I use this app all the time and it has come a long way! Easy to use and so much more convenient than going to the bank for simple transactions.

Why is password paste and autofill disabled?? I have a random string 20 character password I'm not typing that manually. Stop messing with basic functionality!!

Installed the beta of the new Android 12. Ever since cannot get this app to open. Update - issue resolved works fine

ThecWest Bank app is very user friendly. I have utilized online banking for over 15 years. West Bank is also customer friendly and resolves issues very quickly.

Every so often it just doesn't do anything, won't let you log in etc, but other than that I love it and haven't had any problems depositing checks or anything

The app was working. Now, nothing. I uninstalled. Then reinstalled. Still, all white... Nothing is coming up. I also see some other people with the same issue.

I'm glad West Bank, is the Bank I'm with. Ever since I up a account with them, they have helped me with my account. Sometimes they pay off my debts, even though there's not enough in my account, them knowing that in time money is coming into my account, and for that I'm grateful that I shows them for the business...Thanks West Bank...

New app no longer displays ongoing balance in coordination with the transactions , and the app keeps sending me email notifications about transactions when I have that feature turned off

I had this app for some time, the update made it incompatible with my device. Nonsense, I say. I am deeply upset, I will find another bank.

This app has stopped working completely for over a week. I use it constantly. When it was working, I'd rate it a 5. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. West Bank needs to get it together and fix this.

I actually like this app. But truth is that it is West Bank employees that make having this worth it. I can get most of the information I want or need but it's backed up by good customer service... How many applications have you used that the business called you and walked you through early development issues and fixed the problem in less than ten minutes while talking to you about how and what happened

Latest update tells me they've detected the use of an automated click program in combination with the app. The app refuses to allow me in to my accounts. The app SUCKS! Fiserv needs to fix the damn thing fast!

User-friendly. "Instant Balance" feature is useful. Being able to deposit checks through photos in the app is such a time saver! I wish I did not have to enter a password or thumbprint for each individual time I click on the app per day, though I understand it is a security feature.

This app is extremely useful. Especially since the update where they now can track your transactions on your card. I used to have to always use a different app to track my cards transactions, however having it built into my app and I can check my balances make transfers. Having everything in one spot and not having to have another app is very useful.
