, quick and understanding. as an added note, their attendants are all human, which means a lot nowadays.

Two stars only for pleasant support and optimization of an app, much better then mobile operator named opponent. Generally bewared of a scum - you can buy only 100 minutes !a week, after that you'll get scumed x2 price charge up. Surprisingly they have no packs for 10k minutes or something with reasonable price. So for recreational usage it will do the thing, but not adequate for serious shared usage. Regional specifics dictate that such a project have to be donated by moscow government itself.

Terrible. You will only be able to use it once and then get a perpetual "payment declined for an unknown reason" message. Nothing to do with the bank as the message suggests, as using a different card (from different bank) has no effect whatsoever. For a single ride it's perfect, but come on. One ride and the account breaks?

Won't even let you sign up! Typical govt.-mandated app for parking that won't even let you sign up. I'll take them to court if I get a ticket. Update: I was able to sign up with my phone or email last time. Now it wants me to sign up again with my phone only. Typical case of lazy developers, and you don't need a lot of those to come up with a subpar app.

Worst scooter service! It stopped in the middle of my route! It went from D -Drive- to S -Sport- on the screen and literally froze. Then I tried to park it, pause it but nothing. I tried switching from Drive to Sports and back again and still would not move! Then all of a sudden it started working again, but again no indication, as to how or why. Deleting it immediately, and it's such a pit, as the scooter itself is sturdy and good! Really bad service!
