I was looking for a flight from Singapore to Manila, and I found the best deal on Wego! I also tried searching on Skyscanner but did not find the same deal. I saved $200 and I'm very pleased. For all my future bookings, I'm gonna make sure to search on Wego because even though they're not the most well known app, they sure do have better prices. I like using both the app and the website -- the app has a few features that are not available on the desktop like price trends & weekend getaways.

I have been following up on my refund for the past 4 months and still have not received any refund. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, there has been no resolution. Very bad service, I would not recommend using this app.

Too Misguiding Says 30$ for a roundtrip but the flights searches and show 300$ even in the off season times. Why misguide? Just be little more transparent on the prices.. I dont have any issues and i dont want to contacts support too.. Just uninstalling it.

Worst ever The flights are expensive ... if you plan your trip earlier and book on the airline, Web directly will be much less expensive There are so many layovers and lack of information You don't get any updates about the luggage or the seat unless you keep calling them, and still, you might not get an answer . Now I'm stuck at the airport cause no one mentioned that the layover in India needs a visa, which is crazy also cause whhhhhhhy Would I need it if I'm at the airport

Worst and cheating app never use this app, bad experience asking extra amount for confirming rickets, i already paid the total amount and again asking extra for confirming..... froud calls u will receive dnt register ur contacts in this app , im going to take legal action.

I m new here. Fare list is most affordable. Good in ticketing but confirmation process is Lil bit slow. I like to suggest that please be obedient don't try to misguide the users. So that Wego will succeed from others.

I booked flight through wego . Unfortunately I have to cancel the flight . I was instructed by wego customer service agent to go to airline website and cancel it ( so did I on 16 july and air line refunded next day 17 july to wego) Now when I followed up for refund from wego I was informed that it ll take up to 90 days to get my refund from wego . Worst experience .

Very bad experience, I completed my booking but didnt received any ticket on email, money was deducted from account no refund received, also customer support sucks. Still waiting for customer support to come up with some information about my ticket or refund. I won't recommend this app for ticket or any other booking.

Confirmation email after payment says eTicket will be sent within 48 hours. No ticket has come over 2.5 days. Wrote 2 FUP emails, no answer, and no one's picking up the phone even though they say they have 24/7 customer service, and reservation doesn't exist in Turkish Al system. Worst experience ever.

Accomplice of fraud. By doing business with listed company Travelo1 & city.travel etc. The statement of "All listed providers of Wego are legitimate" is a lie! Travelo1 and amoung others has a one star rating and has almost pure reviews of scam by bait and switch, "sorry the price went up you have to pay more", refusals to refund and unauthorized transactions, a fraud! Travelo1 reviews...copy & paste see for yourself!

I am facing very bad experience for booking ticket via wego. They will not refund ur amount after cancelation of ticket. More than 200 days and several emails they are not responding on your mail. Personally recommend not to book ticket via this application. If there is minus 5 star i will give to this app. Really disappointing 😞

The experience was good. Ticket prices also good. But there is not available flights booking history option in your app. must be add as soon as possible

I would give 0 star for costumer service. They do not fix anything, they open the conversation then stop responding you. I don't recommend it. UPDATE: I just lost the second family tickets tonight again because Noone of you is responding. Therefore, I can give a minus for your costumer service. I lost good money in 2 days. I advice anyone to get tickets from companies websites.

Not recommended. I booked a hotel and I discovered there was no booking at the hotel . Then, they provided an alternative of low in quality and values and refused to refund despite the service was not provided

I have booked a hotel for urgent requirement but I'm not able to get that booking because time mentioned 2pm to next day 12 pm.. you don't have options for time adjustment. I lost like 168 aed in this booking and I tried to call customer care service but they're not attentive.

I was disappointed today while booking a Tatkal ticket. Despite showing availability, I got an alert saying, "Sorry, we can't accept Tatkal ticket payment before 11:15 AM." As per the IRCTC app, bookings start at 11 AM and sell out in two minutes. When I tried at 11:15 AM, all seats were full. If payment isn't accepted before 11:15 AM, this option shouldn't be available. It's frustrating to miss tickets due to this issue.

App is really good. Just one thing can be improved, which is that instead of searching for each date for flight pricss, why not display them calendar like skyscanner dies. It saves a lot of time trying to find the date with cheaper tickets. Very useful and pleasant experience using the app. Thanks!
