New update is SO SLOW and just has too much on it. I can't check off an item on my list without clicking on the photo of the item, which takes forever to load. You cannot clip all coupons, you must go one by one. I can't delete the items on my list that are checked- it's all or nothing. There used to be a things you might need list/frequently purchased. Can't find that so now I have to search for everything each week. Keep it simple. Bring back the old app and make a new one for delivery/pick up

As others mentioned, the new update is terrible. If you search for an item, it brings up everything with that keyword, instead of the most relevant first. For instance, if you search for "sugar," you get a ton of items with things like "no sugar added" in the title first instead of actual plain sugar. Can't swipe anymore to delete an item in your list. Buttons are small even for someone with small fingers.

Hate the new app! App takes forever to load. Building a shopping list takes forever! Managing the shopping list is difficult, you can no longer delete items from the list as you shop without several clicks. You can't just delete checked off items, you have to empty the entire list. The app goes offline everytime I walk into a store, which makes it so that I can't search items or my store (if I'm not in my regular store). And once I've left the store, my shopping list reappears. Horrible changes!

Loved the app until the recent update. Now, it's very difficult to check off items as you grab them in store, buttons often don't work, the search feature is glitchy, at times words and numbers blend together, and it doesn't save my preferred store and reverts to some default one far away from me. Please either fix the update asap or revert back to the old version, which I had no issues with!

I liked and used the App frequently prior to January 2020. The new redesign renders slowly, taking 20 minutes or more to add a list of 12 items. Shopping with it is also unusable as the check off box got a LOT smaller, and nigh impossible to activate. Plus, it is pushing the pickup and delivery options, not what I want to use...and I cannot turn that off. I am, unfortunately, uninstalling the Wegman's App.

Just downloaded the new app and my previous request still applies: Wegmans.. please change how completed items in the shopping list are handled. It would be great if they were moved to the bottom or removed to a 'complete' section. It's so hard to see what I have left to pick up during my trip and I often miss things. It's super frustrating and would make my shopping experience so much easier!

Pros: The ability to locate items in the store is great. Love the e-coupons. Great meal & recipe suggestions. Cons: Slow to load. App can't be moved to the SD card and takes up a big chunk of space. EBT- eligible items are shown but would be nice to see in thumbnails not just the detailed description. Feedback through the site could be more intuitive and often doesn't go through when given through the app.

This app used to be amazing. The shopping list was easy to use, loaded quickly, well organized, and it was wonderful being able to search the items at my local store. And then I guess they decided to try to "fix" what wasn't broken? It's now borderline unusable with the recent update. It's extremely slow, the list is no longer well organized, it freezes constantly, and I just plain hate it. Please bring back the old version; this new version makes me want to stop shopping at Wegmans.

The new app is garbage. As a developer myself, I believe that Wegmans made a serious mistake in changing so much of the functionality from the old app. You had a great app, I am unsure why you would change the functionality so drastically. A few points: 1. Your list functionality is almost unusable. The app doesn't seem to support any alternate lists - unless I am missing something. Adding to running list is easy, but your old functionality of greying out checked off items is now gone, making the user sift through visually without visual cues beyond the check box. 2. As I mentioned, there is no obvious way to switch lists. It was great being able to create a Thanksgiving list or Camping list without having to completely change an ongoing weekly list. There is more, but I am short on time. Change is often good, as long as it is serving your customers better. This change does not.

Doesn't work half the time. If I want to add things to my order before shopping has started, I can ONLY add suggested items. Trying to search for something doesn't work or leads to an infinite load screen. There have also been times where a shopper asks for a replacement and gives me NO. TIME. to answer. Literally closed the order within 5 seconds of asking me. Reminds me every day why I switched to other grocery stores.

Used to be a very user friendly app but no longer works properly. Items disappear from the list when shopping. Many items (bread, in particular) look like there's a coupon available but it's non-existent in the coupon section. Today, the app isn't working at all. Not a single item opens. Beyond frustrating!

My initial post complained about the search function in 2021. This has gotten much better since then. However, lately, whenever I go to checkout, I select another form of payment from my list and the app still uses the 'default' payment type! This is incredibly annoying since my roommate and I take turns paying for groceries but she has now been charged 4times in a row!

Recently the app has a malfunction with adding to an existing order or choosing a replacement. I see options but cannot select them. When I try to use the search bar to find a replacement item, I can write text but nothing happens when I choose a preset or press enter on the keyboard. So, no replacements or additions for me in the last two orders.

I love Wegmans and I really want this app to work, but it's always incredibly slow (even on a brand new top-tier phone), and much of the functionality is broken (2/8/24) like trying to add items to an existing order before the shopping is completed - you can search for the item, but clicking on the results from the drop down bar does nothing and doesn't take you to the next screen, so you can't add items. Very frustrating considering this is pretty straightforward functionality; test better!

Works well until it doesn't work at all. Solid app, but about a third of the time on Android I can't mark myself as having arrived at the store. Closing the app and re-entering the order page does nothing - today I had to flag down one of the order runners to let them know I had no way of indicating I was ready to pick up the order (despite shopping being complete and the order being labeled ready for pickup).

I love wegmans, and I love being able to schedule pickups through the app. But oh my GOSH is the app TERRIBLE. It takes forever for anything to load, can't add items after placing orders, can't pick items to replace mid order, chatting with shopper is glitchy, the whole app needs an overhaul. Truly a shame.

Cannot add items to an existing order. Search for something, suggested searches come up, but tap a search suggestion or tap enter, and nothing happens. This has been broken for a WHILE. PLEASE fix. Also, you cannot adjust backup/replacement items after the replacement selections are accepted but before the order is locked down. The app will sometimes make those selections for you without your review/approval. Please make the replacement item selections adjustable until the order is locked down.

I'm pretty impressed by this app! You can sort groceries by aisle or department. You can save lists and check stuff off, see what you already bought, get coupons, and estimate your grocery bill. The only thing that would make it better is if you could have a family account. I had to just log myself into the app on my partner's phone, but that does work.

I like Wegmans, but the app functionality and rewards of being a regular customer are poor. I can not add items to an existing order or when my shopper can not find the item I want and need to replace. I can use the search bar, and the results will show, but I can not choose the results and make it unable to move forward with the shopping experience. Additionally, it would be an enhanced experience if coupons and rewards for being a loyal and regular customer were more rewarding.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app it has many bugs. The "add to order" and "review changes now" options do not work when placing a pickup order. I click on them and nothing happens. Also, it does not bring me to the screen to select "I'm at the store" even though the order is ready. This has happened multiple times and I have to call the store when I'm there to pickup my order.
