I've been trying to place an order on the whbm website for the last half hour. I go to my cart but there is no way to check out. In desperation I decided to download the app. The app store said it will be uploaded "soon". I'm still sitting here. I'm about to give up and look elsewhere. Get it together whbm. It shouldn't be this hard to give you my money.

This app needs to get back to the program. It doesn't recognize you as a loyal customer. You can't track your purchases or make returns. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

Love WHBM but this is a very glitchy app. Frequently have trouble logging in. Haven't been able to log in for at least a month.

I recently ordered my first shipment from WHBM. The shipping was extremely fast, and im so happy with the quality of their merchandise. Can't wait to wear them.

Great concept, but I probably won't use to make purchases until the option to choose which store gets credit is available (like the Style Connect links currently on the website).

App frequently logs me out. Half the time stored login details not found. Favorites do not save for more than a few days.

Fix your glitches. Most of the time I log in, it wont go through and it automatically logs me out. Also, not possible to delete items you add to your shopping cart.

Very buggy. Can't login through the app but no problem on the desktop site. Having issues with the checkout process. Very hard to shop through the app.

It works well... until it doesn't. It intermittently will log you out. When you log back in, your favorites list is gone. Infuriating.

Love the store. Not loving the app lately. It added 3 of the same shirt/same size to my cart and won't let me delete it. I had to place the order via phone and 2 of the sale shirts sold out so I missed out on those. Please fix this glitch so I can continue shopping with ease as I've always done with the app.

This app has more bugs than my lawn. Forced to remove items from the cart, manually, if out of stock. But after clicking the trash can to remove, the item keeps reappearing in cart, demanding I remove it. I can't ever check out w/my remaining items because of this eternal loop.

I love their clothes but I hate the app. Looks nothing like their web page and is hard to navigate. I downloaded it and was supposed to get 10% off when I logged on, didn't get it. When I open my rewards page (where I know I have a $30 reward, it is blank like it can't retrieve info. I will go back to their web page and use that and delete the app as it is useless.

I was excited when this app was finally released for Android but the experience is still bumpy. It's easy enough to shop but I'm missing several valuable features. None of my saved favorites carried over from my account, when I manually readded them to the app they only stayed for a short time and deleted again. Missing the "how to wear" recommendations for items, my closet and my rewards details. Still hopeful it'll improve.

I'm constantly getting alerts to remove out of stock items from my bag. After I remove them and click "done" I then get an error message stating "failed to make updates." I'm then prompted again to remove out of stock items. I've tried closing out and reloading the app, but it's the same. Not usable for me in its current state.

A decent app, optimized for fast loading pages. And, they finally got the Android version working. One star removed for not including the My Closet feature found on the desktop version. The app also has excluded the feature of telling you how many reward points you have and how far you are from the next level. Basic feature for any reward program. Someone decided it was not important, but it is. Another star removed. Please fix these two items. I'm removing the app until then. Thank you!

Really buggy, lacking several features desktop site has...and so many times there are so many bugs one has to go back to desktop; however now desktop has issues it never had before..such as order status! Current issue w/app: I sign in over and over and over and it bounces back to sign in page....how about take some of the extra money you've charged for outfits (I mean...I get it, inflation but don't think we don't notice) and spend it on polishing these things up. Thank you.
