It's a great app. BUT, NOW INCREDIBLY slow, it jams, when trying to send the same message, to test the response multiple times, it literally stops reply. That SUCKS, please fix it. Also, I am missing functions like Null, or more buttons, to identify customers, if they misspell a word. A "call me button" , an automatic message if the customer doesn't reply within seconds.

Could have gotten my 5-star rating if auto reply was made to reply only once but no, the recipients get mad for getting the same response for different messages on a same day at the same time. I will be uninstalling or disabling it now. Doesn't worth 5 stars. 3 Stars rating is given for trying

This App sucks! You can't set up a reply once option. So everytime people write after 1st time it replies all the time!

Best auto responder but Custom Reply is a bit poor please add more features in custom reply like respond if incoming message "starts with" or "contains". Then in Custom reply it is possible to enable an option which allows 2 different responses to be sent separately at the same time responding to an "incoming message". For example incoming word is Hi and response is How are you? Then How can I assist you? Separately.

This app is super awsome. When someone messages you, no matter who, it will just send the message directly to the person that texted you but the thing is that you need to be online to send the auto reply. You can also enable it on SMS Calls and more.

The most amazing part for me is the ability to set menu replies in the custom reply feature and continue with auto-reply for other incoming messages using the Chat-GPT feature. I like it when I choose who to send auto-replies to and the ability to set the time to send auto-replies. Good for most business apps or use like WhatsApp business.

Purchased premium as it seemed to work well. Despite opening and reading messages, the app still randomly sends automated messages to random chats when the timer resets or I turn the app back on. Support is unhelpful. Not really worth the money I spent on it.

It's cool, hope i can customize a message for a group only and not all groups so that groups will have different messages and not one message... With d delay feature hope you extend the time beyond 60 seconds...

I really like this app. However, I would be very happy if you make it possible for us to use the ''Costum Reply'' and the ''Menu Reply'' at the same time to configure our chatbot.

I love the app but it stop sending replies randomly either I am not online or I don't have access to internet. Also, multiple reply users should be added to it as a premium users. We shouldn't be using only one footer name to reply. This should work as a team reply not solely for just a footer name. We cannot add any documents aside worksheet. Once this is done, I will give 5 star ⭐

Purchased premium created a Chatbot sheet but Spreadsheet isn't available for use at the Home page of app 😔 Also if logic is included into reply messages, it will be good. Because I might have an incoming message variations packed up and will appreciate if I'm able to make precise decision of my reply based on certain combination of those variants.

great simple setup. could not get it to work at all. stepped through help section. standard text not listed as supported app. Whats the point. Only for third party messaging apps not standard text.

The app is good. There is only one thing I wish you can add, adding PDFs and Images or any files using auto reply. For example if I want to send something to my customers as a PDF, it would be very easy.

I don't usually review but this app deserves it. I have been using similar apps for years and I find this to be more user friendly and affordable. What I want from the app is already done in the free version but I will purchase the pro version just to support. I really wish there is a way to use voice and image recognition for open ai's gpt-4o through WhatsApp. None of the other apps also have it. I wish you develop it 1st.

Good stuff! Feature request: on custom auto reply, allow replying messages with random messages. Easiest way to add it by allowing us to add multiple messages separated by a delimiter such as ; so when autoreply initiates it would split n randomly select a message and send it. This will make the auto reply less robotic. I'm sure this can be done in Dialogflow but won't be that simple. And, way to delay sending the message to make it less robotic. Thanks! love the interface btw, great work!
