Don't waste your money. I made the 4.99 purchase to remove ads on 5/17. They went away for a few days, but they are back and I keep getting pop ups to purchase again. No response from customer service. In response to the developer. I have made contact through support. No response. I have responded to all requests and provided the purchase screen shot as requested.

UNINSTALLED!!! The game was working fine until today. Log in to play a level and whist I'm in the middle of that level,the game closes by itself. Restart the game and the same thing happens again. I don't waste time with apps if that happens,so I've uninstalled the app. Clearly it still has bugs that should have been fixed before the game went live. If your app is not 100% working with no crashes or glitches when you make it available in the app store then it should not be made available.

I love this game. It's a great puzzle/word combo, a good mix of challenging and easier, and downright addictive. There are quite a few ads but they are super short and barely a bother. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the amount of glitches it seems to have - freezing, ball colour disappearing, buttons not available to click - they usually happen near the end of a level, or immediately after winning. That being said, I shall keep playing it despite said glitches as it's that fun.

It is a fun game and I enjoy it. However, it is confusing. Sometimes it charges you 750 coins to solve the puzzle and other times it doesn't. Why should the player be penalized for being able to correctly solve the puzzle? I can understand charging for power ups or unlimited lives for a certain amount of time. But, charging to solve the puzzle just seems greedy to me. So, only 3 stars from me, for now. Will see if this issue is fixed, at a later date.

Don't spend money on this game. I paid for no ads when I first started playing in 2021. I got to the highest level. After new levels were FINALLY added, the ads started up & it asked me to pay again. Their response..."we are sorry to inform you that we cannot give you a refund because you have faced no trouble with the pack before the new levels were added. Also, the receipt that you provide us is outdated and we cannot help you restore the purchase." I'm no longer getting what I paid for.

Frustrated!!! So I really love this game! Sometimes I get stuck so I've spent real $ for add ons. Well lately the game keep freezing b4 the start of a level and if I have used a power up I lose them because I have 2 close the app to reload the game so now I'm out my power ups as well as the $ spent buying coins!!! Plz fix as I would love to keep playing!

Game is great so far but I put 2 stars because of an issue I'm having. I'm partially color blind and there's something between the shapes inside each colored bubble and the background that's makes my eyes go buggy. Is there a way to make the background just be a solid color? Black would work best. If there is a way then I'd for sure up the rating.

I wish I could give this 5 stars cuz I love it so much. But it has some real issues. I have onky been playing for 3 hours and already I have ran into a few glitches. For example it won't let me collect a prize cuz the button is it registering my touch. Or it won't let me solve the puzzle because again it's not registering my touch on that button, and sometimes when watching an ad it just shuts down making me re do a level I just beat. Anyways please fix these issues cuz I love this game.

I absolutely love this game. Two issues bothered me tho. 1. The ads... even when I purchased the "no ads", it didn't work. 2. The game freezes A LOT when I try to solve the puzzles. I've lost time and lives behind this. I've completed all levels. Any idea on when new ones will become available?

**UPDATE** Had given *****, but tonight I had to drop to 1*. I can no longer guess puzzle unless I pay 500*, which is now impossible to win. The only way to proceed in the game is to purchase. I'm done. It was really fun in the beginning NEXT. Once you fight your way to about level 80, the payouts are 5 and it takes forever to earn points so you can buy boosters. This is frustrating. I would recommend you lower the cost of each booster & don't lower the point values. Otherwise, it's a fun game.

I'm reducing my rating to one star. The cruise ship levels magnify all this game's problems to their maximum level. Solving the puzzle is never permitted unless you spend coins, so you have to clear the entire stage, or close to it in a few cases, in order to win. Knowing the puzzle is completely unhelpful in some of these insidious stages, and they're recycled to boot. The current cruise event level 4 is recycled from level 147 with minor changes, fewer bubbles and the exact same puzzle.

I really like this game! It mixes bubble popping and puzzles so u don't get bored with just one thing. There are not tons of ads and the ads that u do see are only 5 to 10 secs long. Both parts are challenging but not impossible. One person said it takes a long time to load but it only takes 3 or 4 secs to load for me. Might be just the phone. Overall, I am enjoying this game

The game itself is fun and a bit addictive. The ads are relentless. They finally offered a chance to play ad-free around level 300 or so. But, when you click on the link, the game sends you to the 'store' where no such thing is available for purchase (for $4.99). Then I made it to the end of the levels (so far I hope), and I saw a pop-up ad for No More Ads Forever for $5.99. Ha ha. Stuck at level 441 with no more levels to play, but I can "play" ad free for a dollar more than a few levels ago.

If you buy the "no ad" and it doesn't work, take a screenshot of your receipt, then go back into the app, click the settings, about, SUPPORT, and send them a message with the screenshot attached. They'll issue you a refund. Hopefully the problem gets fixed because the ads after every other level is annoying. Ads aside the game is fun. I have noticed if I replay a level that I passed, it gives me the same puzzle- not sure if that's supposed to happen or not.

Gave 3 stars due to this games commercials. They freeze up and you have to close out of it then rehit the app to play where you left off. Also it keeps asking over and over and over no matter what you checked off for the agree or disagree regarding the type of ads. It would also be really nice if you have the choice of easy, medium and hard. Other than, great game, nice graphics.

The game itself is great and lots of fun. But the bugs are driving me crazy! About half the ads cause the game to glitch and restart from the opening Sony screen. And about 2/5 times of ending a level, the screen that says "Big Money" also glitches and won't allow you to hit continue or the X button, so you have to exit out and restart!

Too many ads Edit to add: The ads are freezing up my phone or not letting me skip to the next 4 screens to "X" out of the ad, and when trying to play with ALL sound off, here comes the ad at full volume. The game IS fun, it's the ads that are making it a hindrance. Not to mention that when you do "X" it out, there are still 2 or 3 more screens that need to be "X"d out. This has caused unwanted games to automatically get downloaded onto my phone.
