Just slow and unresponsive. There is no point in having an app that needs restarting 4-5 times in order to eventually work. It would be faster to change my number, install a new app, and do my task rather than waiting for this app to work properly. I have re-install it multiple times and nothing. Working on a Samsung S9. Try harder Cosmote.

Always buggy, using it for years, the deals are okay, the app almost never works as intended, it's so hard to even put money in, it crashes almost every time you try and it's never reliable. It's probably a login bug, sometimes I have to login manually which is annoying but okay, but when I try to add money to my wallet, I choose my saved card and presh the push up notification from the bank, then when I get back to the app, it has forgotten I was logged in and doesn't register my payment.

No English version is a big disadvantage! The app crashes quite often. I had to go to the Cosmote website to top up, because the app was constantly showing the same error on the final step of payment (after the bank card details and the OTP code are inserted) I tried several times with different bank cards. Also you have to keep in mind what is the real sum that comes after changing VAT,e.g. you top up €10 and get €8.93 on your balance - not enough for €9.9 unlimited internet. Please improve UX

Need an English version. When I make phone calls people can't hear me and they hang up. I can only contact people using WhatsApp. How ironic! Useless service.

Update: I am going for one star less. When there are bugs you try to resolve the problem and release a better version, not to give people an even harder time trying sketchy ways to make the app function. I even tried what the developer suggested and I ended up wasting my time.. Nice and easy interface, but many bugs. Many times I cannot top up because it won't let me go to the payments' page. Or when I leave the app to confirm the payment at my bank's app, I get an error message once I return.

The application almost never works. Usually it gets stuck at the very first screen before it even loads anything. If it actually loads, then nothing usually works. You have to close it and open it again at least 5 times and if you are lucky enough and have recently reset the application data it may eventually do what you are trying to achieve. Especially when the application needs to do something related to your contacts it almost never works. It also gets your mobile phone (flagship) stuck.

Functional and feature-rich, though the UI could be less bloated and more to the point. Today I experienced buggy behavior (card number was marked as invalid) while trying to add to my balance using VISA Debit. I managed to complete the transaction using another card (MasterCard). I really think the app would benefit greatly from a minimal UI, both in terms of UX and performance. I understand that the overall design caters to the youngest possible audience, but the actual What's Up demographics are not what they used to be 10 years ago.

I can't log in with my number and I am not getting code on SMS, since this new update with english language. I delete and install again app, but same thing and I am using WhatsApp 7yrs now And now and I can't even try to log in with my number BCS you try few times?!

I'm a Greek living abroad who requires to keep a number active and I had trouble topping up countless times! The app doesn't recognise my number, doesn't load up, freezes, there is always a problem whenever I use it, even though I make sure to update to the latest version before use. Horrid!

I keep updating the site,as advised, but I still cannot access it! It is very frustrating! I mean, I constantly put money on my card yet I cannot access the free gifts,or anything else for that matter. Help! Am updating this review.(29 Feb,2024) The issue remains as stands-no resolution,no customer support! I really like Cosmote/What's Up and do not wish to change supplier. However, things are becoming frustratingly problematic...Is there anybody there to actually clarify and solve this?

This year, there is no unlimited data per month, as was the case in past years. Instead, 100 GB for 13.50 cents, and 13 EUR is the price of the voucher. I dont wanna check every hour, how much GB left. I will switch providers, not going back to Cosmote.

Usually works exceptional, occasionally has trouble loading, but ok. 1-- Reconsider the prices of the services, they could be cheaper. I remember the 4€ service of a monthly service, it was awesome! I don't expect the same but something less expensive . 2--Since you have the courtesy to inform and stop the call happening as the budget goes under 1€, PLEASE do it EARLIER, when the service's minutes finish, so we don't waste money. It's frustrating. Protect us, and we keep using this great app.
