You literaly have to be in New Jersey to play anything on this app and they don't say ANYTHING about that in the description or as you're signing up. They even let you deosit money into your account that you can't use or withdraw. Will update after I call cust service.

Not even 1 star! I am angry as to the message I received, I explained to a friend about Jersey. Being that I am from uptop . I explained be very careful ,Jersey does it their way. Back in the early '90s. I went to Atlantic City to tryout for the live show. Never made it , went to Bally Grand (won) went home. As I was researching being as though you all have my info (delete it , don't sell or use it). I decided to log in. Once doing so I was THREATENED!!!! , with enforcement.

Don't waste your money, the worst casino that doesn't even value your money. If you want an app with great promos and that value your time, $ and effort, Virgin, Ballys, BetMGM, Fanduel, and Resorts. This app took my money without thinking twice and didn't even give me a chance to know what was happening when they took advantage of me. SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is the worst app ever. I didn't get to play after I deposited and they said I had to upload documents which again is ridiculous since I couldn't play. It takes 5 to 7 days to review the documents to even get my money back. Don't download or play this app. I would give this app a 0 but it wasn't a option

Would give zero star if possible. It has me enter all my info including address. Then it said I had to answer 4 questions to get verified by my state. Once verified it took me to where i purchased money. Then when I went to play it wouldn't let me because I was trying to play outside of some state( I don't remember which one it said because I was so furious at that point) the address that i entered and they verified was not in that state so why did they approve my account and let me buy money

They are holding my winnings because in November, I disputed a $25 fraudulent transaction from their MGM casino site. They made me write a liability letter stating I won't ever dispute any transactions ever again. They wanted a picture of my old debit card, which I don't have because that account was closed due to fraudulent activity. I only won $50. I have been using this app for about 1 month,and I've made deposits and withdrawals, and now all of a sudden,I'm locked out because they want $25.

Not a SINGLE, GAME will loadon Windows OS (laptop/desktop) and on Android devices (Galaxy 5 & tablet) games are CONSTANTLY hanging up and/or crashing! Yesterday, I triggered a bonus on Jade Dragon; I contacted "support" via chat, & after 15 minutes or so, I got knocked-off for inactivity, and chat was subsequently lost. (eg. wasted my time & effort, & NOTHING got resolved). Here we are, the NEXT DAY; I log in with the hopes that perhaps technicians would've fixed the issue; NOPE! Ridiculous!

After playing out a reward..for example winning $5 on the Wheel of Fortune Words slot, not only do you have to play the initial $5 reward on that particular slot, you have to play the winnings from it ONLY on that same slot. I am regular gambler and spent substantial amounts of money on these games in hopes to win and this Makes me never want to deposit and only use it for free spins just to pass the time when Im bored. Disappointing since MGM and Borgata operate so much better.

This site sucks and its rigged. Don't waist your time. I won 200 on a slingo game of course I played it back just to try out other slots. The game start to glich then you have to exit and refresh the game and when I did it kept saying error. Long story short after I won they took that slot off. I won 50 on monopoly slingo they took that game off too. Then spin the wheel use to give you free 10$ if you land on the bonus. they changed it you don't win anything. all the slots glich pass bonuses

Stay away! False advertising and lying customer service, they are scum and no I didn't lose any money they are false advertising and liars. I'm taking it to DGE Update: my review stands they wanted my time to have me write in as I was told same thing even though email said I will get it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS

I already deposited money online but I'm unable to login using my email address. I waited 40 minutes in que for an agent to be told they are unavailable. I'm unable to play casino games. this isn't good.

Let me tell you it's not fair when you have to deposit 10 and get a 40 bonus which on certain games you have to play but when you doing the 5x time and then you when a certain amount of money they are keeping it which is doubling their profits which is not right because the only thing your gaining back is the 10 that is the only withdrawal you can take and you winning more money they keep and their ridiculous terms that they came up with,this needs to be investigated because they are keeping it.

This app is not trying to withdraw my funds after I verify my account so many times. Now, when I have funds in the account and they choose not to withdraw them and send me my money. After they always processed my withdraws to my card listed on file. Now my account is locked and I have 40 bucks in my account but they won't withdraw it.

For 2 weeks now, I've been trying to withdraw 65 dollars. I've called 20 times, it keeps saying verification in review. And when I call, all the say is it's been moved to the proper ppl and will be taking care of I. 24 to 72 hrs . I've sent all my documents to them a d still nothing. That's app sucks I will never use it again or any app that is affiliated with then .
