The app is sub par at best. Rarely works to even open it to view accounts. Must constantly install and uninstall to use it properly

I generally love this app but the last update made my tablet incompatible. I couldn't even post this review without switching to my phone. PLEASE FIX IT!

I have to uninstall/reinstall the app every few days. I get a "network error" that won't let me log in. Basic functionality is fine but I have issues logging in all the time

Glitchy. On more than one occasion, it made a double payment of my mortgage. Only use it to check my balance. I log into the website to make any bill payments or transfers.

So difficult to open. Yes, just to open the app I have to jump through hoops. Now I updated my phone and app is not updated and will not even open. This all makes me want to bank elsewhere.

Constant issues, fingerprint enabled but never works. 11/13/2023 update...this app absolutely sucks. Try to open it tells me to update, go to play store, no updates available. Can't get on website either. Time to switch banks.

no idea how this app has so many 5star reviews? on several Android phones over past few yrs app worked fine, until the last few months. now, WHEN it works, app serves its purpose, fairly clean & simple user interface. BUT can't always login! throws a network error at login screen, only resolution is delete /reinstall the app. it also often loses my stored settings - maybe by design for security purposes? it's annoying to have to keep resetting! tried contact webdesigner for help, email BOUNCED!

Nothing but problems. Now I'm locked out of my account ( YET AGAIN) on a Saturday now, and the only available people through the phone number provided can't do anything! Thanks for that. The app just keeps getting worse. My bank's even physically open right now! No customer service today though

This app was great until about 6 months ago. Now, no matter how many times I "authenticate" my information, it never keeps it stored correctly. I'm unable to use the pin or fingerprint login anymore because it requires that I authenticate by providing my username and password and has to send me a text every time I open it.

Sub par at best. This is both an app and bank problem; you are not able to see what your account balance was previous to any particular withdrawals or transaction. You can only how much was taken out or deposited and what you have currently. This is an extremely frustrating problem.

Last update killed any use of this app. Android user. I can get thru the login screen then it says to send a text for added security but no text ever comes. I login to the website and see that my phone is activated with the correct phone number. I've disabled the phone re-enabled it and still nothing. Prior to this last update I was able to log in and get through to the app, but the next day I would have to enter my login information all over again even after I enabled the passcode usage.
