It is surprising that there is no online ordering. Besides finding the closest location by typing in current city the app is useless. Most modern phones can do that with just a "Hey, ****, where's the closest waffle house".

Laggy and Useless This is not for ordering food, even though this is kind of one of those restaurants that would be incredibly useful for. The "menu" isn't even accurate. You're better off just googling a picture of menu.

Do NOT recommend. Doesn't Work. Freezes up on a blank white screen. Definitely needs a lot of work and improvement. The state it's in now renders it completely useless and a waste of space on my phone.

As unfathomable as it may be, it would seem the bleeding edge software developers of Waffle House put out an app that has zero functionality. It's utterly useless. There is nothing it does that isn't quicker and easier to Google. Downloading that Poke Bowl menu pdf for the seventh time would be a better use of your time, bandwidth, and memory space. WH is torching millions of potential dollars to cinders with this software abortion scattered, smothered, and covered in incompetence.

Tech issues, can't hit back button to go back, doesn't try to use location for location search, location search defaulted to Charlotte, NC (I'm in SC). So if you don't live in Charlotte, you have to enter your location manually. 🙄 And, no ordering ahead via app.

I'm not sure how to get rewards off this app, it's confusing & it doesn't give me the option to add in a receipt after I paid for my food. Why doesn't it have a way to show that you were actually at a waffle house? There is not a spot to log in & have an account like Moes or Red Lobster. This app need alot of attention & redesigned so it's functional. Put a QR CODE scanner at the register to scan or a bar code at the bottom of the receipt so if you forget when you're paying you can do it later.

Besides nutritional information, you can't really do anything else with the app. I love waffle house. it's reasonably priced food served up pretty fast. But they really need to upgrade their tech and get a new order system in place so that you can place orders online for pickup/delivery.

Unable to use MY LOCATION. Tried using my location to find closest WH for online order and there's an error indicating browser permissions not set but they are in MY BROWSER.....NO IDSUES, PLUS, why should my browser permissions matter if the APP PERMISSIONS are setup correctly when the app is installed. Well, I guess it's time for IHOP

I called the restaurant and they said I had to use the app to order. This app is broken. The permissions are off and you can't even turn them on through the app. I manually got the waffle house by typing in the address. The menu was missing items like omelette. How can there not be omelettes? When you accidentally click on something there is now easy way to go back you have to start over. Just garbage of the highest degree, and we are being forced to use this garbage. They won't take orders.

The app has the usual components: drop down menu, colorful pics and restaurant location info. Based on another review, it appears to have job related components that current employees can use. Since I can get store location and phone number from Google Maps and the WH app doesn't (yet?) have online ordering, it really isn't useful to me. I installed and removed it in a 15 minute span.

Terrible app! Do yourself a favor and go into the store and order. They don't have the full menu and stuff was missing from our order. When we tried to call about it they have no phone. We picked up before the time and mine was still cold. Even more so after the return trip to waffle house to retrieve the items that were missing. Total waste of time.

App has problems. Not only was it taking forever abd glitching out but there was absolutely no way to make any sort of customization or to leave notes. Asking for something well done shouldn't be non-allowed item change.

Absolute Trash! You can no longer call your order in it has to be done over the app. We'll, how do you expect me to place an order with an app that doesn't even work? I like to order the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits with the bacon on the side, but I can't do that on the app because there is nowhere to custom your order. That needs to be added because not everyone likes what everything comes pre on the food, and the app needs to be fixed!

The app absolutely doesn't do anything. I've tried using it several times and it will not locate me and when I put my location in it pulls up the correct store but it will not open up so you can order. You click order and it literally lights up the order sign and does not do anything else. Very disappointing.

This app needs a lot of work. When I was first hired I could sign into the app for my employee functions but since I have clicked the link to the website and now the app will only open the website

THIS APP IS FOR EMPLOYEES, NOT ORDERS. it says careers people. That aside, it still sucks. Nothing you click works. The phone recognizes you touched a link or button. But nothing happens. Good luck seeing your schedule, especially if your manager sucks like mine and changed schedules less than 12 hours notice.i go to bed at 9 pm and he changed my shift at midnight and it's my fault? Oh but when 8 pre emptively check the schedule, it won't load.
