This has been our trusted app for a long time, however, it's not easy to access call details including tariffs. Would really appreciate if they include call time, money spent etc, and their history which are important to customers. Update 24/6/21: Quitting this app after finding it difficult to see my call history. I am pretty sure some of the balance washed off.

I had a bad experience making phone calls using this app. I was trying to call my family, but someone else's phone was ringing in another country.

It was very difficult for me before I ever download White - calling app, because of negative reviews I red. But when I did it, I love it great app easy and simple to use it and cheaper rates to call compared using phone card. From now on, I will continue using White - calling app no more calling card. From the comfort of my home or on the go, I can reload and make my calls to my families and friends. I love it for it quality I recommend with 1000005 stars to everyone who's looking to save money.

I have only started using this app and unable to make calls due to "help & support service" preventing/blocking me from actually make a call. This is ridiculous I purchased a service because I require it at anytime. Also unable to get to the customer service desk, I advised by automated machine to call back later. Ridiculous... What is the purpose of having the service if I can't use it when I want it.

Well, it seemed to work properly until I needed to do some phone calls and use the keypad during the call. It's impossible to make it work so you just have to hung up and can't use the app. It's a shame because it seemed to work properly and of course everytime you try to call and use the keypad they are chaging you for the call..

Just works and is cheap to use. A couple of superficial wishes: Dark theme and integration with the Android dialer. But I'm getting crystal clear calls regardless of where I am that being Iceland, UK, Norway or Russia. There's so many apps like this that is unreliable. I do not need it often but when I do it has to work. This is.

Absolutely terrible. The app stopped working, so I rang technical support to get this sorted. Months later I receive a phonecall from them. It turns out they misdialled my number and were meant to speak to someone else and simply hung up on me. Looks like when they have your money, they don't need to help you with any technical support. Would not get this app and go with another one. They can't be as bad as the service White Calling provided.

One of the best application ever i have used to make call in Bangladesh. There is no call drop, latency and buffering during the connection. For having a high quality Codes the audio sound is noiseless and clear. The call rate is reasonable rather than the others. I highly recommend to use this application. Thanks White teams for giving the best services.

Great service, good sound quality, fast connections Always. I only wished it was cheaper to use white-calling, when I call abroad, And now I've been promised to get a cheaper rate if I only write here, what I think about their service :) isn't it amazing? Sure it is. And I'm looking forward to it. yes sure I recommend white calling

your response rate is slow. I initiated a change of contact and have sent emails twice. 4 days now and no response except the automated acknowledgement telling me that I will be attended to within working hours

Groundhog day? My first call with the app was very strange. It entered a loop and I kept hearing a segment of the conversation played over and over again but only the other side. I dialled in again and we could chat for a few seconds then it entered a loop again. I tried again and again and eventually I gave up as we could not hold a conversation. Why was the call in a loop? Perhaps it was being recorded and somehow the recording was played back by mistake? Very peculiar.

worst calling app ever at the moment. it used to be a decent calling app. I used white calling card when I was in UK. I put money in this app with the same hope but It's a scam now. No customer service. Don't fall into the trap.

I have been using white calling for years.. it is good for making international calls.. but I started noticing an issue, which made me annoyed.. I added credits for 10 pounds to use for a call, and I still got remaining balanced. after a long time when I needed to call again, my credit balance was 0.. I first thought I might have used it and tried again. But again, I see the same issue. I couldn't find any option in the app to contact the dev team, and that's when I decided to leave this review

White Calling is a very reliable and useful app. The support team is always responsive and helpful. They solved my issue quickly and even transferred my credit smoothly. I highly recommend this app for international calling.

Big problem, interface hides behind keyboard, it hard to choose WiFi call or mobile data . Sound varies. I can't hear the receiver they can hear me or visevaser.You can't swap to other screens, eg, to use a calculator or anything while on a call. Meanwhile, your credit will go whether you hear on not .you will be charged .customer care are aware of all these complaints many years now, and they very quick to respond .The new upgrade is only good for quick top-up,but they have your bank data.
