Amazing I have tried many apps...but this very challenging, east to use, but for a beginner it's very tough..u need real stamina on the first day itself...a confession..I took 2 days to compete the exercise for day one...but it makes u a fighter..

I gave 4 stars This app is so good fabulous all i want complane is it's a kind of hard too but it's helping me too much, I'm kindly suggesting this app because after following this workout at 4th day my body starts revealing that I'm slimmer than the beginning.... I'm so happy my school are closed and i wanna suprise everyone with my new look.............

Like I said...I love the app... please, please, please can it be made to sync with google fit...and a continuous mute for the counter... There is a major lag and its distracting I'm just about to finish the 15 days and the app is stopping 🤦🏽♀️

it has great exercises, i just started using it but i can tell it's working but what annoys me is that it doesn't tell you how much time you have left (in the whole workout not just the exercise you are doung at the moment) i really hope you fix that also the pace is kinda slow to follow

One of the best workout apps I have used...recommended to use because although I found the exercises difficult they are worth it...you get a good sweating even in cold weather and most of them can be done at home without any equipment...thankyou for this app🤞🤞🥰

It's hard for beginners. I paused after every set of workout for like a minute just cuz it's hard for me to keep up with the time. You will definitely feel the burn after five minutes if you are trying to get in shape after years of neglect like me. Will definitely try to get through 15 days of workout.

Pros: Good exercise to sweat a lot. Cons: some of the exercises are very difficult for newbies like myself. Recommend: Sync app with Google fit to help. Overall, great app.

Loving this app. The first app I could find where you actually exersize and can see and feel the diffrence AND it does not charge extra AND it remuses where you stop if you paused AND the screen does not go off during exersize. Love love love it!!!

some of the tasks are quite unrealistic, it doesnt take into account that some people(like me) are beginners. eg not everybody can do the pistol squat 20 times three sets in a row on the second day, twice with DOMS from day 1. theres a very fast build up of intensity, I understand that the aim of this app is to lose weight in 15 days so activities have to be intense but the activities are unrealistic for people who only does moderate intensity exercise.

It's the best fitting app ever. I've done day 3 and I already see the results. My biggest flow is the stomach and its shredding down. The exercises are intensed but I'm loving it. I will send my report after few more days to tell you my progress. I'm sure it will be mind blowing. I sooo recommended it for those with extra energy and wish to shred (specially for holidays and summer)

this is honestly one of the best apps I've discovered so far. it allows you to pause the exercises just in case you need a breather and their intervals are well timed. i love this app, I've never felt more energized after a workout!

The app itself is great but i dont go in timing with the app, i play my own music and do them solo but the exercises are perfect and i have seen the difference in my body within the first 3 days, i highly recommend this app to persons seeking to tone and build sexy muscles while losing fat..

It is super easy to keep up with the app, and it shows you how to do the exercises it also has a pause button, it gives you a good break. I highly recommend it if you wanna lose weight or perfect you figure/form.

So I'm not really writing a review I have a question. Im partially disabled because I had a stroke when I was 11, im 38 now. My right hand/arm doesn't function right (lifting to much or pushing body up) and my left leg doesn't walk right (not heal toe) so push ups and things like that i can't do. What could I do instead to replace that?

Its definitely a good app if you want to get in shape while building strength and flexibility quick but... the excersizes are a bit extreme if your a beginner beginner. Experience: used it a year ago and after the first day i saw a huge different in my thighs.... but I was also in in pain for two days. My advice would be to have a simple excersize routine first so your body can build strength and then use this app. Now I'm gonna go and download this app.🤟🏻

Negatives: - the counting during the exercises is very annoying (it would be more helpful to just have a start sign and an end indicator) - the counting is often way to slow, way to fast or simply skipping counts. - the amount of minutes you worked out at the end doesn't make sense at all (I seems like it gets stuck half way through) - and neither does the calorie count haha Other than that the exercises are ok.

Many times I tried to get into shape with some app exercises and healthy diets but nothing was good enough. I've tried almost every exercise app during these years and I must say that this app is the winner, belive me its the best app for instant getting into shape. And it really does work. Ive been doing one day pauses between every 3 or 4 days of exercising and it still had such an incredible efect. Specially at my abdominal area. Soooo recommend it to anyone.

The best workout planned. I have to agree it's very hard to commit but if you're determined this app is the ONE. I don't have any complains but the only part is I wasn't able to do pistol squats... infact till the end as well but still loved every single part of the excercises given. I love how animations are there for every single excercise. Sometimes the counting isn't in sync but that doesn't bother me much. Anyways, great work guys.

Workouts with limited jumping for bad knees. I love everything about the app except the fact that you can't pick up where you left off on a workout day. The workouts themselves can get 1 1/2 long so it would be nice to back out of a workout to finish at the end of the day. When you back out of an unfinished workout, all progress is lost and the app will not show any activity on the progress leaderboard. The voice counting is great! It works well with spotify. She wont count and calls breaks.
